I like this IGA very much with regards to locality, freshness, variety and cleanliness. However, the young cashiers managing the customers need training desperately. No eye contact, unfriendly, shy and often they’re busy chatting to each other whilst serving a customer.. Today I got no eye contact , had to ask for my receipt and no thank you. Makes me feel like taking my shopping somewhere else….

Went in on Saturday to purchase some cordial No clear signage so we had to wander around to find it. (Tiny section in the back left corner for those playing at home) Obviously the lady with the blonde hair thought we were casing the joint and not so subtly followed us around like we were straight out of hakea. Instead of just asking us what we were looking for. Won’t be back

Popped in to grab a lemon, about all the old management was good at and I was blown away by the quality and variety. Well done new management. Keep it up and I will be a regular customer. Also great to hear reggae playing 👍

Buy my stuff here and I like it a lot friendly. But needs better English for asking for help the till lady's perfect but I can't ask where is the Basil pesto with being taken to rice and gravy. So would be good for the business

Great shop for everything you need. They often have fantastic specials and a large range of imported goods for when I'm missing flavours of my home country.

Handy store to go to when your options are limited, but not much variety and quite expensive.

I found this shopping experience very underwhelming as they didn't have a clear variety of bread rolls which is a very basic item for most shopping centres large or small.

Good variety of things however considering their size it could be much better. No preserved lemons, no cream cheeses other than Philadelphia. However hundreds of different picked onions. Staff are busy but helpful.

Have shopped at this store for fifteenth years, it has just been sold and new owners are changing the store around as it was looking very tired...now that's a good thing but it does not excuse not having basic everyday items. I spoke to new owner as they were out of Kirks Ginger Beer the new owner said it "oh are we out" you've been out of this for 3 weeks, does the manager not look at the stock levels to see what needs ordering? Even if you are doing the store up there is no excuse for running out of basic bread and butter lines.People in Mt Hawthorn will not complain like I have they will just go 100mtrs up the road to Woolworths. I am also aware that they have two other stores...Wouldn't it be an idea to get some stock from one of these stores so that you have what people want..
