Horrible!! Doctor's talk to you in a very condescending matter and are not very helpful. Receptionist's are extremely rude and have not a care about any clients. Giving one star is too generous! They use their workers to leave good reviews so don't be fooled! This medical centre and their doctors are jokes, doubt half of them are qualified to be doing the work they are paid for!

This used to be a great centre. Now it seems they are money hungry and the reception staff have forgotten how to treat customers. Booked an appointment and when I arrived they told me They had double booked. They said I could take the walk in appointment but I would be charged 100 for it as it was a walk in appointment. Even though it was their error. Scottish lady was so condescending and rude made me feel like a second class citizen. She should not be working in a customer based role. My partner booked this weekend and same thing again. We got a call 15 minutes before his appointment saying the dr was double booked and we would have to reschedule for Sunday. Sunday came and they wanted to charge my partner for a Sunday appointment. Receptionist was so rude to my partner he went away feeling deflated and disrespected. The staff at this clinic need some customer service training and perhaps a reevaluation needs to be done of your code of conduct and your goals for the future. We will never visit your clinic again (we have been going there since it opened) and we strongly recommend that you review your practices.

Advertised as a bulk billing walk in medical centre but recent policy change to charge $20 for walk ins! Apparently charging the $20 is up to the doctor's discretion (according to the receptionist who called through to the doctor to ask if he wanted to charge). I have been here a few times before as a last resort when my usual doctor is booked out. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED ANTIBIOTICS! They never prescribe them. Every time I go for the same infection they say I don't have an infection and send me away. A couple days later I get in to my usual doctor and he says the infection is extremely bad and prescribes me antibiotics straight away. If I had listened to the doctor at this place I would have ended up in hospital with a serious kidney infection! This time in particular made me want to write this review as I went in with an infection, was told I didn't have one and sent away with no antibiotics. Then when the receptionist asked the doctor if he wished to charge the $20 walk in fee he said yes! Expected to pay a fee at a bulk billing doctor when no treatment was provided! Ridiculous! I disputed it with the receptionist and after she spoke again with the doctor he said he 'was willing to waive it this time but will charge it next time' well don't worry I won't waste my time coming back! I can see this practice is risking lives! Another review says that they were told it was nothing and when getting a second opinion found out they had a tumour! Need a serious reassessment of the doctor's skills before something serious happens!

Recently saw Dr Marian Hanna, who is honestly one of the best doctors I've ever met! Never knew a doctor to listen to my concerns so intently, and offer the best care I've ever received. Reception is always lovely and friendly. NOTE that they do mixed billing, my appointment cost $75 with just under $40 back from Medicare. I'll keep these guys in my back pocket for when the free clinics are booked up.

Had the best experience here this week..after hrs. Through out our whole medical journey I have never been to a medical practice that has done there job... but also went over and beyond to help us the way they did. We were extremely humbled and oh so thankful. I was close to tearing up tbh. Service like that is very hard to find these days. A big bunch of flowers are in order hubby said! We were actually a bit speechless on drive home. Well done Harvest Lakes!! You are legends!

Absolutely amazing staff! Doctors are amazing and very understanding! Kelly the receptionist their is absolutely 10/10 - when changing from my original practice to them Kelly talked me through it all and was 100% supportive and was able to answer any questions I had! Also to have a medical centre and receptionist that gets straight on to your paperwork and sending out referrals! Cannot recommend this practice anymore! Outstanding work Harvest lakes Team!

Whilst the doctor was lovely enough, unfortunately I don’t think he took my sons symptoms seriously. A 6yo yelling that his ears hurt, temps and not sleeping. I was sent home with nothing but a miserable child still in pain and told it was just viral. Luckily for me, upon leaving here my usual GP (always fully booked well in advance) ended up calling me as a cancellation had come up later that afternoon. As suspected, my son ended up having quite bad infections in both ears and finally he was given the antibiotics we should have been given in the first place. Nice, polite staff, but I wouldn’t see a doctor here again. I’ll just wait it out and stick to who we know best and wait for them to become available.

Me and my family have been going to Harvest Lake Medical Centre for over 4 years. Dr Ahmad is such a great doctor. He is good listener. He listen the patients issue with patience, very friendly with kids, make them feel comfortable, diagnoses the issue and explain to patient. How can i forget the reception staff member, all the staff member are always happy and treat all patrons with their great customer service skills.they even advise the patients that you are on which number with doctor which give the patient a idea that how long is wait. In summary, I would say the best medical centre i have ever been too.

