Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I popped in to get a booster without a booking as I'm rarely out without the kids, and they managed to fit me in without waiting (website only had next day booking). Easy access to parking.

This morning I rung up this pharmacy to see if it had any Tens machines in stock as my usual pharmacy doesn’t carry them. The man on the phone was seriously so helpful and happy to talk me through all of the options so I headed down to buy one in person. When I got there he was so welcoming, kind , friendly and just so helpful. He showed me all the different options and explained everything to me. He wasn’t rushing me and was helping me chose the right one to help my pain. His customer service was just incredible . I’m now going to use this as my regular pharmacy due to the really good experience and it’s nice and close to home too.

Always have a great experience here with very helpful staff, but today during the mad rush for face masks before the lockdown commencement with a line out the door. Staff still had a smile on their face for every single customer and were consistently polite, helpful and efficient. So good to have such an awesome pharmacy so nearby!

Excellent service received. I had to get a pre-flight Covid RAT test. I made an appointment online about 10 days prior. I had to ring them for the cost of the service because I couldn't find it on the website. The person who picked up my call was very well mannered and knowledgeable. I received emails and text reminders leading up to my appointment. On the day I arrived at the pharmacy a little earlier than my appointment time. The pharmacist was able to do my test after a few minutes wait. I received my test certificate 15 minutes later and an electronic version emailed to me. Boarded my Qantas international flight 8 hours later to Los Angeles with no issue. Thank you Pharmacy 777 South Lake! Much appreciated!

We were in a covid isolation and wanted antibiotics. Called them and send the prescription. We got our medicines within an hour. Fantastic service. The girl at reception was super friendly and helpful. Would become a permanent customer to thus store.. 😊😊😊

I got a Flu shot here, the room used for this service was a dirty little store room , carpet looks like it was never vacuumed, papers strewn everywhere on the table and boxes of stock on the floor. Staff member zero people skills.
