After swapping HC providers, I found DB Dental Perth and I was first greeted by Caroline on the phone, who is lovely, polite, professional and informative. This gave me enough confidence to book in. I had my appointment on Thursday with Laura, who was very gentle, and understanding of my nervousness. I was provided with plenty of education and information rather than just being told what I should do. The nurse Emily was outstanding too. The entire experience was excellent and I have found comfort in locking in my new dentist. Highly Recommended!!

Excellent dental care. I have been treated by Dr Graham for the last 3 years and he has been excellent and caring throughout. I require significant dental work to be done in the near future and Dr Graham has always given me the facts and has helped me inform my decision, never once have I felt that I've been 'sold to' like I have in other practices in Perth. Dr Graham is knowledgeable and the practice has cutting edge technology so I can see my smile transform! Had to reschedule a few appointments due to my devices not being ready and illness and they're always so apologetic. Good customer service, as these things happen but the excellent reception staff go the extra mile. Super convenient location near the train. Would definitely recommend to cbd workers and anyone who's looking for a dentist that's genuinely trying to improve your smile.

Today was my first time at DB Dental Perth City. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, you can tell she really does love her job. My dentist Marek was very informative and thorough. His dental assistant Mark was the best I have ever experienced. I usually find the assistants quite rough, although Mark was very gentle and professional. I have been a patient in this dental practice for about 2 years now and all their staff have always been very polite and professional. If I was to nitpick I would say that the door always opens and closes in the waiting area which gets annoying if you have to wait a while. Other than that it is a recommended practice.

It has been a very long time since I visited a dentist ever since my dentist retired. I have visited at least 4 different dentists to take care of my teeth, but every time, after the first visit you just don't feel comfortable and never return. From the way the admin and the doctor welcome you for the first time, the way they do their examination and explain things about your teeth, the conditions of the room such as the room temperature, the lighting, the smell, the noise, and the way they handle the admin process, I found it very comfortable at DB Dental Perth. I was handled by Dr. Marek and today I took my 9 y.o. boy for his first visit today with Dr. Marek as well and he is also happy with the way the doctor take care of him :) so I think we have found our new dentist in Perth.

Dr. Laura is the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is kind, professional, and makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. Caroline from the front desk is also very helpful and always puts a smile on my face. Wonderful service today from Dr Marek, the dental assistant and lovely receptionist. I had a large missing filling in my back tooth and was able to get in the same day. Very happy with the work completed and won't hesitate to go back to Dr Marek.

Great practice, all the staff are amazing, friendly with dilligent professionalism. Particularly Tess Sabatino and John Graham. I have had a lot of dental work done over the past few years and this practice has been so good in maintaining my dental health and hygiene throughout! I used to feel intense anxiety around dental visits but I've never felt so comfortable and I'm pleased to say I no longer dread my dental check ups! :)

A fantastic experience. I can’t speak highly enough of this dental practice. The staff at the front desk, the dentists and the dental hygienists are highly capable, professional and very friendly. Dr John Graham and Olga Zaitsava have given me very clear treatment and hygiene plans with a time frame and cost estimates, which is so helpful when considering future insurance options. The front desk are also very happy to discuss payment plans too. The treatment is of the highest quality and all my work so far has been very comfortable and pain-free. 6 Stars.

Work very close to the city DB dental and have gone to them for a few more urgent dental fixes situations during my day. They have always been lovely, kind and helpful. Today I saw Laura as my filling on my front tooth had come off. She was kind and very thorough with my dental work, she very nicely informed me of what she was doing next to put me at ease. Both receptionists were super lovely in organising me an appointment.

Overall an amazing first experience with DB Dental in the CBD. Receptionist is very friendly and helps you to understand costs and goes into detail about the services offered. John is an excellent dentist, helped with my anxiety, explained everything to me in detail and took great care. Best dentist I’ve been too.

This is my first time to have a routine check up on my teeth at this particular dental clinic called DB Dental, Perth City. This Dental Clinic was highly recommended by my Private Health Insurance, AHM. As soon as I entered the premises, I was greeted with a warm welcome by two smiling ladies at the reception. I was a little bit early by 10 minutes on my scheduled appointment. One of the ladies told me to take a seat and that it shouldn't take long for me to wait. For the meantime, the two ladies had a pleasant conversation with me to kill the time. Then, it was time for me to be seen by the dentist, Dr. Laura and her Nurse Soraya. My gosh, this lady Dentist is so good. I always cringe when my teeth are being cleaned as sometimes it hurts. But it did not happen with this lady Doctor Laura and her Assistant Nurse Soraya was there ready to give me a cup a water and tissue to clean my mouth. The job was done so good and quick, I felt my teeth so clean and fresh. A very good service I received from this Dental Clinic. I will not hesitate to recommend this Dental Clinic to anyone.

Since I live the East-Kimberley it takes quite a bit of planning to organise an appointment that works with my flight schedule. Caroline has been most accommodating to make sure everything runs smoothly. Very happy to go all the way to Perth for my dental appointments :)

I've been going to DB Dental for about 7 years across multiple practices but now will only go to the Perth City practice. Dr Graham is an absolute dream, he makes me feel so at ease and provides the most incredible care. Caroline the Practice Manager is always such a friendly and welcoming face to be greeted by.