Very rude staff and only care about making money. Booked an appointment over the phone explaining I wanted a skin check and a consultation after for a prescription. Was seen to by the awful Dr Ugo Onyeka. After reviewing my skin, I was told that I was out of time to speak about a prescription as “I had too many moles and it took him too long to check them”. Kicked me out of his room and went to reception to make another appointment. When I queried why it was my fault that they had not allowed enough time, receptionist was very rude and blamed me for not booking properly. I was extremely clear when I booked but she didn’t care. Came back the next day and got Dr Ugo again. He refused to give me repeat prescription of medication I have been on for years, saying he would need to refer me to specialist. When I pushed him to clarify, his excuse was that he was unauthorised to prescribe. This is a normal medication that I never had issues with. I got charged for both appointments and went to another GP that didn’t charge and gave me prescription easily. Avoid this practice!

I made an appointment and had to change it due to work. Rang, spoke to a lovely receptionist no issues to alter my appointment. Day of appointment I was running slighly late, traffic, rang, again no issues! Was seen by Doctor Michael Gendy, I really appreciate that he remembers my medical history and I don't need to keep reminding him. Service was exceptional, from all staff and although I don't want to visit soon, can't complain about the exceptional customer service and can do attitude from everyone at Harvest Lakes Medical Centre. Thanks Guys!

The receptionists, nurse and doctors are always so caring, helpful and understanding. They constantly do their best to help you out in the quickest and best way possible. The girls behind the desk are always smiling regardless of how busy they are and Dr Paaru always has mine and my son’s best interest in mind. There is no where else I would trust my medical needs with!

We have always been able to get in but tonight has been great and the staff went above and beyond to help our daughter. The beautiful Scottish receptionist Kelly was so kind and accommodating and we got in with Dr Idris who we have seen a few times and I've also found them very thorough. We have also seen Dr Livingstone and she was fantastic. Never had a problem with the doctors, nurses and reception staff and always found the service great

Very good experience - went for a walk in appointment. From walking in straight away the receptionists were lovely and accommodating. Waited to see a GP and the GP was fantastic. A well run clinic and I will definitely be back again

Harvest Lakes Medical Centre offers a range of good quality service such as doctors, allied heath and pathology. The reception staff are always willing to help and always greet you on arrival. They also offer skin checks, contraception and immunisations in which offer during the week which have very convenient times with my work schedule. Highly rate this medical centre and will defiantly be back here for more appointments :)

Been there because of high fever, bad sweats and chills and flank pain. Reception ladies have been super-friendly and helpful, gave me an appointment so I didn‘t have to pay walk-in fee. Got called at 10:58, 2 mins prior (I‘m Italian, our healthcare system is like waiting at least 2hrs, no matter when you appear). Doc Al-Absi asked the right questions and got the diagnosis within a few mins. Definitely recommend this place. Felt safe, understood and well-medical-treated!

I am sure not that many kids like doctors, but Dr. Sarala changed my daughter's mind. She is so patient and she knows how to deal with young kids. Absolutely amazing!

My entire family goes to Dr Oladipo Idris. He is efficient and knowledgeable. He is one of the best doctors I have come across. He is vital for this medical centre.

Kelly went above and beyond to help myself and my family. She was joyful, friendly and had a big welcoming smile! I have always found the doctors to be very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Booked the appointment 2 days prior and was able to see a fully bulk billed doctor. I didn’t require any medical advice or attention- Just a script repeat. Harvest lakes medical is my regular medical centre and have found the service and standards usually very good.

I have never met a doctor who is so rude and condescending before until coming to this clinic. I came in as a concerned parent, and was basically shut down and made to feel stupid. I was not listened to at all. He said "what would you like me to do" and "As a mother do you really want to stick a needle in your child". Maybe he should actually do his job, instead of dismissing a mother who knows her own child. I was lucky enough that our regular doctor actually listened to my concerns and found out what was going on with my child. As someone who works in healthcare and directly with doctors I am absolutely disgusting in this doctors behave. Don't waste your time coming here.

