The team and all the wonderful houses they look after are second to none. Every time I've been to Perth I always just call the team at Cottesloe Beach House Stays and everything else after that is just easy Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay in the Beach Street Executive House. In terms of location, the property is one home back from Marine Parade and so it is quiet, yet a short walk to a kids play area and the water - from where windsurfers and kite surfers launch. The main Cottesloe Beach is a short 10 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Inside the house was perfectly configured to our family needs (2 adults for young kids). It has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: 2 queen beds and 2 twins - and the master and kitchen and living space on the upper floor. The dining area has a big table that looks right out over the water and was a perfect gathering place for our family and visitors. The master is a great size with nice shower, bath and ensuite. The decor is crisp and clean and the wood floors were easy to keep clean. Finally, the electronics (TVs, internet, etc.) is up to date and easy to use. The only drawback we had was the electricity supply breakers were insufficient to run the dishwasher and washing machine/ dryer when we went to sleep - it would trip the breaker and power would be lost. But we worked around this and understand that owner is addressing this. We would hope to stay in this house again on our next visit to Perth.

Even though the staff is very nice the place was not. Too many issues where things were not working and the place was dirty. On top of it all the internet when it worked was at the speed of a caterpillar. Nicest thing was the location and the view from the deck. Too bad it was spoiled by the facility. If the owners cleaned the place, updated it and fixed the bathroom, it has the potential but NOT in its present condition. My first place was at STAYZ and they and the place was amazing.

The team were very professional and easy to deal with and it was fantastic to enjoy the beautiful W.A sunset along Cottesloe beach. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The staff at Cottesloe Beach House Stays were attentive and very friendly. The accommodation is excellent and the Cottesloe location is fantastic. It's a home away from home basically! I highly recommend staying with Cottesloe Beach House Stays if you are ever in Perth.

Highly recommend their service and the properties they offer are all of a high standard. Nothing is too much trouble for Allison and the property managers. Any extra requests are promptly dealt with.

We have been to Cottesloe twice and booked via Cottesloe Beach House Stays both times. Great service, great big modern houses close to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cottesloe Sunnyside Cottage, it was lovely and cool through the January heat and the facilities were excellent. We had 7 people in total, all different ages and the house was perfect. We stayed for 2 weeks and the CBH team were great, they kept in contact at all times and fresh linen was delivered during the stay. There was no need to eat out with the fully equipped kitchen and very easy to walk to the beach (and grab a coffee on the way at the near by cafe!). The one little repair we needed was done straight away which was fabulous. All up a wonderful house, great facilities and would definitely stay there again. Thanks CBH, The Grays
