Friendly and helpful staff. One problem though when I ordered a part for my car fridge and wasn't told that I needed to pay a deposit at the time of ordering. 3weeks later found part hadn't been ordered because of this. Good range of products available in store.

A normal BCF store with a wide range of boating, camping and fishing equipment, gear, accessories and bait that you would expect to find at a BCF store. Staff have always been super friendly and helpful. Easy parking out front.

Awesome customer services from the staff, they are always there to be ready to help any customers who needed help with their wide knowledge in different area. The other thing is that BCF sell excellent products, even if the fishing rod guide ring is broken like mine before, they are ready to give me a new one and give me lots of advice for fishing particularly. I will come back next time, I recommended this store to everyone
