As much as it's made for indigenous health, they lack the meaning of being patient and actually listening. The amount of times I've been in Derbal for the same issues and still get bloods done every time, I should be out of blood now! There are great doctors don't get me wrong but the money that is funded here is not used properly to keep the doctors nor renovate it. Pathetic it's getting millions from the government and it hasn't done much as it first opened.

I feel very comfortable going to derbarl yerrigan health service because everyone is the same colour as me and that's a good feeling too because so places where I go though Perth I feel that they are being discrimination towards me because of my skin colour people should never ever judge someone by their skin colour or never ever judge a book by its cover.

Picture this: during staff training, they could spice things up with a bit of role-play to capture the authentic patient experience. Imagine waiting for your name amidst the chaos of a blaring TV on top volume (even if no one's watching), kids belting out their finest screams, people having phone conversations at concert-level volume, and medical staff strategically positioned in a distant galaxy when calling out names—just to keep you on your toes, or perhaps, on the edge of your seat. It's all in good humor, but hey, a few tweaks could turn the waiting game into a more harmonious symphony.
