We
have
had
a
couple
of
cycles
so
far
with
Concept
Fertility
and
while
the
doctors
and
other
support
staff
have
been
lovely;
(thank
you)
we've
had
multiple
encounters
with
one
specific
nurse
(and
only
one)
who
has
on
each
occasion
been
either
abrasive,
defensive
or
incapable
of
explaining
in
plain
language
aspects
of
the
process.
To
use
the
term
poor
bed
side
manner
would
be
an
understatement.
I
have
have
never
left
a
negative
review
before
on
Google
Reviews
but
I
was
motivated
given
our
recent
experience.
In
the
most
recent
encounter
the
nurse
ended
up
yelling
(Yes,
literally
yelling)
at
my
partner
after
being
unable
to
clearly
explain
in
plain
language
a
change
in
the
process
which
created
confusion
on
our
end,
and
having
heard
the
full
conversation
as
a
bystander
I
was
gobsmacked.
Imagine
yelling
at
a
customer
(a
customer
who
was
not
being
aggressive
or
aggravating
and
was
just
confused)
in
any
other
customer
facing
context,
*but*
for
such
behaviour
to
occur
*in
an
IVF
clinic*
where
one
should
expect
a
certain
level
of
professionalism
given
the
emotional
(and
costly)
nature
of
the
process.
Completely
Unacceptable.
A
subsequent
phone
conversation
between
myself
and
a
different
nurse
cleared
up
the
confusion
in
a
matter
of
seconds
with
this
nurse
being
able
to
clearly
articulate
the
situation.
(it
was
not
a
complex
issue
to
clarify)
Extremely
frustrating
to
have
to
deal
with
such
things
when
one
is
going
through
a
very
emotional
and
expensive
process.
I
know
we
are
not
the
only
ones
to
experience
the
bed
side
manner
of
this
particular
nurse
as
I
have
spoken
to
another
couple,
who
having
been
through
Concept
multiple
times
were
also
familiar
with
her
bed
side
manner.
To
reiterate,
I
have
never
left
a
negative
review
on
Google
Reviews
before
and
it
is
(honestly)
outside
my
nature
to
complain
in
such
a
way,
but
the
experience
with
this
nurse
was
so
poor
I
felt
I
should
at
least
put
this
complaint
down
in
writing.
