Absolutely not up to standard. Nothing on the shelves and to be honest probably no point in having it. Supercheap is just down the road and has a thousand times the amount of stock for cheaper prices.

Excellent service. Called up a day earlier to arrange some parts for my bait trailer that had been damaged during our trip. Kept item aside for me to collect the following morning. Managed to get all the items I needed to repair trailer and get back on the road home. Friendly helpful service!

Very poor customer service. While waiting for a trainee junior to get 1m of 1/2" low pressure oil hose, I asked a big lady obviously the most senior in the shop, if they had a rubber mount like my sample? She was not busy just chatting to another female trainee, I was told "yes we have heaps of them but without a part number I can't help you". Male trainee return to say "we don't sell hydraulic hose". Senior staff member was still laughing and chatting with other staff, zero care factor shown. I left the shop empty handed knowing they had what I needed in stock, not happy!! Have been going there for years and service has been good in the past.

Worst customer service. Been to this store a few times now as try to support local. I'll be returning 1 more time for a refund on some wrong globes that couldn't be done 5 mins before store closure. Literally had the front door shut and roller door pulled down in my face prior to advertised closing time.

Clean shop - only it is disappointing to have to handle manager who speaks of customers in front of them. This atmosphere obviously reflect on the team. That is not correct.
