Friendly staff service and good variety of produce and other supplies.

As expected, Coles Floreat delivers good shopping experience, the aisle looks tidy and nicely stocked up. It seems that they have enough staff as well to operate smoothly, but the click and collect service could be handled more efficiently (compared to other Coles I've been too, their click and collect service takes longer maybe because of the distance between the fridge and FOH?). Overall, I hope the self service area would get an upgrade like the one in Claremont soon, providing more space for us to self- serve.

Dominic is the best sales assistant I have ever encountered, what a beautiful human being.

Yesterday I came to coles in floreat and I was having a bad day around 10:30am, but the sales assistance Dom, the one with the Afro, was very friendly and helpful. His way of interacting with customers is exceptional and probably the only reason why I shop at coles. His most notable quality is his infectious smile! The customer service this man provides is worth the long queue to be served by him!

I'm a big fan of Coles Floreat. Lots of parking, a nice sized store that is always well stocked with a bright and cheerful atmosphere that adds to the shopping experience. Highly recommended.

Most of the staff at this store are terrific, especially Cindy and Lily at the checkouts. You never have to wait in line, the customer service staff open up check-outs quickly. It is a very well organised store. It makes your shopping experience more enjoyable when the staff are friendly and always willing to assist. Thank you Coles Floreat Forum. ;)

Worst click and collect service ever. 10 minutes calling and texting with no answer. Then waiting 10 minutes after you had to go inside. Only 1 counter open inside the whole store so even had to wait in there. If this is your service, just give up the online business, you're clearly not capable.

Very easy to find what I want as there's always a staff member around to help. I have found it's a nice shop to spend time in.

Often do not have stock of advertised items. Do not have sliced bread in toast size only sandwich size.

8/1/22: Pretty much your run of the mill Coles store. Always well stocked. The bakery is good and always fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful. The checkouts can become a bit backed up though.

This is the best Coles I have been too. It’s amazing what friendly and kind staff can do for a business.

The lady manager at karrinyup coles is terrific but the young boys have ownership arrogance even though he doesnt own, the retirn of frozen perishables are not accepted $14. Down the drain when it was the wrong purchase or others dislike..so that is now not in the old coles standards of client guarantee they made a 40 billion dollar profit for just this year alone but do not uphold customer guarantee of Satisfaction in all. Wah.

Generally good but recently had two occasions where the meat i purchased was OFF and was made to come back in the store for a refund. Not ideal when we had folk coming over for dinner!

Learned on the weekend that Sadly they no longer bake bread on the premises so once the stock is gone no refilling untill deliveries the next day. Assuming the bread is baked in store. Also that must mean you can no longer get bread sliced there from a block. Otherwise it is a decent store with friendly staff.

It's close, it's in a cool suburb, you can find a car park.. ALWAYS here, what more can I say. Some great little cafes and restaurants, great pub, great independent shops from clothing to make-up to barber shop.

Good shop. Staff seem happy and are friendly and helpful.

A bit slow when picking up online purchases

I like this store quite a lot. It seems quite old, compared to Claremont and Subiaco but it is large, well presented and I can always buy everything I need. I find the checkout lines aren’t long either and the checkout staff are very pleasant, much more than the Woolworths store in the centre. Oliver consistently provides me with excellent customer service and I will always use his checkout if I see him.

Good to gett items that other stores don't have.
