Staff member working front counter this evening/afternoon was very unprofessional rude and just super condescending about our order. Walked in and he rolled his eyes at us, and seemed like he was mad about even being there.

Called dominos Northbridge to advise them to check their garlic bread stock as the one we received had mould on it, didn’t want a refund only wanted to let them know about the issue and the man who answered the phone told me it was aluminium foil…. I worked in hospitality for years and can tell the difference between an alfoil burn and mould. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.

It is one of the worst experiences from dominos. I had placed a spicy peppy paneer(veg) pizza but got it delivered mixed with chicken pizza. It's more like they had chicken pizza unsold and decided to top it up with some paneer and there you go, your paneer pizza. remainder for the next time, please don't forget to take the chicken out from the pizza next time. As a chef I was appalled to have tasted such a disgusting pizza. As a result of this I encountered the worst food poisoning that I have ever experienced. I would would not recommend going to this place as the food tastes terrible.

No taste, half of the pizza had no ingredients. Poor worker was by him self, completely stressed.

Quick, efficient and friendly. The pizza is fresh from the oven, the toppings are generous and great value and the garlic bread is succulent and buttery. If you like Domino's you'll love Domino's Northbridge.

I ordered a pizza with double toppings and it was not spread out and mostly on one side of the pizza. Upon picking showed the person in charge said that is what you get and didn’t want to rectify the situation. Very rude and tried to avoid talking. Customer service is important and there was none. If you work for a pizza place you should know how to spread out toppings and asked him why it didn’t happen and he said is that’s what you get.

absolutely appauling food, customer service and management. I ordered pizza and paid for additional cheese which i recieved with not only additional cheese but very little cheese. half the pizza was missing toppings as well. I called the restaurant and was told a credit would be done and that an email would be sent very shortly confirming the credit. when i recieved no email I called the restaurant back and the same person hang up the phone on me. I ended up driving to the store to confront the operator who hang up on me and get the credit. I asked for the manager and was told this restaurant had no manager. I ended up getting the credit but they were clearly trying to avoid the credit delaying it so the restaurant shuts and forget about the credit as this very thing happened to my mate with the exact same store around 18 months ago. I later that night recieved a phone call from someone who refused to say their name and instead said that they were the manager of the store who was asking for the reasons I got out to their store making a scene in front of their customers. Avoid this store at all costs!

Made a delivery order online, recieved a confirmation email for it with a delivery time of 20 minutes. After an hour we called to see why we hadnt recieved our order & were informed they had cancelled it because it was too busy… but they didnt call us to inform us. What a joke.

please dont order from this place like you life depends on it. They pull pizza out of the oven early before it is cooked, literally pizza you have to put in the oven when you get home. They look at you and speak to you like you are an animal. Food is 1/10 at best.

They are friendly, prompt and pump out hot food. My favourite is the cheesy crust pepperoni with garlic solo on the side, which when you do pick up it’s only $8.95. An when it’s hot and you’re hungry it’s the best meal you’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend this Domino’s, on the Cross of Lake st and Newcastle st, it’s a match made in heaven.

The warmer is not turned on! I asked because the base of the pizza I ordered was cold and soggy, and a staff member confirmed it. It's just there for appearances. Don't expect a quick service or polite staff - it's Domino's pizza, but at what must be the furthest stretch of the otherwise reputable franchise.

Good food but inside the store is very dirty and untidy . They have bikes inside the store in dining area . Desks were very dirty and sticky . I don’t recommend this place as a clean din in restaurant however the food taste was good .

Very consistent. They have been our local Domino's for about 3 years now and we typically order online and pickup in store once or twice a month. We usually order 2 pizzas with changes to toppings, bases and sauces. In those 3 years they have only ever got a topping wrong once that I can remember and remade the pizza correctly without any fuss or hesitation.

So disappointed with my pizza - half prawn, half godfather. It wouldn’t be too much to expect to get a prawn on each slice, would it? And the overall pizza was quite small: poor value for $16.

Visited to have some pizza. Made an order about 06:40. When i got pizza, cheese level was like 10% of how it should be. When i asked to the man who was working at own he talked me very rudely. I am having pizza from Domino’s since long time, this is my worst experience ever. Person working in front desk should have some communication skill.

