Extremely disappointed with Paul from Pickles. I purchased some items from the auction and sent 1 of my workers to pick up the items. The Pedestal Drill was put on my tail lift with a fork lift by pickles workers and the drill fell over badly denting the side of my ute. I called Pickles and got put through to Paul , as i wanted to ask what happened as my worker wasn't being honest. I asked Paul if my vehicle was damaged at Pickles and his response " No it definitely didn't happen here , i saw the boys load the vehicle and i'd know about it if something happened". I wasn't at all accusing Paul of anything i was politely asking if he saw what happened. Instead of Paul being a decent human being and telling me the truth he decided to lie to me. After i was advised of the truth by my worker i emailed Pickles to advise them of how disgusted i was that Paul had lied to me and asked for a call from the manager. Of course no one has called!

Horrible customer service. I have bought a vehicle and although I haven't received the invoice yet, they had someone to call us saying that we need to pay by the end of the day otherwise such and such.. Tried to call them more than 5 times and each time left a massage in addition to sending at least three emails. As they didn't get back to me, I had to leave my office and drive for over an hour to get there. After all that, the receptionist simply says " Ignore the call, she didn't mean to make such calls today!!" Well, my response was OK!. since I am here give me my invoice so that I can proceed and save some time and she says "NO, we are not allowed to". Of course you are allowed to waste people's time by making reckless calls but not able to answer the phone. Well done!!

Thanks for stopping by. The salvage Manger unaware of what he is getting from Insurance companies … I have been buying from pickles auction in the last 7 years and i had no bad attitude towards you guys . The salvage manger thinks we are punch of clowns when we buy from auction by giving such a silly excuses regarding my purchase . The car been hit from the rear LH and got Suspension damage and heavy panel same area !! I have received the car and I found that the transmission is burned and not operational I have recoded a video for the salvage manger and told there is no thing I can do for you he said !! I would like kindly to ask pickles management to act and adjust that issue as I have lost the car and i have just wrecked the car . I'm not asking anything for my loss i just need that to be more clear for us . Regards

Paid full price for the winning auction bid and still not allowed to view the car unless I have towing ready for collection. All I needed to see was the odometer reading on the car so see if it was worth the purchase and pickles never even bothered mentioning that the car doesn't have a key, and didn't bother mentioning that the car was stolen and recovered. Too long waiting times over the phone and no one giving correct info, had to drive more than 30 mins twice because everyone telling different things over the phone. This is the my first time and I won't be coming here for anything again. Extremely disappointed with this kind of service.

I bought two salvage vehicles from last Wednesday auction dated 23rd November 2022. Got invoices and paid immediately. I haven't got my zero balance as of today. I called 4 times to customer service but haven't got any help except lame excuses. This new system and customer service is not helpful at all. I am not the only one facing this problem. There are many more who are facing similar issues 🤔.

Hi, After your purchase, you will get nothing but pain. Staff do not want to help and the collection policies are just rediculous! Purchase online through the website does NOT include fees and charges from Pickles. Catch up pickles; Loyds, Grays and Manhienm all have TOTAL cost during auctions!

One generic phone number that they don't answer. I am currently on hold and it has been 20 Mins. I would strongly advise that any sellers use one of the other auction sites. They lack any kind of customer service and have a seemingly total disregard for the public. The difference between these guys and Manhiem is chalk and cheese.

My car was written off by my insurance company and Pickles was the designated towing company who were responsible for collecting my car from my home. It took my insurance company three attempts over six days to get Pickles to contact me to arrange pickup. My car was eventually booked in to be collected on a Friday between 1 and 5 pm. At 4 pm I had concerns that they may not turn up so called their service center and was told that they operate on Eastern states time (I'm in WA) and that there would not be anyone available to take my call until Monday. So, they never turned up at all and I never received a phone call to let me know. I the end my insurance company got a different tow service to pick my car up an hour later.I'm pretty disgusted with the service or lack off service that Pickles offer. if you want to find yourself in a Pickle then you know where to go.

I like and respect Pickles business. I had enjoyed wroking with the QLD branch. But, comparing with them (and Vic & NSW), this branch is not that helpful. Photos are darkened deliberatley so the buyers miss lots of helpful details (unlike all the east coast branches). The branch is closed on Saturdays (unlike the east coast branches). Cars are put in auction over and over until it is sold to the pricey price they wish. It seems it only carries the name of Pickles but it is an independent business in practice.

