My
friend
and
I
paid
for
the
course
back
in
2020
but
we
had
to
reschedule
because
I
was
feeling
unwell.
We
tried
to
dive
for
the
second
time
but
I
could
not
equalise
my
ears
without
feeling
the
pain.
Marie
agreed
to
reschedule
me,
only
when
the
spot
are
available.
She
initially
rescheduled
me
3
weeks
later.
I
asked
her
to
confirm
the
date
and
the
time,
since
I
need
to
request
the
time
off
work.
Then,
the
day
before
the
agreed
schedule,
she
called
and
cancel
on
me,
as
the
spot
has
been
filled
out.
We
rescheduled
again,
and
again,
and
again.
One
time
we
reschedule
was
due
to
Covid
lockdown,
which
was
neither
of
our
fault.
However,
I
did
have
to
call
to
ask
to
confirm,
because
they
wouldn't
contact
me
first.
Our
communications
were
horrible.
Eventually,
I
asked
if
it
is
okay
to
break
the
dive
into
2
separate
days,
rather
than
2
continuous
day,
because
the
chance
of
them
cancelling
me
was
too
great.
Doing
it
this
way,
I
was
able
to
complete
the
first
dive,
as
it
was
the
only
open
time
slot.
However,
I
was
unable
to
attend
the
next
day,
as
I
could
not
request
some
last
minute
time
off
work.
Which,
I
did
let
them
know
in
advance.
Tomorrow
is
meant
to
be
my
final
dive.
I
did
message
them
the
beginning
of
the
week
to
confirm
that
I
am
still
able
to
dive.
However,
they
did
not
let
me
know
when
and
where
we
will
be
meeting.
I
sent
them
a
message
at
2
pm,
asking
for
the
info.
No
answer.
I
call
to
check
on
them
at
3:21
pm,
the
phone
ring
til
voicemail.
I
called
again
at
3:42pm,
the
phone
rang
5
times
before
hung
up.
I
called
once
more
at
4pm.
The
phone
rang
3
times
before
it
was
hung
up.
No
message.
No
explanation.
The
dive
is
tomorrow.
I
do
not
know
whether
the
location
has
changed
since
I
last
been
there,
or
what
time
to
be
there.
I
paid
a
lot
for
the
course
($500)
but
I
was
not
treated
as
a
customer.
To
be
honest,
when
they
cancelled
me
last
minute
for
the
first
time,
I
wanted
a
refund
(I
requested
a
partial
refund
or
at
least
$100),
which
they
refused,
as
they
mentioned
I
had
occupy
the
spot,
and
the
boss
was
"nice
enough"
to
offer
to
reschedule
me
whenever
they
can
jam
me
in.
Had
they
just
let
me
go
ahead
the
first
time,
rather
than
cancel
me
last
minute,
this
review
would
have
been
different.
It's
such
a
shame,
since
David
was
a
really
nice
instructor.
I
had
such
a
good
experience
with
him
and
I
was
looking
forward
to
the
dive.
I
have
attached
all
the
call
logs
between
us.
The
one
that
are
missed
call
are
the
attempts
to
cancel
me.
And
the
one
that
are
outgoing
are
me
chasing
them
up
on
when,
and
where
to
meet,
and
whether
or
not
the
dive
were
going
ahead.