The doctors are nice. But one of the front desk lady was very rude and unfriendly. Because she lost the claim number then blamed my friend didn't pay the bill. Even the bill wasn't be paid, you could check with us, but not questioning us rudely like we try to skip to pay. She is the worst front desk I have even seen

Dr. Idris is the best. He's been my doctor for many years now and comes highly recommended. He is a great listener, very attentive and get what's needed covered in a highly professional way. I have a new family now and they see him too. Recommend this doctor to anyone.

Kelly the receptionist here is lovely! Very warm & friendly on every visit. Aaron Albrecht (Chiropractor) is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. Helps keep me at ease and relaxes me before my neck, back adjustments, and dry needling. So far great experience. I'm seeing an improvement on severity of my pain which is brilliant! Thanks so much.

I was in pain after the anaesthetic was injected as the stuff did not work and I could feel the doctor removing nail. I was annoyed I was not listened to. Also the wait time to be seen is a joke if u are booked in for a certain time u should be seen. I feel this practice has failed me as a patient and I want to take this matter further.

I attended Harvest Lakes Medical Centre as a walk in after an accident at home. The receptionist was extremely helpful, providing necessary care while I waited to see a doctor. I was seen by Dr Idris within 10 minutes and cared for in a professional and caring manor.

The one star is for the receptionist. The Dr I saw was so blaze and not empathetic at all. Went in with pelvic pain and got a referral for ultrasound on my abdomen. Upon attending my ultrasound booking today they've informed me that I actually need a pelvic ultrasound and they're not sure why the GP asked for abdominal. Not only that they didn't ask my pain level and gave me over the counter pain meds.

From the moment you arrive and are greeted by your name, to the doctor's and nurses, you are not just a number. I, personally, have a number of doctors I see in this practice. They all have access to my records, test results etc and treat me accordingly. This practice works together for the best outcome for the patient. They also have a wealth of specialists visiting as well so it is very convenient to see everyone in the one place. I travel 30 minutes to get to this practice.

Highly recommend absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!! I phoned and spoke with receptionist Kelly whom was so lovely, warm and kind she said to just bring my brother down to get the doctor to have a look at his eye which had a piece of metal in it. Kelly booked us in with Dr Maya and she was fantastic! Dr Maya was so patient, gentle and thorough she made sure the metal was gone and that his eye felt completely better before leaving. Dr Maya has such a beautiful bedside manner and makes you feel very welcome and gives you her time. Thank you Kelly and Dr Maya 10/10

Dr Aaron is amazing for Chiropractic care. I have been struggling for 6 years with back pain that no GP, physio or chiro could figure out. After 4 sessions with Aaron I am almost pain free and can do so much more. He really focuses on how you can treat yourself from home too, rather than needing to have adjustments once or twice a week for months. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I needed an urgent procedure for which my usual surgery couldn’t fit me in until January, so I rang Harvest Lakes Medical Centre and they accommodated me within 2 days. I must say that from the reception staff to the nurses to the doctor I was extremely well cared for and the service that I received was very professional. Thank you to everyone concerned.

Harvest Lakes is such a great Medical Centre. I want to give Doctor Sarala Sivanna a special mention. She has been my Doctor for quite a while now and is always very thorough and professional in caring for me. She has a lovely bedside manner and always takes her time to explain medications/treatment for me, plus she is a good listener.

I went there for vaccination. I can’t complain about GP who was pretty nice. However, the nurse who gave me injection was way too bossy and rude. She asked me to sit wet chair, she convinced that was water, so no problem for sitting. She demeans the medical centre. I’m not sure what cultural background you have, but it doesn’t cost kind to people. I would go back to. It was unpleasant experience to me.

The receptionist today at this medical centre have no bedside manners and treated me poorly over the phone. I was scheduled to have a Telehealth consult today but after waiting for the appointed time and no call, just a few minutes before I called the receptionist to ask what was going on. The receptionist, Kelly, told me to wait and to hang up so that the doctor called me. I waited for another 30 minutes and then called again. Turns out that the number that they had on file for me was the wrong number and the receptionist blamed me for not updating the number with them straight away. I don't think this is very fair as a) they did not asked me for my phone number when I booked for the Telehealth Consult and b) the only reason why I can't physically go to the clinic myself is because I caught COVID and it's been so bad, I've had trouble sleeping and have to isolate at home. After some trouble shooting I was finally able to get to talk to a doctor to get my medical certificate and a prescription. The doctors here are ok, but the only time this receptionist was nice to me was when it was time to pay. If you like the doctor that you're with you should stay but otherwise, I recommend going somewhere else.

