Not sure what the negative reviews are banging on about, as I had a great experience today. I have always dismissed it as touristy, but it's always busy and the food looked quite good. So I gave it a go when my group wanted to eat at another touristy cafe around the corner (the only ones we could see open on a Sunday morning in the city centre). I got a takeaway bacon and egg hollandaise bagel for under $8, which was a touch slow but to be fair there were a lot of people ordering takeaway so it was busier than it looked. The guy wasn't overly friendly (he was a bit stressed) but he was polite and efficient, the food perfectly cooked and tasty. The spinach was very fresh too. The woman who brought the takeaway out was very friendly and no one batted an eyelid when we gently skated inside to order (thank you!). Will definitely return as I now feel bad for having judged it. A great range of options at very reasonable prices and decent portions - won't be going to the rip off cafe up the road again!

The Asian pork with rice taste great although came cold, that's why I gave 3 🌟, if it is hot would be 4 star. staff are friendly , but the ambience are noisy and lots of beggars asking for money, it's very distressing experienced when homeless person yelled with the staff.

Ordered a meal, Eggs Benedict with extras and a chicken burger - order was wrong and one order wasn't even taken. Coffee was very average and the loaded thickshake was watery and hints of nuts in it. Very dissapointing. Lady who served me was busy but did not take the time to listen and clarify my order and I was shuffled away. When approached regarding this attitude was too bad it was busy and there was a language barrier. If you can't take orders - don't serve. Very poor attitude and I will never go back. Expensive too so not worth the money at all.

Possibly my worst cafe experience. - Counter staff was visibly annoyed when I requested changes to a menu item (no salt, no seasonings as food is intended for bubby). - Ordered the scrambled eggs with truffle oil and paid for 2 extra eggs. Received a tiny portion. When I asked the wait staff whether the dish already included the 2 extra eggs, the wait staff said yes. Asked the staff again, "so...how many eggs are supposed to be in this dish originally?" Only then did they realise they forgot the 2 extra eggs I paid for. - The wait staff dropped a pile of plates right next to me and my bubby (and they broke on the ground). The loud bang obviously scared bubby but the wait staff just walked on as if nothing happened, no "sorry", no acknowledgement, nothing. I won't be coming back.

This is a small and not too flash cafe on the mall. But it’s where you can sit outside and just relax whilst having a coffee and a bite to eat. The service is ok , on the Saturday we were there they were flat out probably due to the amount of people in Perth for the Cold Play concert but the service was still good.

Avoid! The outdoor seating is invaded with mangy pigeons feeding on crumbs left on chairs and table tops, and the staff just shrug their shoulders when asked to clean up.

My group sat down and ordered from the table. I ordered first then my friends after, we all got our drinks then my friends who order after me got his meal. After waiting another 15 minutes with still no food I asked a waiter to see if our food was still coming. A few minutes later they walk by and with a sassy tone says its coming. I have never gone to a place that makes a mistake and gets angry at the customer for asking, and when the food came out ot was wrong but at that point after waiting around 40 minutes we ate the food and left with a bad taste in our mouths.

Should have left when we noticed all the flies..should have read the negative reviews here too as now I'm wondering if I was over charged. Iced latte was average, get better ones in whole of South aus. Croissants were barely toasted as well. Go elsewhere

Beyond choked on how the Asian lady owner treats her staff that was nothing but lovely to us. The girls are rushing everywhere, as fast as they can trying to keep their smile for the costumers when they are constantly being yelled at. Cafe is very busy. The girl with glasses at the bar took our order and mistaken and charged us two frappes instead of one and didn’t want to refund the money, she was aggressive and super rude. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Absolutely horrendous service where the older lady, I assume the manager, was yelling non stop to customers. I asked a simple question why I was charged $10 for a latte and was yelled at and told to move away. The staff was treated badly as well! The coffee was terrible as well. If you can’t handle the stress please change your profession! There are many other cafes in the city that get very busy, never experienced anything like this. Will never go back!

