My first visit to this Practice as a new patient and I was extremely impressed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Oliver Chen really took time to listen to my history and explained the referrals and treatment plans. I'm looking forward to a long, happy and healthy relationship with Brighton Beach Medical Centre.

Dr Oliver Chen is by far the very best GP I have ever seen! He is patient and kind, empathetic and knowledgeable across a broad range of issues, always makes me feel important and never rushed and I always leave feeling a whole lot better. The medical centre itself has stacks of easy parking and there's is plenty of seats in the waiting room too. 🙏🌻🙂

This was my first visit and I certainly had a good experience. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly. Dr Chen, well what can I say, He was very pleasant and helpful and easy to talk to. I didn't feel rushed like some surgeries. Cannot say enough about this medical centre.

I've been with this practice since 2008. My GP then was Dr. Anton Kruger (Principal) and when Dr. Tandi Hobbs joined the practice, I started seeing her. We moved to Bunbury for 3 years and I still had all my appointments with Dr. Hobbs. We've been back in Perth for 4 years now, and I still see Dr. Hobbs. They are very professional, friendly and I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

Had a little bit of a wait to see the Doctor who is also so nice. I have been attending this surgery for more the 6 years and always been very happy. We switched to Brighton medical over a year ago and we couldn’t be happier. The ladies at reception are pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Chen, our physician, is brilliant. He is everything you would hope for in your doctor. He actively listens and validates you, and he is very thorough in his approach. In his care, one feels cared for and safe, like nothing will be missed. He always takes the time to explain things so you understand and are involved in your own healthcare. I couldn’t rate him any higher.

Brighton Beach Medical Centre has awesome doctors and nurses. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Been a patient here for 9 years. Dr Susana and Dr Juan Rodriguez are very thorough and professional have helped myself and my family on many occasions, excellent care.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brighton Beach Medical Centre is such a great practice. Dr Chen and Dr Susana are amazing. They go above and beyond with advice and making sure all my questions and concerns are always answered and nothing is to hard for them! Been going here for years and cant fault it.

Brighton Beach Medical centre has very helpful reception staff. Dr Juan Rodriguez, Dr Tandi Hobbs, Dr Susanna Rodriguez are very helpful, understanding and ready to help with my queries. The nurses are very professional and makes you feel at ease. We as family are very happy and have been visiting since we moved to Butler.

Previous experience with this medical center have been good. But recently the lack of any care when things don't work for them is disappointing and have lead to moving to a new GP. Had an appointment booked early in the morning, the practice rang about 45 min before the appointment to advise the doctor was off sick, this happens, it is part of life. Was advised no other appointments available till a week out. The Appointment was to get a repeat script for medication that stops the skin from tearing. Requested assistance as no medication = living in pain for a week until the next available appointment, the request was met with nothing more than a blunt No there is no appointments for a week, need to see a GP for the repeat. The lack of care is not a service I will be using again or referring anyone to in the future.

Dr.Susanna Rodriguez is always caring and helpful, and not dismissive like a lot of general practitioners are these days. Never have any issues with the service at Brighton Beach.

I have had the very best experience at Brighton Beach Medical. Tandi Hobbs is an incredible doctor I have never experienced a more dedicated doctor who treats you with the utmost care and compassion she is a true credit to her profession.

I have been attending this practice since it opened up. I’m seeing some new faces at the reception desk but Chez if my fav, as she’s been here long term and a lovely lady. My doctor is fantastic and the practice is lovely and clean inside. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone. 😊

Rang up this morning to make an appointment but Doctor booked up. Made it for next week. Then 5 minutes later received a call to say Doctor had an appointment cancelled & would I like to take their place, Of course I did. Excellent service.

Feel 100% comfortable in talking with the doctors here about any problems which may be occurring at this point of time with our family, they have never been judge mental and are always willing to do there best in helping us. Outstanding treatment from attentive and professional staff- both medical and admin. I was never felt to hurry with my consult, and always got prompt feedback if any was necessary. I can highly recommend this practice, in particular Dr. Anton Kruger and Dr. Belinda.

I've seen 4 of the different Drs at Brighton and had positive experiences with all of them. Mostly now I see Juan Rodriguez and he has been consistently helpful and caring. My husband sees him too and is also very happy. Before moving to Quinns and first attendeing Brighton 2019 I had spent over a decade trying to find a good Dr with no success. The receptionists also have been polite and attentive every single time.

Dr. Rodrigo was very patient, caring and helpful. He is great interacting with my boy. The clinic is clean and the receptionist are very accommodating and friendly.

Visited the practice in Brighton Beach for the first time today. Staff was super helpful. The Doctor has a very brought spectrum of knowledge, the doctor interacts well with the patient. Dr Susana Rodriguez is the best Dr I have ever seen. She is kind, understand and beautiful inside and out. Reception/Admin ladies are always helpful and kind. Nurses are also very lovely and calming. Across the whole centre all doctors and staff have been very welcoming, understanding and accomodating.

Modern GP practice with very soothing atmosphere in waiting room. The receptionists are very welcoming and friendly and the doctor I visited, Dr Juan Rodriguez, was very professional and experienced. Easy parking facilities and suitable for disabled access as well. Recommended.

Dr Oliver Chen is very knowledgeable, he is easy to talk to and super understanding. I don't usually attend doctors in general as I have had bad experiences however Dr Chen was calm and relaxed and knows what he is doing. I have taken my kids to him to get looked at and he is great with them. He does very good check-overs making sure he's checked what he can on his end before making a decision. The admin team were lovely to deal with even giving me a lively and lovely "Welcome to our practice"

Brilliant clinic and staff. Dr Otto Olivier is such an amazing and gifted GP, we feel very blessed to have him look after us so well. All the reception staff are wonderful and the Phlebotomist (Paula) is a gem !!! Well done BBMC

I’ve been coming to Brighton Beach for 15 years and the doctors are remarkable. However, the reception staff are rude, and abrupt and should not work with people, let alone vulnerable people. To add, we are in a time we still require to wear masks in medical practices and constantly reminded by reception (which is fine, it’s a mandate and their job) BUT all the while one receptionist is not wearing her mask at all and the other with her nose exposed. You cannot raise your voice at a patient who forgot to put a mask on upon entry if you sit here all day without one on. Today the reception staff and other staff were chit-chatting at an inappropriate noise level, handing out lollies and chocolates and slapping one another on the bum, inappropriate for the workplace setting they are in. I think a PD day is due for your front of house staff

Have only had positive experiences at Bright Beach medical Center. I worked as a nurse for 40 years and find their style of practice to be professional and thorough which is exactly what you want in your medical care providers. Strongly recommend their service. Regards Bea Ormond

Brighton Beach were very kind and understanding. They were fully booked but made an effort to squeeze my daughter in. Dr Olivier was brilliant with my 8 year old daughter who was made to feel at ease. Great customer service all round!!!

The Doctors, nurses and staff right down to the Pathologist are all fantastic and always willing to assist the patients in all their queries, whatever they may be. The ladies at the front desk are especially helpful and friendly and I just think the world of my Doctor Susana Rodriguez Talavera. I very much appreciate everyone at my Brighton Beach Medical Centre and would recommend absolutely anyone to visit this fantastic practice.
