Instructor is really pedagogical, reassuring and gives confidence. PADI Certification, so the level is here. And the open water spots are really awesome ! I have been to Navy Pier 5 day aftzr certification! It's done, easy ! So yes, my biggest thank you sweet Mary.

My friend and I paid for the course back in 2020 but we had to reschedule because I was feeling unwell. We tried to dive for the second time but I could not equalise my ears without feeling the pain. Marie agreed to reschedule me, only when the spot are available. She initially rescheduled me 3 weeks later. I asked her to confirm the date and the time, since I need to request the time off work. Then, the day before the agreed schedule, she called and cancel on me, as the spot has been filled out. We rescheduled again, and again, and again. One time we reschedule was due to Covid lockdown, which was neither of our fault. However, I did have to call to ask to confirm, because they wouldn't contact me first. Our communications were horrible. Eventually, I asked if it is okay to break the dive into 2 separate days, rather than 2 continuous day, because the chance of them cancelling me was too great. Doing it this way, I was able to complete the first dive, as it was the only open time slot. However, I was unable to attend the next day, as I could not request some last minute time off work. Which, I did let them know in advance. Tomorrow is meant to be my final dive. I did message them the beginning of the week to confirm that I am still able to dive. However, they did not let me know when and where we will be meeting. I sent them a message at 2 pm, asking for the info. No answer. I call to check on them at 3:21 pm, the phone ring til voicemail. I called again at 3:42pm, the phone rang 5 times before hung up. I called once more at 4pm. The phone rang 3 times before it was hung up. No message. No explanation. The dive is tomorrow. I do not know whether the location has changed since I last been there, or what time to be there. I paid a lot for the course ($500) but I was not treated as a customer. To be honest, when they cancelled me last minute for the first time, I wanted a refund (I requested a partial refund or at least $100), which they refused, as they mentioned I had occupy the spot, and the boss was "nice enough" to offer to reschedule me whenever they can jam me in. Had they just let me go ahead the first time, rather than cancel me last minute, this review would have been different. It's such a shame, since David was a really nice instructor. I had such a good experience with him and I was looking forward to the dive. I have attached all the call logs between us. The one that are missed call are the attempts to cancel me. And the one that are outgoing are me chasing them up on when, and where to meet, and whether or not the dive were going ahead.

I had David as my instructor and he Is incredibly friendly, thorough and patient. I was nervous about the safety of scuba diving. But after 2 days with David I feel truly comfortable and capable with my new found SCUBA abilities. All equipment provided. Lots of information. You won't regret it!!!

Fun double dive with with Nicho and Noemi today at Rottnest Island through Perth Ocean Diving. Noemi was very attentive and kind. Nicho led the dive and was very patient and focused on safety. As a new diver I felt safe and had a nice time. If I am back in Perth, I will dive with them again. Thank you!

My first dives were with Perth Ocean diving and I had one of the most exciting and enjoyable experience with them! Marie was our instructor and I have been pleasantly surprised by the way she accompanies people and make them discover this amazing world. I had the chance to see a lot of beautiful things despite of the conditions that were not ideal and she knew how to control the situation and help when I panicked once. I definitely recommend Perth Ocean diving for a nice and fun dive! 👌👌👌

I have had amazing diving experiences with this company. I highly recommend it, worth every cents !

I got a voucher for Christmas last year, unfortunately I was doing continual night shift work until may and couldn't book in for a course. I thought I'd wait until the warmer months to book it, only to be told that the vouchers have a 6 month expiry and there's nothing that can be done. 6 months is pretty poor, considering gift cards / vouchers are suppost to be for 3 years. To be told the $500 gift your friends got you is no longer worth anything, because of.... time? Is rough. There is literally no reason for a voucher to expire in 6 months, the course costs the same and money has been received for a service. I just don't understand it. I guess I'll fork out the cash somewhere else for a diving ticket, although they got an easy half a grand for nothing.

I booked a dive with my partner to Rottnest island. It was a great experience, and we became regular diver with Perth ocean. Mary was our guide, she was beyond our expectations , she was amazing ! We definitely recommend this company if you are a beginner or experienced diver. Thank you again for sharing all your spots and knowledge with us !

Great place to learn diving and if I find myself back in Perth in the future I’ll be going through them again. Jacob was our instructor for our dives and was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and made it easy to learn. Marie gave us our initial orientation and was very knowledgeable and funny. Courses are taught 4 people at a time so it wasn’t hard to get instruction. I highly recommend these guys for anyone wanting to get into diving.

Really disapppinting diving, did not feel like it was worth our money. Our guide (Ash) was not good at guiding us around on either of the dives. On the first dive, we all just sort of floated along, and she didn't bother to take the lead or point anything out to us. We ended up surfacing about 40 meters from the boat, which was especially uncomfortable given there was quite a bit of surge and swell that day. On the second dive, no guidance whatsoever again. When a diver's mask broke underwater, Ash proceeded to surface with him without telling my partner and me what to do. We had to begin to navigate back to the boat on our own, until she magically appeared again. Overall don't recommend unfortunately.

I booked a snorkeling tour and we went out on a wreck. That was epic! So much fish! Our guide was lovely and she explained a lot about marine life. I'll come again to learn scuba diving this time :)

We just did our open water ticket with Mary and Ash. Very happy with perth ocean! good organisation and instructors. At first I was a little anxious as I am not use to swimming in the ocean. But our instructors were very kind, patients, they made me feel comfortable and safe. We recommend this place.
