Absolutely beautiful!! The stars were so pretty at night, almost no need to go somewhere specific to watch stars. If you go here, bring your dog/s, they’ll love it too. The fresh air and breeze is good for animals and humans. I also recommend lighting a fire if you don’t go during the fire-risk season. Its really cold, so i would recommend bringing some padded clothing, or thick blankets. On the way back home, the fog may be disastrous, as you cannot see anything and have to go 50km/h or lower. Make sure you put your full headlights on and watch out for kangaroos, or other animals, as they are attracted to light. The dam is beautiful, do go for a swim if you can, if not, try some fishing. The kitchen was a bit of a disappointment, as there was only one microwave, and a lot of people were using it. You can also hire table tennis, basketball, and cricket gear for free. The atmosphere is amazing, but a lot of campers who weren’t even near us were making noise like they were the only people there. They were shouting, screaming, yelling and popping full balloons, which ripped through the campgrounds and woke everyone up. I wish the staff had done more about it, as dogs were getting scared, and people couldnt sleep. There were also fireworks above the dam yesterday, which was a good addition to out short trip. Overall, a great experience and i would recommend.

Such friendly helpful staff. Delighted with the service and help to my car with the firewood. Buy your firewood there for convenience and at only 30 a night for my partner and I and our 2 children age 5 and under very happy campers. We had a very spacious site with no neighbours. The camp was spotless and close proximity to the dam. I like there is a fire pit per site. We will be back

A peaceful and well appointed campground. All amenities were well maintained and kept current. Fire rims were provided and the office/cafe sells firewood at $25/bag. The cafe is open from 0800-1500 every day and serves a range of good eats. Didn’t try it out because we stayed for only one night and had our own meals. We enjoyed the peaceful environment and how easy it was to walk to Lake Brockman.

Second time stop here and chose the bush camp for this quick stop and loved it just as much as the main site. Staff friendly and accommodating and the site is well maintained.

We have found a place. To go on a day trip. Yes, the Horse or March flies. Were horrible, but the friendliest birds made up for it. The parrots came very close. Oh, the drop toilet. The cleanest my wife has ever seen.

A terrific location with so much to do year round. Great self-contained campsites, lake for swimming, fishing, skiing. Hiking trails in abundance. Open fires during winter. Cafe and caravan park nearby.

Great place to camp. Very hard rocky ground so bring good tent pegs and hammer. Lovely tree cover, gravel paths round the lake for moutain biking or hiking. Lake is beautiful, cold but great. Plenty of fire pits and drop toilets. If you want shower access you need to stay at the caravan park, but otherwise have a swim in the lake ;). Great fun, definitely recommend it. Short walk, like 100m to lake from our camp site. There's a cafe and small store at the caravan park bit. So you can buy wood, ice, icecreams etc. Plenty of people on the lake in boats, jet ski's and paddling.

Enjoyed a 4 night camping trip from Monday to Friday. Very scenic location with good facilities. Only issue i felt which could be improved is the caravan stand ground surfaces which is very stoney and not quite level. Also, not enough ablution for the size of the park. Will also be nice if there could be easier dam access from the park, perhaps something similar to Logue brook campsite.

Stayed for two nights in our motor home. As it is off season we had a choice of heaps of sites. Great spots among the trees. Facilities were clean and tidy and staff were very helpful. Believe it's an in spot particularly on long weekends. Lake looked very inviting but maybe a tad chilly. Recommend.

Lake Brockman Tourist Park, located just under two hours south of Perth. Its a gorgeous park with friendly hosts, clean amenities, beautiful views of the lake and forests all around. Great spot for the kids, fair prices and dog friendly. I highly recommend the trip!

The setting of this place is beautiful, the park staff were friendly and helpful and accommodated us moving from the tent only zone (no power, no water) to another site (Quokkaa) after the one chosen wouldn't fit our set up. HOWEVER, the park was let down by some of the other people onsite. It states quiet time is 10pm and unfortunately due to the noise that we could hear from other areas of the park (not in Quokkaa) and the constant sirens we could hear in the distance, we ended up packing up and leaving at 2am on the first night. We thus lost out on our stay and also lost out on the deposit paid for the key card which we could not return because the office was obviously closed. We are only in our 40s and we certainly do not mind other people enjoying themselves because we ourselves love to enjoy ourselves but when its 2am and there are still people full on partying at the other side of the campsite literally a matter of feet from the office and they aren't being told to be quiet, it's pretty annoying. On our road out of the campsite, we encountered the cops and an ambulance who had pulled over some young guy who was driving a 4x4 and trailing a boat so that will account for the sirens we heard. Another downside is having to book for a minimum of two nights. All in all, lovely campsite, lovely staff, good facilities, beautiful scenery but let down by the people who they allow to spend time on the sites who go unchecked throughout the night but I suppose the people frequenting the dam are young kids with boats and skis so not very surprising.

Always a great stay at Lake Brockman. The Ski shack is a great little spot. If the weather is hot it can be warm in the cabin until it cools down after sunset. Comfortable for 6 of us. Friendly staff are great. Not far from the water. Always feel secure in the park.

Spent 5 nights camping in Quokka, had a blast! Best kept amenities and grounds. Lovely staff very helpful and cheerie. Best location in the south!

This place is awesome, the only thing that let's it down are people who have private residents there. Some are very rude and act as thought the place is theirs. They don't feel that the dogs on a leash rule is applicable to them either.

Went camping here with my little fella and we had a blast! Toilets and showers are clean. Close to the lake for some fishing (even if we weren’t lucky). Gorgeous views. Was our second time camping here and we will be back!