It's not amazing but it's okay. The pizza was fine I fairly enjoyed it, some pepperoni wasn't as crispy as I would like it. However, it was edible and what do expect for 7-8bucks... My main concern is hygiene, tables are not regularly cleaned, the floors are not much better and I know you don't necessarily cooking from the dining area but it sets the standard none the less. Maybe management needs to hire casuals to focus on hygiene issues and from a chain like dominos that's not too difficult. Or, if no success there, maybe consider just leaving a bottle a spray and a cloth out as a last resort...

Worst worst super worst experience 👎Always Always disappointed with this store, rude staff , worst quality food . I ordered extra large with two topping they send me with regular pizza with no requested topping and when I am calling store to complain one of the staff naming herself Shruti says I compensate for free pizza next time , I told her Madam I am looking for quality not the free pizza it is near to my place that's why I order from your store to save time and get my dinner warm but I am always getting it colder, with one or the other thing missing .she replys me rudely I said we will give you the free pizza . I am highly disappointed and done with this store. No customer respect👎tried multiple times . They will tell we are sending you new Order but it will not reach to you for ever. They will say we are extremely sorry we are trying our best but trust me they are super lair - not even care or respect someone's good meal time , if still you want to order it on your own risk - be ready to spoil your mood and food .

On this Monday evening we decided we wanted domino’s for dinner. We ordered our pizzas at 8pm on Uber eats and delivery time said 8:20. As we are less than 2 min drive from domino’s and a 4 min walk away. No pizzas arrive and at 8:45 we call the shop to see where they are. They tell us their system was broken but our pizza is on the way. We call again at 9pm and they tell us our pizza is 5 minutes away. At 9:02pm we receive a call telling us that the pizza is downstairs. We go downstairs and wait down there for 20 minutes while dominoes does not answer the phone. They finally pick up the phone at 9:20 and tell us our driver had his moped stolen while delivering our order and that he is coming back now to deliver it. Not sure how this would happen in the two minute drive between the domino’s store and us. 9:40 the pizza is still not here so we call again, the guy says that he is going to remake our order as our pizzas are cold. Finally at 10:10 our pizzas finally arrive, freezing cold missing toppings we have paid for. Not only were the pancakes absolutely drenched in butter with no sugar on them, our pizzas were obviously not made fresh again as they tasted like they had been sitting there for 2 hours. So disappointing with the worst customer service, I should not have to make 10 phone calls to follow up an order and be told elaborate lies then delivered terrible food. What a joke

This pizza joint's central location is super convenient. The pizzas are made on time and are hot and fresh on pickup. The service could be a little friendlier - a simple smile would go a long way. I like that this Domino's has some seating inside. Most Domino's around Perth (at least the ones I have been to) have no seating, so it's a unique and welcome addition that Domino's Pizza Northbridge offers. Store itself could also be a little cleaner, but there's nothing here unsanitary. Just some previous customer's pizza boxes on the tables that you might have to push aside. Overall a good job.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and for some reason they used BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce. I ate it anyway but I don’t know why they decided to do that unless it was a genuine mistake. Customer service was pretty much non-existent too but food was fresh.

Ordered one my domino’s box from domino’s Northbridge and got this pizza barely can’t see the cheese i was in a hurry so haven’t even disscussed withbthe staff but eaten one slice and thrown it away as it was the worse experience with a pizza for the first time ! One more thing i asked for an aioli sauce from the counter and they tried to charge 2.50$ for a 50 cents sauce extremely worse it is !

My pizzas were always good quality I haven't had a bad one yet.

The prices are good and the they deliver the orders on time

I ordered three vegetarian value pizzas. All the pizzas were soggy and cold and even the toppings were stale. Just wasted my money. Don’t recommend this dominos to anyone.

Walked in nobody even gave me a second look. The phone started ringing...the mature aged male employee walked to the pizzas and just chucked them haphazardly in to a box and then they sat in a warmer. He then disappeared in to the back offices. This whole time I stood there waiting for ANYBODY to even acknowledge me. After nearly 10 minutes of not even seeing another "human being" I have up and left. To even say I received Customer service is an absolute joke. Never felt so frustrated and unvaried as a customer. Never ordering or walking in again

The manager is extremely rude and will accuse you of making false allegations because this individual was the one that made the pizza. The manager will also use inappropriate language when you make a complaint about the pizza being cold and will hang up on you.
