After recently relocating back to Perth from Melbourne, I’m stunned at some of the reviews given. Perth clearly doesn’t know or appreciate a good thing when they actually have it. This place is amazing and I’m so grateful to have something this good so close to home and not have to travel into the city. Loads of parking, accessible, super rad park for kids next door, amazing views of the ocean, good variety of dishes, staff have always been friendly and accomodating and the food as actually incredible and tasty. Amazing. We have been a couple of times now and have thoroughly enjoyed the food. Sure it’s a little on the pricier side, but the standard of food is certainly worth it. Cocktails are reasonably priced.

Have been here a few times for different family events. The food is always delicious, with a good selection to choose from. The desserts and cocktails are a great way to finish off the meal. There is no table service. You either go up to the bar or do the new QR thing. Staff are very helpful, food comes out quickly and hot. It’s best to make a reservation, especially on the weekend if there are a few of you. The outdoor area is not covered so be sure to take sunblock or a hat. The views are spectacular.

My husband and I had dinner here, around 5 pm on a Sunday. They were not very busy. If you do not have a booking, you can take the high chairs or the outdoor seats. Since we do not have a reservation, we took the high chair option. We were told to order and pay at the bar but was not handed menus. The next set of guests with no reservation however, were given the menus. The food was great, the lamb that I ordered was tasty and melt in the mouth. I just think the portion is small. I have had the same quality elsewhere for the same price but got more value for my money. They have good views and good interior and you can still have conversation without the music being too loud. No one checked to see if we are doing ok or if we liked the food. No thank you either when we left. So it is a bit of a hit and miss. This is my second time here and did not leave a review on first visit to give them a chance, sadly no improvement.

The food is good. However, they've recently raised their prices and reduced their portion sizes. Even though the Nasi Goreng was only $24, you would have to order two of them to get a serving size that you'd find at another restaurant. The Short Ribs were $38 and had no potato or salad on the side, just meat. You definitely couldn't have either dish by themselves. Expect to pay $50 for a regular sized main meal when going here. Burgers are no longer available when dining indoors, only outdoors. The delicious chicken burger and Miso Pudding has been taken off the menu. Coming back here was such a disappointment. I would definitely think twice before coming back here.

I am highly recommended this beautiful place, their service is excellent! I would like to thank you the lady who was assisting my non english speaking parent to order! They are just arrived here and they were a bit worry they can read the menu and the restaurant. This lady have so much patience to explain what on the menu. My parent were really enjoy the food. Amazing location and tasty food. Polite staff. One of the girls forgot our mains. The manager was very apologetic when it was brought to their notice. They got us our order super quick after that and did not charge us for the mains. Keep up the good work.

Stopped there for lunch and had a Smash Burger for my liking will give it a 10. Not far from the beach, nice big park and cocktails on tap at the Cubbyhouse. Excellent surrounds.

The beach House is one of my favourite places to go North of Perth. Lovely setting where you can sit either inside or outside and enjoy the lovely atmosphere and views of the beach and ocean. Large selection of drinks including cocktails and spirits. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Easiest way to order food and drinks is via the QR code on the table. Fast, easy to use and prompt service from staff

This is a gorgeous place, beautiful views, lovely warm but modern decor, friendly professional service and most importantly fantastic food. My 2nd visit in a week, we ordered lots of small plates, sat back enjoyed the view and the food. They’ve done something really great here, often in Perth when the location is so great they forget the menu, not the case here. Recommend the flatbread, pork belly skewers, beef tartare tacos and just about everything else. Breakfast next time, they have fantastic coffee too! Well done Beach House!!!

We absolutely love this place. The food is so delicious and not your every day food. The breakfast we had was incredible. The eggs Benedict with pork is to die for. The view is stunning as well. I highly recommend this place. The staff are so friendly and helpful too.

Amazing views and location. Plenty of car parking spots. Good food and staff. Wasn't that busy, but we felt like service was bit lower than what we expected. Maybe they were short staffed. Generally it was good. Travelled 35km to get there and I think it worth it.

