This place is run by thugs!! Sat in my car out the front this morning reading the paper and drinking my coffee waiting for my mate to turn up a 7am so we could check out the facilitys when two mussel men came out of the gym and approached me in my car questioning who I was and what I was doing out the front. They didn't believe that I was waiting for someone and then proceeded to threaten violence and call the police. Both said they owned the place. Will be crossing Renouf Fitness of the list. Iam still in shock at what happened. Regards, 47 year old local business man.

Adam and Chris have always been top notch trainers. They always take care of every client. It’s been a little while since training but I’m looking to get going again and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Renouf is the best training for fitness you’ll get.

I have been a client and member with Renouf personal fitness centre for 5 years. The Trainers are excellent and very knowledgable. They have all been there for years. The atmosphere is welcoming as all the staff know every clients name. The coffee shop is always brewing the best take away coffee and bites in Padbury. Highly recommended business.

My compliments to the team down at Renouf Personal Fitness. I have been going there for the past 3-4 years and I have been very impressed with the depth of care provided by those whom have trained me. The great atmosphere which hits you as you walk through the door is refreshing. Coming to Renouf has been the best investment on my health to date and I look forward to continuing with them for years to come. I only wish I had done it sooner.

This is a great Gym or should I say personal training centre as this is what it is. This not a gym, here you get personally trained by qualified personal trainers. And they are a friendly bunch of people as well. This is a great place to get fit, I have been going here for 26 weeks now and I am starting to see results in my mind and in my body. Anyway I can't recommend this place enough.

Great people and excellent facilities. Love that the cafe there too. Adam is super friendly and they all certainly know their stuff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
