I
recently
stayed
at
Quest
Joondalup
as
a
Long
Stay
Corporate
guest.
The
room
was
a
good
size,
we
were
greeted
with
a
generous
welcome
pack,
the
bed
was
large,
and
the
internet
was
better
than
expected.
The
housekeepers
were
very
friendly.
However,
that
is
where
the
good
experience
ends.
During
our
four-week
stay
the
level
of
housekeeping
was
poor
and
lacked
attention
to
detail.
A
specific
example
of
this
was
when
our
newborns
sheet
was
replaced,
the
new
one
provided
was
covered
in
yellow
stains
resembling
urine.
The
front
office
staff
were
unapproachable,
lacked
customer
service
and
professionalism.
Our
employer
was
paying
for
parking
the
entire
stay;
however,
when
our
stay
was
extended.
Quest
Joondalup
staff
informed
us
there
was
no
parking
available
on
some
of
the
nights
and
told
us
to
park
in
the
Council
car
park
โfor
free.โ
We
later
discovered
ourselves
that
parking
there
is
permit
holder
only.
When
we
advised
the
receptionist
of
this,
she
replied
saying
โoh
well,
we
tell
guests
to
park
there
all
the
time.โ
We
later
identified
several
staff
parking
in
the
guest
car
park
on
the
days
and
nights
that
we
were
forced
to
park
on
the
street
because
"there
was
no
parking
available".
This
was
my
only
experience
in
a
hotel
that
lacked
all
hospitality
and
customer
service.
A
variety
of
other
issues
occurred
during
our
stay,
I
am
happy
to
discuss
and
provide
constructive
feedback
so
that
other
guests
do
not
experience
the
same
disappointing
experience
we
had.
