Room was ok not clean though behind the bed was lint and dusty. Beside lamp didn’t work Power point broke Won’t turn off Mattress protector was filthy with blood from previous tenant Feather sooner also had major stains. Was extremely disappointed when I advised the receptionist of this no offer of compensation for the discomfort it caused my husband and I sleeping on this filth especially with just being through a pandemic the cleaning is far from good So disappointed and we paid $300 for 1 night and we now have to wait days for our bond to come back to us and no offer of refund or compensation . Oh the receptionist offered a coffee. My dear if coffee is all you can offer someone who slept on filthy bedding in a multi million dollar hotel we definitely will NOT BE Reccomending this facility to anyone Also noting the comments from the manager at the time To the manage email is under my company name which is why you won’t find my personal email in your log. I have since emailed this place and I’m still yet to receive a reply back with any apologies need I say more very disappointing .

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, way overpriced and poor ammenities. We had a dirty towel when we arrived, there was no toilet paper. I would not recommend this hotel, certainly not if you are traveling with children.

I couldn’t put zero stars so I’ve given 1 star. Only went for a drink at the rooftop bar but the barman refused to serve us due to shortage of staff. When explaining this to the receptionist who was on her phone all the time, she abruptly said it was due to COVID and started to act childish by shouting at us. The service by the receptionist was atrocious. So patronising, rude and insulting. Never ever go back. I’m shocked this person could ever hold a front of house job at any hotel, let alone a popular hotel like Vibe.

We stayed 3 nights in a Premier King Room. Hotel is in a great location and some rooms really maximise the views. Surrounded by ample great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean upon arrival. Hotel has good facilities. Pool area appeared neglected and felt dirty. Gym, like most hostels, an afterthought. I would recommend this place for its location and to take advantage of the views of Subiaco.

Being a fairly new hotel, the rooms are quite good quality. Pleased to say the king size bed had a lovely, comfortable king size mattress. Some hotels say they provide king size beds but in fact provide two mattresses joined with a velcro strip! But be careful to check what's been done by the daily room servicing and ask the front desk for what's missing, they did not restock any tea and coffee or bathroom supplies, and took my used shower cap without replacing it with a new one.

Called up and was offered a room for a couple that night at 15% off. On arrival, I was offered a seat and was given an upgrade with a view. Then I was informed I would get a complimentary bottle of wine and a cheese platter would be delivered to the room shortly. ADDITIONALLY they gave us drink vouchers for the rooftop restaurant. VERY IMPRESSED. Clean and modern. Beautiful bathroom products that smelled amazing. Kettle and bar fridge too. Administration professional, with an emailed receipt of payment. Only downside is $15 parking and $100 bond for fridge condiments. My preference is pay only for condiments if I use them rather than a lump sum and waiting for it to come back into the bank account days later.

The concierge Sarah was exceptional. Not only helpful and polite to me, but the patrons before and after me. Her helpful welcoming tone made me and others feel at home. She has great knowledge of local coffee places also. Thank you Sarah.

Rooms are nice however half of the rooms are very dark as they look into the adjacent office building only metres away from my windows. Sheer curtains must be drawn at all times for privacy. The storehouse restaurant is beautifully decorated however the staff do a good job at making you feel unwelcome. I requested a cocktail but was told they could only make house cocktails due to the lack of staff. I was the only person at the bar and don't believe pouring 3 spirits into a glass and stirring constitutes additional labour. However as my business was not welcome I went 200 metres down the road where I received a much better reception along with great atmosphere and I spent an additional $80. Missed opportunity Vibe - good luck - you'll need it with that attitude.

first time in perth and i love the location of the hotel, huge windows, staff are friendly and helpful, walking distance to everything and quiet at night unlike some places that are busy and noisy from the night life. easy when travelling with kids! and thank you to miyuki who is super nice and accomodating!

