I am relieved that I chose Prompt as I had heard of other people having bad experiences with their building inspectors. Jon was very easy to talk to and happy to discuss the report after sending it through. There were some issues with the home but nothing too serious. It was helpful to know about the more obscure maintenance items as i would have had no idea otherwise.