Enough parking, well set up, accommodates your fur babies plus a park up close to keep the kids entertained, good service, servings are large, rich of flavour and very well plated, really appetising to look at, food is very rich so take your time and enjoy your meal with a great view of the sunset. Priced well and would recommend for what you're getting, if the bathroom and tables could be a bit cleaner, it would of received 5 stars.

Beautiful location, atmosphere, dog friendly. Food was Good. Menu is average, very limited on food choice. Prices to portions are exuberant. Definitely not somewhere you could go for a regular lunch as the prices are sky high. Maybe the owner will consider adding a side with the dishes. Getting a dish of meat with no side salad is very plain.

Overall, amazing calming 180 degree views of the oceans. All year round this place has great vibes due to the coastal ambiance and calming decor with lots of beautiful plants. The service is ok. For not being overly busy during the weekdays, we sat waiting for a while before being served. Music is good and upbeat and not overly loud. The food is amazing! This is one of my best reasons for coming here- food is good quality, served on time, and presented well. The coffees here are unfortunately bad. Macro foam, (milk not frothed properly meaning barista not trained/skilled in coffee preparation) and the coffee is usually bitter so a sugar is required. The food is slightly overpriced, especially for the quantity you get, however it could be due to inflation. For example 2 lamb buns is $19- that’s about $9.50 a bun which barely fed me.

The BEST food and service north of the river WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT!!! Fresh Oysters - delicious. Wood Fired Scallops - WORTHY OF A PLACE ON ANY MICHELIN 5 STAR RESTAURANT MENU ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!!!! Complements to the Management and Staff for exceeding my expectations each time I go. Can't wait to return. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends this evening. There is nothing average about this place..it is outstanding in so many ways. Location..Wait Staff..Sunsets..Music..Drinks Service..Bar Staff. The Food is an eclectic yet balanced mix of flavours, textures and influences. I really enjoyed the combination of crispy chicken and Asian greens. For me the highlight was the the creative perfection of desert..chocolate mousse. I had to close my eyes to fully appreciate all the flavours and I savoured every bite.. compliments and thanks to all involved in this unforgettable establishment. Parking is easy.. vegetarian options

Breakfast catchup with family. The food was amazing and there was just the right amount per serve thank goodness. Some of the best coffee I've had and I'm really fussy about my coffee as I have it black! Cant beat that view either. Definitely recommend giving The Beach House a visit

Great ambience. Would be a great spot to catch up with friends and family in better weather. The menu looked interesting - the regulars for breakfast with a pleasant fusion spin. Twenty five dollars per head (two vegetarian dishes with two coffees). I suppose the view is included in the price.

Lovely service. Disappointed that the Feed Me option is only available at certain tables. Food (fried chicken and beef skewers) came out cold. Otherwise would have been very tasty. Chips were uninteresting. Cocktails were very good. Kitchen would do well to bear in mind table size before sending out every single dish at the same time. Bathroom soap needs more frequent checking (only one dispenser and was empty).

Excellent new menu...our family had share plates and each one was very tasty....drinks were good too.

We have been wanting to try the tomahawk on the menu for ages and finally did it. No regrets. Was cooked incredibly and the sides that came with it were perfect too. Totally worth it. Always love coming to The Beach House.

Upon arrival things looked amazing, well presented, alot of plants and great views... chose a table and sat down, waited 10 minutes and had to get up and ask one of the staff to clean our table because it was dirty from the last customer's. While cleaning the table the employee wiped a wet cloth from the open end of the table towards my daughter and spilled all of the disgusting old food onto my daughters lap, no sorry or anything. Food come out for the kiddies and the burgers were decent thank god🙄 the wife went in looking for water and glasses and was not once approached to ask if she needed any help👎🏽 very limited gluten free options on the menu also so I didn't even end up getting food myself. Such a shame being as this place looks so nice. Up your game guys 🤷🏾‍♂️ oh coffee was OK too.

Great view on the waterfront. The menu was interesting borderline confusing. The chicken burger was nice however was wet and over saturated with sauces and juices. The sour dough bread with burnt butter was delicious. I would definitely recommend going for Sunday session drinks on the balcony overlooking the ocean.