It took me a while to find a practice that fitted my needs. This is the one for me. The reception staff have seen me at my lowest and all the bits in between, and been understanding when I was in those places. They make me feel comfortable in times I have needed help. My doctor is amazing, patient and experience. I hate addressing medical stuff, this place and especially the people make it bearable. Thank you all - you know who you are.

I have been going to this surgery for a few years now and I have never come across anyone as lovely as the receptionist Kelly. And Dr Idris is such a lovely doctor. These two people make going to the doctors more enjoyable. I will only make appointments when Kelly is working. I have never met such friendlier people and Kelly goes above and beyond for you. If Kelly and Dr Idris leave, I will be going to be finding a new place to go. I travel to this surgery because of the service I get and I have a surgery right around the corner from me. They both get two thumbs up from me

Excellent doctors and receptionists here. Always so helpful and squeeze my children in when they need to see a doctor. Never had any issues always amazing doctors who care. Definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Ugo is awesome!! very knowledgeable, patiently listens to you, evaluate all options and explains all details. He is my favorite GP for my family and really appreciate his professional manner.

My appointment was a follow up from my prior treatment at the surgery. While I love my Dr and the treatment/ advice I get I'm struggling to stick with the clinic due fees almost doubling. $35 on top of the Medicare is a big jump especially for follow up appointments.

Kelly the medical receptionist and Dr Idris were absolutely amazing! I came into the clinic after-hours and was seen in less than 10 minutes and out by 20 with exceptional and personable service. Highly recommend this clinic for thorough and efficient healthcare. Thanks again guys, keep up the good effort.

I was so unwell with the flu & I didn’t have the energy to drive to see the GP, Kelly the lovely receptionist was so helpful & understanding, she arranged a phone appointment for me. Within 1/2 hour Dr Idris called me. He was so friendly, it was a pleasure chatting with him. I have met a few doctors at Harvest Lakes Medical Centre & they have all been professional & helpful. The extended hours that the practice operates are so great, I’ve found it so useful as a full time working mumma.

Recently arrived in this area and transfered to Harvest Lakes Medical Centre. So far a great experience. Dr Koh has been giving me all the time I needed for a medical condition I was recently in hospital for, he's very thorough and supportive. Reception staff friendly and efficient.

Fabulous experience as a walk in. Kelly the receptionist made sure that we got seen with a suspected concussion & just had wonderful customer service skills. Dr Idris was AMAZING with my child’s anxiety and walked them through each and every step. We will be back.

I have been a regular attendee for the past three years and have always been so impressed with the service, compassion, commitment and professionalism that the staff afford me every single time. The reception staff, nurses, pathology and particularly my regular doctors have all been exceptional. I appreciate the 'behind the scenes' discussions that my doctors have between themselves and nurse Jen in regards to my treatments and outcomes. I can not praise these wonderful people enough! This place is easy to book, if you have any issues just give them a call and they will definitely help. Lots of availability and are open evenings and weekends too which is a bonus! Dr. Liesel Heeks was very kind on my first visit and understanding. It was a 15-20 minute wait but all GP clinics are like that, other places I've had to wait over an hour so 20 minutes was nothing. I recommend this place :)

So happy to have found a great medical practice so close to home. The staff there are amazing. I go see my chiropractor Dr Aaron and he is friendly, professional and attentive. Kelly at reception is absolutely lovely, helpful and always has a smile on her face.

The wait was not long at all, and Dr Livingstone was lovely and very knowledgeable. The reception staff were great and answered all my questions and the pathology staff were quick and efficient too

Such a great medical centre and always friendly and attentive staff! Kelly is always a lovely face to see on the front desk, always helpful and really makes you feel looked after from start to finish. Would highly recommend Bini as after only a couple of sessions, has helped me massively and Dr Yazan was wonderful in helping with the referral process and pointing me in the direction I needed with his extensive knowledge and friendly demeanour. If you live south of the river, I would 100% be recommending visiting Harvest Lakes Medical Centre and making it your local GP practice