Great place to stay. Much better on a weekday. Bit too crowded on weekends. Clean and tidy with good facilities/amenities 👍. Suits families and couples alike.

Stayed two nights in the glamping tent, very clean living space and private bathroom block (for the 7 clamping tents only) and only a short walk to them. BBQ was clean and a private fire pit was a great bonus, the view was to die for too.

Didn't actually stay at the facilities. I just called in for a swim. Love the lake. The water is clear and icy cold. They are currently doing some works on the far side. So large areas barricaded off. You'll need thongs or reef walker shoes as the ground is pebbles.

I’m not gonna lie, Deb’s face fell when she saw me out the door at 5.14. That’s 14 minutes after she was supposed to shut. But she solved all my problems, and picked me out a lovely bush camp site so I could easily access the lake. Such friendly service and she didn’t rush me at all

First time for our little family camping there, and I can highly recommend it! Beautiful location with the lake walking distance, surrounded by the trees and wildlife, the girls in the café are incredibly friendly and helpful, and gorgeous beaches 30min away. The family room was nice and roam, and the kitchen was regularly cleaned and refilled, and the cafe offers yummy meals and has a well equipped little shop. Only minor were the Marsh Flies and little flies, so apparently best to avoid going between October-December and February-March. 😅 But other than that, we absolutely LOVED it!

My partner and I stayed at one of the cabins, we didn't hold any grand expectations and were happy with something basic. However, when we arrived there were dead flies on the beds, unclean frying pans (despite their fine enforcement for not cleaning) and dirty floors. Also, we didn't realise you needed to bring your own sheets (which is our fault) however $140 more for Linen is a joke. Despite this location is good if I were to go back would rather camp as it would be cleaner then the cabins.

Beautiful environment, however area is super rocky and difficult to peg. Beach is all rock no sand so recommended to wear thongs or crocs when swimming or else you get a sharp reminder rocks are everywhere

Great mid week get away, Close to Harvey with easy access, and well spaced sites for our van. Lots of Birdlife, and the occasional visiting Kangaroo with a Joey.

Power site with sharing kitchen and hot shower. Parrots come to eat tour food 🤣 a bit walk to the lake side tho.

Great location, stunning scenery and really nice facility and staff. Not peaceful though. No control over inconsiderate campers going wild till 2AM for 2 nights in a row!

A really good spot for a break close to Perth. The lake is very pretty with some nice walks. Great for kids. Facilities aren't young but they are clean. Well worth a visit. Pick your days for a swim.....the same water is bracing.

Great place, perfect for a weekend. Great for dogs, but would HIGHLY recommend fly screens and citronella. Blow flies are out in force.

Passed through here for lunch on our Munda Biddi Trail ride. Staff were super helpful with refilling our water bottles and recharging phones etc. Can't thank them enough. Food was also great, Pizza went down a storm.

Best accomodation for the price and the rooms are really good with aircon, only cold taps, 2 bunk beds and a queen size bed

Great place, friendly staff. Love being able to have a fire cranking. Would be much better camping in summer for us, decided I don't like camping in winter. If I had got a cabin sorted would have been sweet.

For $43 Per night the Ablution facilities and Camp kitchen were third World quality. Bathrooms are not clean and well overdue for a renovation. The Camp kitchen was dirty and very basic. I would not recommend staying here unless you like the noise of cars spinning there wheels on gravel all night.

Great spot for camping. Gorgeous red tailed cockatoos. Was not much internet reception though for our online work (but for a holiday off grid, it is amazing!)

We stayed in the glamping tent and it far exceeded our expectations! Perfectly situated amongst the trees and still a view of the water and easy walking distance. The tents were very spacious and included a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, bbq outdoor and indoor sitting. Had a fantastic couple of days at Lake Brockman.

We stayed in the caravan park of Lake Brockman Tourist park and it was a nice spot, large camp kitchen's and very clean drop toilets, overall nice place, but on cold days remember to take some fire wood to keep you warm

Had a pleasant 3 day stay in quokka area, would have given more stars if the long drop toilets were cleaned out more regularly, especially with the amount of people there I feel this needs to happen more regularly to keep them from smelling like it did.

This place is definitely worth a visit, great place to camp plus you have the lake for fishing, skiing and having fun on the water, no swimming allowed due to jet ski and boats, 4wd areas and mountain bikes 😀

Very nice, tranquil place resting beneath the marri and jarrah forest on the edge of the lake. It's magnificent in a glamping tent overlooking the lake with non stop rain keeping warm and dry and enjoying the view. Then in summer there are great views overlooking the lake with a drink watching the sunset. So it doesn't matter whether it is summer or winter, it is just a lovely, tranquil place to relax in the bush.

Great family camping a lot of natural activities, only bring shoes and thongs, as the pebbles and stones do hurt a little

We have visited this place on numerous occasions. Great place to camp with kids. Drop toilets, dog’s allowed, bbq’s, fire pits and picnic table at every site. The staff are friendly and helpful. Cafe on site and they have the necessities if you forget something. Coffees pretty good too! Great for a fish and swim and plenty of walking trails. Always a great family getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay in the Glamping Tent. They have everything you need! The surrounds are beautiful and it was nice to be away from all the families for our get-away. The staff were super friendly. We will definitely be back to stay with the kids next time.

Loved this place! So serene! We had our boat, lots of parking for boat and van. Great facilities. Only had one washing machine working which was a bit tricky! But other than that was fab! Cafe was very handy for the morning coffee!
