Worst service ever, asked staff where the concrete slabs are in trade section, and they say "I don't know, ask them over there". As I approached the man at the boom gate asked if he could help. I asked for slabs. He replied there over there see at the back in the sun. No attempt to take me there or ask a staff member to assist. When I got to slabs a young man came over no attempt to assist, then he left. I had to move 7 slabs 610 X 450 on my own to find ones that weren't cracked or damaged. Then load onto a trolley and go to check out. People waiting and only one staff serving. There were many staff around the area but no-one considerate enough to help. I'm 66yrs old and will not go to that store again. Try being more like Baldivis Bunnings where I got excellent service and the young man there helped load 12 slabs into my car. I worked in customer service all my life so know how a Customer should be treated. And the guy in the garden section that was called to assist with pepples, so arrogant and rude. The Service was absolutely appalling in that store.

Nearly impossible to speak to someone about the availability hire vehicles on the phone.. everyone just palms you off or puts you on hold. Bunnings should make it easier for customers to see what branches have hire vehicles are available rather than expect them to drive to every Bunnings branch or wait an hour on the phone!!

It actually enjoy coming to bunnings in Bibra Lake!!! Lately if been there every week huge range of products. There a older lady in the gardening section that lost if that department. Her knowledge is outstanding with he huge range that on offer in the gardening section. Thank to her my lawns is looking perfect. I just picked up a BBQ smoker, the guy in the BBQ department also certainly knows heaps about BBQs. I looked up my new BBQ smoker online, I found it was priced between $50 to $100 more in cost compared to bunings price.

Arrived early on a very rainy day. Parking seemed spacious with easy access. Online ordering provided the location reference for fast assistance for what we were looking for. Garden Centre had what we needed which was priced right. Service at Bunnings is always excellent. We left very satisfied.

Unlike other stores it's almost impossible to find staff for assistance. When you can find staff they explain management don't want to pay for staff and that's why the service is so poor

Love coming here for the sausage sizzle, most Bunnings are great. Friendly staff and good variety of products can’t fault.

It's a bummer that management don't employ staff with knowledge of the stock or provide them with training . Bunnings used to be better!

Update to my previous issue, had a great conclusion with the team at Bunnings Bibra Lake going above and beyond to rectify my situation with an outcome both surprising and excellently handled in a very professional manner so it’s full marks from me very happy and thanks to Dave and his team!

We had a cuppa at the Cafe and the lady who served us was friendly and bubbly which was nice to see and hear. I told her it was my mums birthday and she came over to wish her a happy birthday which made my mums day.

overall experience is very good. But I hope the tool-shop TM'S are informing customers interested in purchasing the Ozito band saw that replacement bldes are not available until January

its a bunnings... I am marking them down one point as they did not have a sausage sizzle at the time of my visit.

Just came to this store and asked an employee (plumbing manager) from the front counter for some help finding a piece of plastic piping as there was no one on floor to ask, and he said he didn’t know and just stared into nothing for about 30 seconds (expecting him to be thinking about who can help me) before saying sorry I’m not really sure. Absolutely disgusting. So I now can’t fix what was needed to be fixed because of your disgusting employees customer service.

Easy access, good parking, I find this one has more in stock than the bunnings that is closer to me so I travel further to enjoy a better experience

Last night I popped in for an emergency. Request in trade for some wood off cuts to stabilise our caravan. I was not even greeted or looked in the eye by any team members. I approached a man in late 50’s friendly as asked,” Hi how are you on this windy night mate, please can you let us know where the off cuts are ? “ He would not even make eye contact then said, “Nope there ain’t any” Went wondering for something random a really nice young man was helping then said, “Why don’t ya get some wood off cuts”, umm where are they ? Took me over personally, to a huge pile of wood off cuts. We purchased something else very pricey and didn’t fit. Returning to store today the man in trade that said No Wood recognised us a quick look then basically took off. Today’s experience was awesome, the guy that cut the off cuts thanks so ever much. Safety first with caravans lucky no HSE incident due to very poor initial service.

As a woman, I love Bunnings, everything is organize/clean and staff are so helpful. They able to direct me, to what I want.

Don't rely on the Bunnings web site as it's not accurate, it's far from it, after going to 3 stores looking for something the website says it has and the chicks on the trade desk send to said stores, it's NOT there..... This Bunnings???? Staff are polite but don't expect help 1 staff member came up to us as we were loading the car (2 older people) with timber boards asked if he could scan them after we had already paid then proceeded to walk away stood with 2 other staff members and watched us load up.... Shame, shame, shame

3 because we only saw a small portion of this massive complex. Like wow, size wise Mega. What we saw was well stocked, outlay similar to others which made it easy to find exactly what we were shopping for. Exit via the plant entrance/exit, service polite and fast, could have spent all day in the plant section 😀 alone. Parking spacious, sausage sizzle fund-raiser full bore, will visit again.

Some of the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Five staff at the front counter, none of whom offered to help after asking them multiple times where a particular product was. Once we asked for advice, we were made to feel stupid and were belittled, so much so that the staff member we asked for help told another staff member that she "Needed to rant," after her discussion with us, where we were simply seeking advice. Absolutely shocking customer service - you will have a much more pleasant and helpful experience at either the O'Connor or Melville stores which are only a short drive away. Extremely disappointed in this place.

Love Bunnings soooooo much

Bunnings is Bunnings really, though Bibra Lake has one of the smaller sized car parks compared to the other Bunnings stores, it still maintains its friendly customer service and quality products everywhere. One Tip for anyone not so Bunnings savvy, is if you have found it on their website, use the instore locator by selecting the store your in and it'll tell you which isle and bay the product is located in so you don't have to spend hours running round like a headless goose.
