Richard came within the expected time frame given, he has excellent customer service and a very pleasant manner. He worked efficiently on our sliding door, offering options for repairs. He worked cleanly and offers mobile eftpos services as a bonus. We live north of the river and it was no problem for him to service us. Thank you :)

There was a strong wind over the weekend and our sliding door fell to the ground. The plastic wheels on our sliding door were at its end causing the door to come off its top rails. Richard was the only one who really was available and was willing to come around Sunday morning to repair it right away. He did an amazing job, took just 30 minutes and we were able to keep the cold wind from coming into the home. Highly recommend Richard to anyone who has issues with their sliding door.

I have a large heavy glass sliding door that is about 35 years old, all the sliding parts were disintegrated & the door could not be opened at all. Richard came & fitted new aluminium parts, for an excellent fixed price. The door now slides better than ever, so smooth & quiet, I can open it with just the push of a finger. I always feel worried when a lock or door breaks as fixing them can be expensive business. Richard repaired our tenants sliding door in Perth and the service was prompt and at a very reasonable and affordable price. Very impressed with Richard who came out on the public holiday today. He was on time, and quoted me repair cost, with stainless steel upgrade as door tracks were really worn. He did two doors, repositioned all locks, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend these guys as they know their stuff, friendly and doors have never ever been this easy to open.

5/5 stars for professionalism, courtesy, being on time, fixed price job and not leaving any mess (like some tradies do), and giving me advice on how to clean my door track. My glass sliding door was becoming very difficult to open and close; the glass was becoming displaced and there was a crooked air gap and the lock was not properly reaching without force. Richard and Daniel fixed it promptly and it's like a brand new door. Can't believe how easily and smoothly it slides. Wow! Would definitely recommend them.
