Everything was great except one horrible staff. She never friendly to us, bossy looking down vibe, late survive(as she wasn't paying attention to customers...), careless to cary plates, etc... I saw she kept dropping our coffee, not only to my table but to other table too. When she carry the plates, she never tries not to be unstable. She never watches the plates while they keep dropping. When I got this cappuccino, I was so shocked but she even didn't say sorry until I expressed my unpleasant. Thanks to her service, my date end up having bad vibe. I hope you guys change the staff or train the staff asap.

Is this a cafe? Sorry but horrible and tasteless food and drinks. The salad with Bruschetta wasn't fresh and nothing was good about it. The service was too slow and not worth a cent. The place is decent but spoiled me and my colleagues evening. We left all our food there and wish to never go back. Out there if anyone wants lovely evening and food, do not forget to skip this place. Harsh but didn't like it to the core. 😔

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Went for afternoon coffee/ place not too busy and got a table straight away. Service was non existent even after getting their attention ( lady with dark hair who acknowledged this) and then she completely ignored us and walked off to deal with someone else. We Walked out after 20mins. Don’t waste your time and money— there are plenty of places which have much better staff and actually want your business!

We had afternoon tea at this Cafe. I noted it was very busy and the serving of meals were large servings. However my iced coffee wasn't very cold and the ice cream melted I don't drink iced coffee often so was disappointed. The staff were pleasant.

A piece of Italy right here in Perth. Beautiful ambience, attention to detail, not a franchise. Fantastic experience. I'll be back for more, bringing the family, for sure!

Very quiet on a Monday night as you'd expect. Staff friendly. Meals came out quickly. Marinara very nice with lots of seafood. Truffle ravioli also beautiful and very rich. Garlic bread lovely and a drop of red made it a very nice experience. Would come back again.

The best taste that you can ever experience in your life. Fabulous Lamb shank and chicken. The best food that I have ever had in my life😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️thank you

The Spaghetti All' Aglio did not have any Anchovies as on the menu. The Panzerotti was nice though. I wanted to order pizza, but was told that the pizza chef was unavailable. Coffee was OK. Hope they can read my review and improve. EDIT: Thank you to the owner for your response. Condolences for your father's passing. I do hope things improve and we can come back to try again.

We used to come to Amaretto every week for coffee and a meal. Due to whatever circumstances we haven’t been here for many years but decided to for old times sake. Nothing has changed in the 28 years. I ordered the calamari grilled and it was probably the worst lunch I have had in a while. Not sure what was stuck to the bottom of the squid but it almost looked like it was grilled too long in the pan and there was stuff stuck to the bottom of it. Then the inside of the squid seemed to have not been cleaned out properly. Wedges were horrible. The potato looked like it was a month old. The wife ordered the toasted sandwich which was cheaper and better although there was so much black burnt soot on it, we had to scrape it off. I don’t think I will be coming back for awhile, if ever. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. Service was good, unfortunately the food let the venue down.

Once upon a time this was a great place to eat. Today Calamari barely edible, pizza topping ( nicely presented) but the base so hard that you need to visit dentist the following day. Food took over an hour to arrive and was cold when served. Obviously made much earlier but left God knows where to cool completely. At the end I was charged the surcharge. What for I wonder?

My sister and I decided to stop for a coffee, after shopping for wedding flowers and we were greeted by the most beautiful lady, who was dressed for the kitchen! She was absolutely gorgeous, and so warm and helped us get a table. Our service was exceptional, and very polite and professional. Will definitely be headed back there again and our coffees were perfect... just like in Europe and Italy. 🌟 🤩 ⭐️

The pesto pizza was actually quite good. This place is worth the price also worth giving it a try if you haven't been here yet

Service became very slow after main courses delivered. Had to find a wait person for dessert and coffee. It was not busy at that time

Walking in, and you can instantly see and feel a clean, friendly atmosphere. Then, when the meals come out, you can smell and taste the effort that's gone into each dish. Ticks all the senses boxes. Well done, Caffe Amaretto.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Pasta was a good portion. A tat oily. Pizza had 4 ingredients separated. Never seen a pizza made that way.

What a shame that they can not get their signage correct. My partner was going to take me out for breakfast. Alas they are closed at 9:05 am, even though signage everywhere on the street front stating 9 am till late 7 days a week. Very disappointed, not good enough.

Incredibly dreadful from start to finish. Sat us at a wrongly allocate seating so had to move. Unpleasant manner. Service was shocking. Promised to return twice for the order, finally took about 40 mins to finally get an order through. Spilt a large amount of coffee when serving it and didnt offer to replace it. They also got the order wrong and missed someone's entire order. Gave up on even correcting them because we had enough of this place. No apologies for any of the mistakes. So many things went wrong it is hard to list them all. Roll the dice at this place at your own peril.

Enjoyed the food, but thought it was over priced. The $92 Seafood Platter was oven ridden with potato wedges. Staff were great. But, it's still worth a visit.

Just had coffee and cake here. It was excellent. Coffee was perfect, the cakes delicious and service was with a smile. We’ve had dinner here several times and know the standard will be high. One of our friends thinks they make the best pizzas in Perth.

Dined in tonight, had garlic bread, the eye fillet was beautifully cooked with lovely garlic sauce and delicious chilli mussels. Service was great quick and efficient.

It's a very nice place with friendly staff. But it seems to have gone downhill a little since I was last here. The coffee leaves a little bit to be desired.

My mum had her 80th birthday here yesterday. Friendly staff who were obviously very busy but were doing their best. Nice food and helpful manager with the birthday cake. The main thing was the guest of honour enjoyed herself immensely. Thankyou

This place is an institution and never fails to deliver. Have visited over many years for breakfast, Lunch, dinner or just for a coffee. Not once could the service or food be faulted. Good old fashioned consistent quality service. Good for a special occasion, romantic dinner or just a casual catch-up

Great place! Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere, well presented place. We had the bruschetta which was the best we've had, really fresh ingredients. The chilli mussels were amazing! Huge serving and mussels cooked perfectly and the pork burger (not sure of the exact name) was really tasty! Highly recommended!!

Food is good from what I remember but the service is terrible. We arrive, the 2 Italian ladies tell us to sit anywhere, we wait for one of them to come serve us for a good 15 minutes, then try to get their attention where the dark haired lady looks and ignores us. We leave as we don't feel welcome. This is the second time this has happened and I mentioned it to the owner the last time this happened. It's the dark haired Italian lady if you want to know. She chooses who she will be friendly with and who she won't. My mum, my partner and me have no idea why she is like this to us as we are polite and happy when entering and polite and respectful to you guys. I'm not going to tell you how to run your business but I wouldn't want someone with this attitude working for me. At best maybe she'd be good as a bouncer with that attitude. We watched her be cheerful and happy with other patrons but not with us. The last experience was the same where it upset my mum and ruined our experience and that was my birthday celebration at your restaurant. I chose not to leave feedback, but chose to speak to the owner and still came back hoping to have a good experience, unfortunately I don't think I would want to return. I used to come here years ago on a regular basis and have good memories from here so it's a shame.
