An unexpected little gem opposite yanchep lagoon. Food was great (we ordered, squid, chicken burger, & fish and chips). Was rather busy, but food came quickly. Staff were friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating with an outdoor playground.

Great food and really good coffee too... Had a beacon egg roll takeaway that was amazing, BBQ sauce was just perfect on a toasted bun.

The food here is amazing!!! I recommend the Orion burger, and the eggs Benedict. With the sights and sound of the beach, mixed with the matching decor theme of this cafe, it is in a league of its own. I'm glad to have rediscovered this place, and will be back again, and again. - UPDATE: Masks are required when ordering, but, may be relinquished once at your table. Be sure to try the homemade juices that are available, #2 is so good 💯

What a delightful cafe! Perfect location just across the road from Yanchep Lagoon, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with shelter and shade, charming and earthy beach hut style decor, beautiful artwork on the walls, clean and fresh, pleasant music playing at a volume conducive for conversation. The staff are really lovely and friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, particularly the chocolate mud cake! Vegetarian options available (try the halloumi burger!) Generous portions. Prices at the usual rate for a beachside spot. They even sell handmade jewellery and other quirky holiday gifts. Playground in the secure outdoor seating area for little people. Ramps in place for those requiring wheeled access. Well worth every visit!

Lovely place, good food and options! Dogs ok!

I had a wonderful breakfast this Saturday morning. Good food, nice view and friendly staff.

Important note - If you have allergies to dogs, this place does permit dogs to come dine in the cafe, the seating was littered with dog hair outside the end sitting area. That being said the local area is a great place to be to come get some respectable and honest food. However a few minor service problems that wasn’t spectacular; we got our drinks served after our meals were served and were in the end incorrect. the surface of the tables were were quite sticky, parts of the decor could personally be improved and as I previously mentioned there was quite a bit of dog hair on seats unfortunately.

Visited twice during our weekend stay in Yanchep, both times the food and coffee was great. I had the quesadillas for breakfast today and it was delish. The dish included a smoky sauce on the side which really made the dish. Service was prompt and the views of the Yanchep Lagoon were amazing. A full playground area for the kids on site as well.

Nice little beachside cafe serving breakfast lunch and dinner with dedicated menus for each. Fantastic location directly opposite the lagoon. Lots of street parking available. There's a small outdoor playground along with outdoor seating. There are quite a few tables available that are undercover too. The menu offers pretty standard breakfast options. We just had coffee, babycino, a cinnamon scroll, and a bacon and egg roll - so can't comment on the other cooked food. Very nice relaxed beachy vibe.

Food was amazing and we could not fault it. All the staff were polite and friendly. The kids play area is also very convenient. The seagulls are problematic if you’re sitting outside though.

Went on the public holiday so the place was busy, nevertheless the service was still fast! We ordered the fish wrap, fish burger and squid. All were delicious! Wrap and burger were large and packed with fillings, with just the right amount of chips on the side. A couple of tasty juices finished off the meal as we enjoyed the view and sea breeze. Will definitely be coming back!

Felt like a good country side beach Cafe. Chilled out, relaxed and delicious food at an affordable price for the family.

On 30/09/2023, We ordered a salt and pepper squid 🦑 and Bacon and Eggs rolls were amazing !!! Because of holiday, it was very busy but lovely staffs were foods came quickly!!! 😁 Well done waitresses 👏 A indoor and outdoor seatings with shelter and shade is good. The kids outside of playgrounds are perfect 👌 Well done chefs and staffs..10/10

We have been coming here for over a year now and food it’s been always really good, they have crafted beer and BYO option for wine , the view is always amazing with good sunsets over the ocean , the staff always nice, the music is good and a playground for the kids to play around.

Came for a day trip and after reading the reviews we thought this would be a lovely place to eat. From the pictures of the other reviews we were questioning if we were at the right location. The drinks were fine, however my fish and chips were not edible and full of grease. Very disappointing 2 mains a coffee and a juice came to $70. This is not somewhere we would recommend in the future.

Coffees are good, but this is the second time now that I haven’t enjoyed their food AT ALL which was really disappointing. Couldn’t finish it. Asked for smashed avocado and they gave me the other one on the menu (which was more expensive so you’d assume would taste better). came out as bread with sliced avocado on the side that you had to put together yourself…Tasted exactly how you’d imagine bread with plain sliced avocado on top...not great. Expensive food for one of the worst breakfast meals I’ve ever had. Id go back again for the coffees but definitely not for the food

Great location opposite the lagoon. Great coffee! Good menu choices. Lunch for 6 at midday with all of us ordering differently. All the meals arrived within a short time and were beautifully cooked and presented well. Awesome food. Can't wait to go again 😃

Lovely staff, great atmosphere and great food

So much more could be done for Yanchep Beach Lagoon Cafe by our Council. Each proprietor who comes with their dream for a small business improves the premises inside and out and they have always been Friendly gathering People within the community for light meals and refreshments but eventually their is a change of hands which I assume is due to a high rental for the premises and lack of more visitors on a daily basis. Their food is well made and the staff are lovely but a reduction in rental may help them get through the slow days. Elizabeth C 😃

Always very friendly and accommodating and the food is delicious! Great coffee, great service and beautiful views of the lagoon. We are regulars who pretty much order chilli mussels (and occasionally the laksa)…always on mark and the staff are great to deal with. Fully recommend.

Great little beach shop come restaurant . Service was fast and the toasted ham , cheese and tomato sandwiches wet fabulous . Will deffo repeat when back down that way again .

We are regular customers. We usually order the same thing…chillie muscles! The food is delicious, the service is first rate and the venue is simple and relaxing. Overlooking the lagoon with magnificent dissents and a chilled atmosphere. Would fully recommend
