The
dentist
did
her
job
but
the
reception
staff
was
highly
unprofessional!
Upon
booking
my
appointment
I
was
told
to
deposit
50
Dollars
as
a
new
patient.
I
was
also
told
that
I
won't
be
charged
anything
for
the
General
consultation
and
clean.
This
was
also
confirmed
by
my
Bupa
Extras
as
this
clinic
was
a
Platinum
provider.
I
was
also
promised
return
of
the
50
dollars
right
after
my
appointment.
Instead
of
that
when
my
appointment
finished
I
was
told
by
the
lady
at
the
counter
that
I
have
to
pay
around
90
dollars!!!!
Right
after
that
she
printed
a
recipt
and
kept
on
pushing
me
to
sign
it!!!
I
refused
3
times
to
sign
anything
new
but
she
still
said
you
have
to
sign
it!
This
is
when
I
had
enough!!
I
started
calling
Bupa
and
she
said
they
won't
pick
up
and
started
smiling.
After
that
she
said
you
can
go
but
your
50
dollars
won't
be
returned.
I
said
I'll
call
the
cops
on
that
she
said
you
can't
call
police.
By
then
she
made
a
call
to
her
manager
who
later
turned
out
to
be
her
twin
sister.
The
sister
and
my
Dr
came
and
they
suddenly
fixed
the
problem
by
pointing
out
her
lack
of
understanding
and
straightaway
told
me
that
you
were
not
supposed
to
pay
anything
and
that
your
50
dollars
will
be
refunded
as
well.
Upon
that
she
didn't
have
any
decency
of
apologising
for
once.
She
just
proceeded
with
the
refund
and
instead
of
refuend
she
charged
be
again
with
50
dollars.
Now
this
I
can
give
it
to
her
that
it
can
be
a
genuine
mistake.
She
did
say
sorry
on
this
second
purchase
and
said
I'll
now
be
refund
100
dollars.
I
left
the
shop
and
expected
the
money
to
be
returned
in
my
account
but
as
this
didn't
happen
I
saw
the
'sister
manager'
leaving
the
store
I
asked
her
that
i
didn't
get
money
back.
Her
reply
was
it's
common
knowledge
that
it
takes
3
to
4
days
to
get
refunded.
She
was
more
concerned
why
her
sister
had
a
bad
experience
and
said
I
was
shouting
at
her.
She
not
once
but
twice
pointed
out
that
she
had
punched
out
of
work
and
her
giving
ke
any
response
even
being
rude
is
a
huge
favour
upon
me.
She
didn't
care
that
was
I
charged
100
dollars
for
nothing.
Extremely
poor
customer
service.
I
feel
sorry
for
the
doctor
and
her
assistant
but
I
won't
come
here
again
and
wont
recommmend
anyone
to
go
to
them.
