The first thing I noticed about this gym is the staff were so lovely and thrive on getting to know their members on a professional and personal level, it has a very warm intimate family feeling to it. The staff are always smiling and are always happy to assist. You can tell they enjoy their job. The facilities are good and the gym has good hygiene practices. This gym is more than a gym its a life style. Recommend highly.

Just your basic gym with everything you need to get those gains. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Usually not very busy. And very affordable. Highly recommend.

Love the feeling I get every time I walk in the doors of this Gym. I joined a Gym 20 years ago and absolutely hated it and have never been back until finding Plus Fitness Bertram. The staff are super friendly and you have so much equipment to choose from as well as virtual classes and everyone who Ive met and seen come through the doors are all there for their own goals their own reasons and there is definitely no one there that makes you feel intimidated by how your body compares , I simple love Plus Fitness Bertram

The space in the gym is very less and machines are too close to each other

Fantastic gym and really helpful staff.

After being at this gym for 2 years. Without missing a $26 payment. I get charged $15 in late fees for 1 missed payment. This is a joke. Staff and equipment ate good. But if they want to pull this rubbish. Id rather join better gym.
