Simply the best butcher in WA. Everything here is excellent and the service is great. Meat is ALWAYS fantastic. Got a rib-roast (primerib) that was truly amazing from them. They are model of what a good butcher shop should be.

I was one of this butchery’s loyal customers for 10 years. I had recommended them to so many of my friends and relatives. During my last visits, I realised that their prices are inconsistent. The meat was over-priced and when I politely asked one of their staff members, he responded to me very rudely and defensive, and did not like my question. I was so nice to them and did not want to ruin the atmosphere in front of other customers. So, I contacted the manager who knew me very well, he said that he will talk to the staff about it and the inconsistent prices will be fixed by the next visit. The next time, I went there, hoping that the issue was fixed. I asked for a lean mince as I always order, and I expected premium quality meat hence I buy from a butcher rather than a supermarket. The other staff member started to cut low-quality fat bits and pieces of meat to sell it to me as lean mince and when I asked, he said this is the meat that you get if you want a lower price!!!! Really? Do you think that I even bother to give this to my dog? No way! I Did NOT ask for cheap meat and I always bought and will buy everything top quality and premium. All I was asking was to know why you have inconsistent prices and why I need to be overcharged? Is this too hard to understand and respond or you are too defensive to any feedback other than compliments?! I called the manager, who I expected more than his staff member to discuss that issue because I am usually a nice and calm person who always respects others and I try to have a friendly chat rather than jumping to conclusions and leaving a negative review. So, I rang and brought up the issue. I was only at the beginning of my conversation. I did not say anything inappropriate or disrespectful but the truth and the manager Hung Up the Phone on me and never called me back! It is so disappointing! I will not come back to your shop, and I have already told my friends about your poor customer service. Good Luck!

Lifesaver for Christmas period after we bought a bad batch of meat from Churras and thankfully managed to rescue the dinner by quickly getting another batch of steaks here. Interesting life lesson the same cut of meat all taste different depending on which Butcher you get it from.

I was there for second time after many years! The boys helped me out to get what I needed. They were very friendly and explained to me all the cuts and many things that I did not know about meat in general. The place is absolutely clean is like the Chanel shop but for meat hahaha seriously It is an amazing place. They have private parking what makes easier to go there. Simon helped me to get all what I bought to the car. I tried the lasagna and it is amazingly delicious!!! I got stroganoff sauce already made and bolognesa sauce. Go to this place you will love it!!!!!

I live a fair distance from the City, so generally, my experience of David Torre's produce has been vicarious, e.g., attending a BBQ where friends have had meat from the Torre butcher store. I recently received a prize, to be used at the Torre Butcher Store. I came down to the store and David personally attended to me. David kindly cut me the most beautiful wagyu steaks I have ever eaten, and recommended I try some of his Spicy Italian sausages. I had small bbq for myself and my partner at the weekend. I grilled the steaks the way David recommended, and WOW, just WOW. I will certainly be going back to the Torre Butchers in the future. Such a beautifully kept store, with a fantastic produce range and friendly, knowledgable staff and David is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you David Torre and the Torre Team.

The product is of a high quality - that alone would be enough - but these guys also go above and beyond for service. They are eager to help with your selection and offer advice on cooking etc. Even during busy service periods I never feel like I am being rushed. It still maintains the feel of a family business, an increasing rarity these days.

Arrived at my selected butcher shop only to find closed on a Monday so thought I'd try somewhere different. Torre's was like walking into a holiday village atmosphere in Europe.......people chatting & trying some morsels on offer. Staff happy to spend quality time discussing my Christmas requirements. Love supporting independent shops & this place now has my custom. Brilliant, friendly customer service & a gorgeous inviting shop. A butchers with atmosphere! Always exemplary service and high end produce. They always have little specials like pork wrapped in Prosciutto or similar, delightful. Also caters to those that can afford the Waygu. Wouldn't buy my meat anywhere else.

Big fan of goat meat from Torre butchers, but very disappointed with my goat meat purchase today. I definitely know whether I’m eating (lamb/goat). Not happy with the quality of goat meat for the price I’ve paid($35 per kilo approx).