My family and I stayed over the labor day long weekend, we chose the location as it was convenient for us re a Netball tournament @ the Matthews netball centre. Our room was clean, the first night after our initial stay our beds were made & the room was cleaned (we were out majority of the day/s) day two and three the room wasn't cleaned a lil disappointing & we requested loo paper and towels as we also used the pool very small gripes. The "gym" room is teeny tiny. The pool also is quite small but it is clean and modern. It's an extremely convenient location, and minimal noise I would recommend staying here, it just misses a wow factor otherwise I would of rated a 5.

I stayed a two weeks here. One was spent isolating, the team was really accommodating with my needs, the only down sides was the water from the room tasted funky, so I kept ordering bottled water. I feel like the hotel could have accommodated this issue better Then on my last night I stayed in a different room and the lights was flickering so I slept with the lamp on. The next morning I woke up to someone running on the treadmill in the gym upstairs. Sound proofing could be better. I did mention to the front desk upon checkout. They said they are still working on it... Hopefully that happens. I don't think I'd stay again. It was good for the intended weeks stay.

Stayed here for an evening, had dinner at the restaurant which was very nice, had a good little wine list with a nice view of the city. The staff were friendly and the room was a decent size (booked the junior suite). Rooms were nice and clean. They were able to put a fold out bed in the lounge area for our child

We stayed here for a week and it was the best place I’ve stayed in. The minute you walk in the door the staff make you feel right at home. The location was perfect. Close to everything. The rooms are a great size and extremely clean. Lots of amazing bars and restaurants all around you. Susie and Dan. Thank you for being so wonderful and all your help. Hopefully I’ll see you next time when I visit Perth.

The location is very strategic, near Subiaco train station and shopping areas. But the service could be improved. I was check-in at midnight because of my flight, but the front door was closed and no one stand-by at reception desk, eventough I requested to check-in at midnight. The housekeeping also could be improved, because the room was not cleaned properly during my 4 night stay there.

There was no hot water in the bathroom the 1st morning for my x3 night stay. Management gave me the Access to another room 2 floors lower to shower. They said I could move into that room. Unfortunately, I was too busy with business to then repack all my things. So, a cold shower each day it was! Or get the lift to a lower floor! Wtfk. The most insulting thing was for the manager to offer to pay approximately $35 for the breakfast I had eaten. And then proceeded to take $98 parking fees from me. I paid for my breakfast and left! Not good enough :(

I stayed at the Vibe Hotel for 5 nights with my Mum. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Australia and overseas. My stay at the Vibe Hotel is by far my favourite. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The rooms are stylish, clean, quiet, have very comfortable beds and stunning views of Subiaco. What was the highlight of my stay was the 5 star service. Emily and her colleagues made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to make our Christmas in Subi special. I have no hesitation in recommending the Vibe Hotel. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you for having us. I hope you all have a very Happy New Year.

The check in staff were friendly and the hotel was in a lovely location. The room was fairly basic for its age and the room was dirty, it didnt seem to get cleaned very well during my stay, there were stains on the sheets that were a bit confronting.

Great view from the large window. Close to many cafes and restaurants. Cafe in the foyer has really good coffee. Walking distance to St John hospital. Train about 500 metres away, one stop to the city, 2 stops to Fremantle.

Great new addition to Subiaco. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. You must check out the rooftop bar/ restraunt and pool. Great menu with high-quality food, excellent service all with views over Perth. The Vibe is centrally located, making it easy to access the cafe strip and bars on Rokerby road. Great for a weekend stay.

The Vibe hotel in Subiaco is an excellently situated hotel for business or a break. It’s close to the station & everything Subiaco has to offer (great restaurants etc). We were given a very warm welcome by Ansita who was friendly, very professional always greeted us with a smile. The pool is lovely. The restaurant excellent, great food & staff. We will be returning in February & looking forward to it. We highly recommend this hotel to any travellers to Perth WA.