I went to buy a sandwich this morning, the lady at the register too rude. later she gave me a sandwich that was cheaper than what I paid, I told her that was not the one I had bought (I thought she was confuse; normal) But then she started yelling at me in front of all people, I told her not to yell at me and please to give me my money back. And immediately without checking again, she CORRECTLY returned me the exactly money I had paid. Check what you are paying! And I hope she doesn't yell at anyone else again! ✨

Charged me $17.60 for two coffees, one of which was supposed to be on oat milk and had to be remade after my fiance tasted and discovered it was on full cream. She is allergic. Avoid at all costs.

The chicken burger was nice but my husband's beef burger was quite sloppy and messy and neither of them had enough chips. The lady at the counter was taking my order and I was being quite specific with what I wanted, so the lady was typing it on the screen and I was double checking that she got it right but the other lady next to her, told me to be faster as people were waiting behind me!!! I found that extremely rude, telling me to be faster, because as a paying customer I wanted to make sure that my order came out correctly and I got what I wanted! They need to review their customer service skills and be more polite and friendly to customers, if they want our business!!! They also charged me $3.50 for a bottle of 600ml Woolworths water!!! Firstly I don't think they are allowed to sell Woolworths water and secondly $3.50 for a bottle of water, that is a bit steep!!!

Good spot for a quick shopping break. The Cafe was very busy so the staffs were running around getting orders done. Queue and Order time are quite fast, but then sometime the seats are limited. Food was OK and Price is average compared to other Cafe.

In the middle of Perth, it was a nice surprise to find a very nice Nasi goreng (fried rice). Coffee was decent too. A vast menu. Friendly staff 👌😎

I like coming here on my lunch breaks because it's not too busy and the food is tasty and reasonably priced. The Spaghetti Bolognese is delicious 🤤

Good location for people watching on Murray St mall. Pre-packaged cakes & sandwiches, reasonable coffee. However, long-term dirt/crumbs on at least 3 tables' sugar/menu holders. Reason I know about three tables? Even tho fully rugged up in weather-proof jacket, jeans, skivvy, scarf & hat, was seeking a warm spot away from their cold & draughty aircon. No warm spots. Perhaps a good spot in summer.

Stopped in by chance, for breakfast. It looked like a cosy, neat little Cafe with the option of seating indoors or out. The big breakfast was cooked perfectly, and neatly presented and I had the best chai latte I've had in a long time! We are looking forward to returning. Thank you for the great service.

I was very disappointed with the lady who seems to be the manager of this cafe. My friend and me took day off work to spend time for ourselves. My friend's order was incorrect and we politely asked for it to be changed. The lady was frustrated and returned her money in cash and asked her to leave. I was utterly disappointed. She has the perks of having a good location but with customer service like that? I am sorry but that is just cruel and barbaric.

I had a fresh mixed juice and was so happy with it that I thought the food must be good here too. So I went back for a Nasi Goreng later and it was delicious. Thanks. I’ll be back.

Absolutely appalling service. The lady at the counter made me wait 20 minutes to serve me takeaway Tiramisu. She put woolworths liquid cream on tiramisu without even asking me and served it very poorly. When I told her I don't want the extra cream, she continued to argue... Worst experience ever 😪

Honestly this place was horrible. My friend and I were getting something to eat in the city and came across this place, I wish I could go back turn around and go somewhere else. At first it looked okay and we decided to order a chicken parmi and a seafood dish. The food was okay but the atmosphere completely ruined it, I honestly had a weird vibe from the place after ordering. We ordered and sat down outside BIG MISTAKE, as there was a swarm of bloody feral pigeons everywhere! I get that pigeons are not the places fault, however even before we received our food another table left and as they still had food on their plates, the pigeons just went at it and in the process even knocked a plate of the table. My main issue was just the way the staff handled it especially the manager lady. She literally came out with a spray bottle and a broom and when she went to get them away my friend and I were sitting directly where the pigeons were going so they were flying so close to our damn faces, it was so traumatising we didn’t feel like eating anymore, and may I add that my chicken parmi was $30, which i think is crazy after the experience we had. I hate birds.

Terrible experience especially for the older women manager who was super rude and always shouting. When she made a mistake for the food delivery, unbelievable she even asked us pay for more money for the mistaken food. If possible, I want to give zero and never go any longer. Lastly, I should have a look at the comments before my dinner.
