This is my happy place 😊 Love going for walks here where there's beautiful scenery by the water. So beautiful walking over the bridge to the beautiful gardens on the other side 🥰

Lovely place. Burswood Park is a beautiful park situated near the Crown Plaza in Perth, Western Australia. The park offers a peaceful and serene escape from the bustling city, with lush green lawns, mature trees, and well-manicured gardens. Visitors can enjoy a picnic on the grass, relax by the lake, or take a stroll along the scenic walkways. The park also features numerous benches and picnic tables, making it the perfect place to spend an afternoon with friends and family. One of the park's highlights is the stunning suspension bridge that spans the river, providing breathtaking views of the park and beyond. Burswood Park is a must-visit for anyone in Perth, whether you're looking for a peaceful escape or a fun-filled day out. It truly is a gem in the city and a testament to Perth's commitment to preserving its natural beauty.

With a spectacular view of the Matagarup Bridge and Crown Perth along the Swan River, this a beautiful walk, play area, enclosed playground for the children and adults. There is ample parking, toilet facilities, barbeques and cycling path. There are sculptures that you can try finding as well.

Loads of bbq’s; adjacent to the Burswood section of the Swan River with amazing walks to Optus Stadium and Matagarup Bridge; a decent playground to keep the kids active and involved with an Ice-Cream van ever present. You can even throw a line in the river and catch one of the plentiful bream species. Loads of parking within a short distance to the main recreation area. Lovely ☺️

A lovely convenient big park suit for everyone. The Telethon cinema is opening soon, this Thursday. Normally a great one for gathering, bike path, kid playground, close to Optus Stadium. "Have A Go" Day annually second Wednesday in November, at Burswood Park. This year more performance venues. Information and activities to lure seniors to maintain their mobility and safe. A lot of booths actually just hang the bags as display as they know some participants took the bags keep only souvenirs but throw the information away. It is more environmental concern. Somehow you still see a lot of participants having full arms (both arms) of non-woven bags and freebies. It really a good exercise to them.

What better way to spend a "GOOD FRIDAY" than to go out for some exercise along the Swan River, take in all the inner city hotspots and grab something to eat and drink. The weather is so cool in Perth around this time of year, I never wanna leave. There's plenty to do in Burswood, it adds up next to nothing, if not FREE.

Such a nice place to have a picnic on the lawn or event in one of the large gazebos you are able to book and reserve. Lots of large shady trees and open lawn area. Nice free BBQ facilities and plenty of bins provided. Clean toilet block and plenty of parking. The playground has fantastic equipment and there are lovely statues and sculpture to see with information about their relevance to the area.

Go here for walking and great for doing artwork. The surrounding is peaceful and beautiful. Lots to do great if it rains because you have undercover areas.

Great place for kids and adults alike, loads to do and see, plenty of space for everyone with awesome facilities (albeit general public tend not to look after the bbq’s vey well- not generally cleaned after use) which is not great, perhaps some education through signage required? Climbing frames for kids of all ages from 0-10 (maybe older). Some open grass areas but the ants are a nuisance and bite! Great to spot wildlife and watch the zip liners.

Plenty of parking close by. Beautiful setting to have a picinic or rest by the water. Dinosaurs were fantastic and lots of them spread throughout. Rides for all ages. We loved it and spent a good 2.5hrs exploring, having rides, playing games and enjoying the surroundings. Excellent value for money I’d highly recommend this for families.
