Fantastic store with good range of products

The worst experience at a Coles supermarket ever! Unfortunately, anything good regarding this store was overridden by the absolutely terrible customer service! I even called the store whilst waiting in line twice, both times the phone rang out which you could understand staff are busy but when you standing there waiting and watching multiple staff together having a joke, chatting about their plans, whilst looking at the line of people with no one attending to us, makes it hard to justify why no one was at the counter. The young gentleman supervising the self serve however was trying his absolute best to reassure those of us waiting whilst getting someone to attend to us.

Fri 8 am carpark full , went to Woolworth and spent $300+. Not the first time happens regularly in summer . Beach and restaurant goers filling carpark . Have been going to Scarborough Coles since it opened . Getting too hard to shop there now looking around for alternatives .

Coles Scarborough has a big selection of scoop and weigh goodies which are great for someone who just wants a little bit of nuts and a little bit of chocolate as you just pay for what you purchase. Well laid out, friendly staff

The staff are so happy to assist and the checkout crew can deal with customers quickly. However we the public deserve a quality service by providing an extra checkout operator at all times.

Its coles lol in a shopping centre at Scarborough. Google is funny asking for reviews for everything

Closing time on maps was 6pm but they closed at 5pm. Security and one of the staff didn't allow us to get in. Absolutely unprofessional.

Went to Coles in Scarborough to get some frozen peas for my kids dinner at 8:53pm. They close at 9pm. I was told they were closed by a very arrogant employee and he couldn't let me in. I explained that all I needed were the peas. It would've taken 2 minutes for me to get it all done. The guy was rude and adamant he couldn't let me in. If they were apologetic and explained they had a policy not to let people in some time earlier than the 9pm close that would be fine. But, the guy was clearly on some sort of strange power trip. I'm on holiday from Melbourne. Weird experience.

Shame that the parking is bad thanks to city of Stirling removing over 200 car parking bays and people not caring that shoppers can't find parking thanks to food places taking up parking and the council don't do anything about it

Clean, beautiful beach and blue color of the sky and sea it was perfect

Nice and convenient to get daily needs but limited parking lot anyway sizable to park a Hummer. Walking distance to beach.

Rip off prices on old veggies, along with a lit of overpriced stock with limited range overall get my drift

Very bad customer service. I shop there twice a week and every time I'm being overcharged because either stuff putting incorrect produce and/or item not priced as a discounted. Then I waste 10 to 15 mins waiting to be refunded if I'm lucky to check my receipt straight away. Sometime I find mistakes at home. Manager Sharon processed my plums yesterday as white peaches, overcharged me. I found a mistake straight there. Will shop at Woolworths or Aldi from now on. Too bad Coles. Train your stuff properly.

The new 1 hour parking limit has made it impossible for me to do my weekly pantry shop here without risking a $68 fine. 1 hour is not enough time given the queues at the assisted checkout and the delays due to failures at self checkouts. After about 30 years of being a regular and frequent shopper here, I have decided to take my custom elsewhere. I understand this new time limit was to deter beach go-ers and to add income for the Luna maxi mart owners but no consideration was given to the local and regular loyal shoppers at the Luna maxi mart.

As usual I was unable to buy everything on my shopping list. I needed large size disposable gloves but of course Coles only had medium. Coles is a frustrating place to shop at it is impossible to buy everting that you need. I should have gone straight to IGA

Classic coles, big range of product, but often there is a long wait for be served .

I do like this Coles as it's always easy to find the things I need and the staff here are very helpful and friendly too.

Fantastic service. Fresh produce is great

Not a bad Coles by any means! I proudly admired their food to go range which is an excellent step forward in the convenience food market! My friend Nicholas enjoyed the ready made sushi on offer and splendid range of kombucha. We are both stoked to finally see Lo Bros on Coles shelves. Worth the wait I must say!