I loved my stay at the Vibe Hotel in Subiaco. The 7th floor room was lovely with two large windows with fabulous views. The staff were polite & friendly. The gym could house some weights and small gym equipment. The pool entry is up to 9pm which sold me. 😍🍾🥂🍷🍹🍸

Although it was a great experience and accommodation, I would not recommend visiting not due to the place itself, but because you then have to visit Perth. 10/10 Hotel. 0/10 City.

Put my Dad up here while mum was at Charlie's unwell. I spent most nights there myself. The staff were wonderful. Helpful and good humoured all the time. Sorted out any minor issues politely and professionally. Very clean and new. The parking is a bit of an adventure. But I like that. Below the Dwarven Kingdom in the unnamed caverns below. Epic Parking.

Highly recommend this place, we went for hubby's work xmas dinner and the food and service was spectacular. We were served and looked after by a very friendly waitress ELLA she was very attentive and helpful. We will be returning for breakfast.

Lovely accommodation, centrally located in Subiaco. Restaurant is currently not open on Sunday and Monday. But there are plenty of places within a short walk of the hotel.

Went up tot he rooftop bar . Great views, busy space on a Friday night. Waited 20 mins at the bar to order my GnT. It came in a wine glass filled with ice . I ordered the rhubarb and ginger gin . Couldn’t taste a thing, not even standard gin. I paid $12 for a wine glass full of ice with a small slice of orange floating in top ... uugghh PERTH you need to do better

Located close to our destination King Edward memorial hospital, a short drive away. Our first visit, Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Beautifully clean and tidy in all aspects. Lovely room with King bed, Air conditioned, TV, Mini bar, roomy bathroom. Underground secure parking upon request and availability. Conference room, Restaurant and room service available except in Sunday's and Monday's. Uber meal service available.

Great stay! Value for money. Less than 10 mins by drive from the city. Hotel is reasonably new so the whole room and facility is quite new. Pool on the rooftop was bit small, but got a great view. The only downside was the toilet where the shower booth leaked and flooded the toilet floor...

Have to say Sarah on reception is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met when entering a hotel. After a horrid trip from Sydney she changed my mood completely and she’s a credit to your business.

Went there for a Christmas dinner and the rooftop restaurant was wonderful. The food was a set menu and everyone enjoyed it.

Great location of you don't want to be right in the middle of the city. Really cheap secure parking $15 for 24hrs. Staff exceptionally friendly. My son's flight was delayed getting in to Perth and got back to hotel with him plus my 2 very young daughters after 1.30am. I asked for a possible late check out the next day and they let us have till 12 noon free of charge. Really grateful for that kind gesture. Plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Will return for sure.

The hotel is new, room is spacious and comfy, staff at reception is friendly and super helpful. Nearby to places to eat, drink and shop, and only a few minutes away from train station. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel!

Very bad overall experience: a combination of rude staff and numerous unprofessional interactions. The worst was the time when a random guest entered our room, having been given a room key by staff, whilst we were in bed. The poor random guest was as shocked as we were. If we had had children present anything could have happened in different circumstances. We didn't even get an apology, rather hostility. We also had an issue with our spa bath. All of this happened on the same day and it felt surreally like an episode of faulty towers. Upon checkout, there was no mention of the numerous faux pas, no apology. Overall, totally unbefitting for a so-called professional hotel company - it has left a bad taste - definitely wouldn't recommend.

Great find. Clean, modern, and very quiet. Spacious room, plenty of hot water, and helpful staff to boot. Awesome rooftop pool and bar with pretty good views. Handy location to Subi and Red Cat (free bus) to city only about 1.5km walk away. There is plenty of undercover parking available.

Slightly strange hotel, totally without character. My bedside clock did not work, reported it and it was "fixed". Went off at 0400. Ate breakfast, it was ok, nothing more but experienced the same as another reviewer. Only three tables , all customers pushed i a corners within arms length of each other, must be for staff convenience.

Very nice and comfortable, the bed was perfect to sleep in and the bathroom/shower truly enjoyable. I didn't had the chance to try either the restaurant or the swimming pool but they look great on the photos. Though for the price, I would have expected that at one small water bottle to be free.