Don't buy a car from Pickles as you can't view the car and can't physically be there. Unless you want to throw your hard earned cash away don't buy here. COVID rules are BS.

You can pick up a decent used car here. Gotta do your research and you can't test drive, typically no warranty either, so buyer beware. Take your car home once proof of payment is in their account. A little slow but reasonable efficient process. Thanks for the response below, that's a more complete way of how the interaction works. I had a decent experience this time and last, so we'll be glad to work with your team again. (BTW, the water pump went 3 weeks after buying the car), still happy with the purchase though.

BEWARE BUYERS!!! THE PHOTO THEY SHOW ON THEIR WEBSITE IS PHOTOSHOPPED AND LOTS OF TOUCH UP DONE. I compared the pic these guys have on their website to the car I got and the clear scratch marks are not in the pic thats on their website. SCAMMERS ?? Now I am just waiting for my engine light to turn on after reading other reviews

I was Sold a Stolen vehicle Still in registered condition through auction on 8th December, while picking when I checked rego the staff inisted as system issue. It's almost 4 weeks from purchase date , still can't get the vehicle on road, I had to call pickles twice to even acknowledge that the issue there. I guess this is common practice in pickles auction vehicles?? Still waiting to hear from them, about the issue. Terrible customer service.

Advise not to buy anything from pickles they give dodgy descriptions of the item even knowing the full description or having the ability to get the descriptions through insurance companies to get a higher price for the item $37000 down the drain but I should of known as the last car I bought from here had major oil burning issues I do not recommend save your self the hassle as they are protected legally in there term and conditions

A company that now REFUSES payments at branch level. A new system they say, it will be much better they say, think of the money we'll save when we sack the local branch cashiers they say, ...Some bean counter with ZERO concept of customer service thought that gem up no doubt. Congrats Pickles Management you are Dinky Di Jeanyus's (sic). To hold your customers in such low regard is quite surprising. Your previous website left much to be desired, you could not even manage to include lot numbers in your customers auction bidding list. Somehow you've managed to ...make it worse??? That requires talent. BTW the saved / watching items function has not worked for a long time. Is ANYONE minding the shop or are you so busy patting yourselves on the back and counting your money you don't have time to consider your customers needs? Pffft, disgraceful. Save the inane "we'll pass your comment on " comment as nobody wants to hear it. All they want is some intelligent consideration which seems to be in very short supply at Pickles. BTW I see you managed to include the threat of possible punitive actions if payments are not received within 24 hours but somehow you forgot to mention THE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FACT that you no longer accept payments at branch level. Easy to forget I suppose if you really don't give a rats .... about your customers. I hear many unsuspecting victims have travelled great distances to pay for goods bought from this unthinking and inconsiderate auction house only to be told to get in your car/truck and go home. If they ask if payment can be made at a local ANZ branch to avoid this MASSIVE clusterF... they are told "Sorry, computer says no" Good one Pickles!!!

The staff at bibra lake went above an beyond for myself, I only have Friday afternoon 25/11 at 4pm i might add to get the vehicle collected (fifo worker) , it was not ready, but, the absolutely amazing receptionist at the front desk and manager was able to get this sorted. The staffing out back, brilliant, very clear with instructions and prompt!! Will recommend to everyone!!

Dont buy New Tyres thru Pickles as their old, run rough at 80km per hr and are basicly usless, also Electrical Items don't get tested at all . They have min reserves they don't tell you about, till the action is over if you dont meet it ... Feels like a waste of time after weeks of waiting , days of bidding to get an Email asking for a crazy $ number if i still want it ... WFT

Big thank you to the Pickles team at Bibra Lake. From the crew working the floor to the extremely helpful staff working behind the front desks, all involved helped with the purchase of our new Landcruiser. Special thanks to Natalie and Tony for the wonderful service.

Paul, Adrian and the guys in the Industrial section are very helpful. I don't know if the previous criticism of Paul and his guys is warranted. I would suggest that if the item fell over in your ute then it was not secured correctly? Never had a problem in 10 years of dealing with them.
