I
reported
the
problem
with
the
fridge
I
bought
and
they
scheduled
a
delivery
of
a
new
one
to
me!
The
new
fridge
just
arrived
and
it's
perfect.

I'm
a
little
disappointed
with
my
experience
with
Harvey
Norman.
Here's
the
thing:
I
bought
a
second-hand
fridge
on
Friday
and
went
to
the
store
today
for
the
pick-up.
I'm
moving
today,
so
I
went
with
the
truck
I
rent
to
pick
up
the
fridge,
cause
that
was
in
our
route.
The
first
problem
was
that
on
Friday
they
told
me
to
pick
it
up
on
Sunday
at
469/475
Scarborough
Beach
Rd,
Osborne
Park
WA
6017.
I
went
there
with
the
truck
and
gave
the
staff
my
receipt.
They
left
me
waiting
for
almost
half
an
hour
until
came
again
and
say
that
I
should
pick
the
fridge
up
on
the
other
side
of
the
road
(the
second-hand
store,
where
I
bought
it
on
Friday).
That
cost
me
$40,
cause
I
was
paying
$80
for
the
removals
company.
Anyway,
we
went
to
the
other
side
of
the
street
straight
away
and
one
of
the
staff
brought
the
fridge
with
a
trolly.
We
put
it
together
in
the
truck
against
the
wall
and
tied
it.
Arriving
at
the
new
house,
when
I
opened
the
package,
that
was
a
hole
in
the
back
of
the
fridge.
And
I
was
like,
what?!?
Now
I
turned
it
on
to
see
if
it
works,
but
I'd
like
to
change
to
another
one,
because
they
told
me
I
have
three
years
of
warranty
and
I
JUST
UNPACKED
it!
And
even
if
the
fridge
is
working
for
now,
I
don't
know
if
this
could
give
me
problems
in
the
future...
