I am extremely angry with the service I have received. Yes, the girls who work here are lovely but my eyelash extensions are horrendous and not up to standard at all! My eyes are uncomfortable and I have genuinely shed tears at the state of my lashes. Now looking back I am assuming the girl who did them(don't even know her name as she never introduced herself...) is a trainee/apprentice. If she is not then she should be retrained as the way she is currently trained is not acceptable at all. If she is a trainee then all clients should be aware of this and you should not be charging full prices!!! She should as well be supervised during treatments. I, as a trained lash technician myself, put my trust in this salon to do my lashes for me, and I wish I had not. As well as the horrendous lash treatment I have received, I was charged more than advertised! I booked a 45 minute classic lash appointment which on the website is advertised at 80$, upon paying for my appointment(when I was unsure whether to request my lashes to be redone or even not paying) I was about to be charged 209$. I questioned this and as the website is incorrect she decided to charge me 165$. The website says a classic lash appointment is 45 minutes... but apparently because the technision took an hour that means I have to pay more??? If your technician cant not complete a full set in 45 minutes you should not be advertising this!!!!! Do not go to this salon for lashes. I am too polite to have said something about these at the time as I understand it is not nice when clients are rude about your work, I've been there myself. Hut I strongly believe that if you are not trained properly you should not be working in a salon unsupervised and be charging full prices.

Went for my first microneedling session today and Joline did a really good and professional treatment. Loved she showed me the sealed needles set for Dermapen so made me feel safer and in good hands. Can't wait to see the results. Thanks. L. Lombardo

Excelent place to go for beauty treatments be it facial or beauty. Went for specialiased facial - brighten me up with microdermabrasion for my skin pigmentation. Felt so pampered & relaxed. My skin is glowing, supple hydrated. Next time i will try micro needling / skin needling for collagen induction Had my Henna Brow (brow wax & brow tint) & lash lift its just perfect, just the way i wanted it. Happy with Ella Baché Perth & will keep coming back specially now that they’ve moved to new city location with a new & bigger salon.

Been going to Ella Bache Perth salon for 3 years now. This salon is my "go-to" for all my beauty treatments - body waxing - brow wax, face wax, Brazilian wax, Henna Brows and spray tan and also lash extensions. Staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. Now they have moved to a new, better and bigger location which is great - as salon is now nearer to my office. Wont trust any other salon for my beauty treatment - this is my one stop shop when it comes to beauty. Thanks ladies for always looking after me well. I think people should about this :)

Ella Bache Perth has been my go-to salon for many treatments/services - wax, eyelash, etc. Cost may be a tad more than other salons, but it is all worth it. I always feel comfortable and relaxed knowing that the service will be up to standard. Jolene and Emelyn have always been professional and lovely. Oh, Ella Bache's lash serum is a game changer! Worth a try, too!

Not satisfied at all. The staff is completely incompetent. Not even friendly at all. Looks like they are doing a favour to u not interested in conversation or anything about the treatment u are getting from them. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic

Poor service. Using the apprenticeship and charging full fee. Can’t even offer water to clients after treatment but charge arms and legs. Pushy for their products and almost compel you to buy it. I won’t recommend it big time!!

Ella Bache Perth renders excellent service. A day after I arrived, I had my henna tattoo done. The result was more than I expected. My eyebrows look beautiful for the entire duration of my trip in Perth. In addition, I returned to Ella Bache for the second time. I had my microdermabrasion done. This treatment expoliated and restored the radiance of my skin. It became softer and lightens up well. I also had my waxing done. Jolina is amazingly good of what she does. She knows well how to take good care of her client's needs. On the other hand, the owner of the salon was extremely nice, friendly and easy to talk with. The location of the salon is very convenient and easy to find. It's just in the heart of the city. For those who are interested to have their eyebrows done (henna), waxing and microdermabrasion.
