I
have
been
training
with
The
Strength
Code
for
over
12
months
and
I
can
tell
you
wholeheartedly
that
these
are
some
of
the
best
trainers
you
will
meet
in
and
out
of
the
gym.
I
thought
I
had
some
idea
of
what
I
was
doing
in
the
gym
prior
to
training
with
them
but
after
the
first
few
weeks
I
realised
why
I
had
so
many
annoying
little
injuries
in
the
past,
thankfully
Sam
and
Jenny
helped
me
to
relearn
movement
patterns
and
taught
me
the
reasoning
on
why
and
how
we
move
in
the
gym,
instead
of
just
telling
me
how
to
move,
which
I
found
really
helped
to
solidify
the
patterns
in
my
mind.
The
Strength
Code
take
on
training
is
very
well
thought
out
and
structured,
with
even
the
most
uncoordinated
athletes
able
to
strive
under
their
guidance.
Sam
is
a
wizard
when
it
comes
to
injury
rehabilitation
and
I
unfortunately
suffered
a
lateral
malleolus
fracture,
but
this
was
no
worry
to
rehab
and
make
stronger
than
before
under
the
guidance
and
programming
of
Sam.
The
Strength
Code
has
also
helped
me
improve
other
aspects
of
my
life,
being
around
such
driven
and
committed
people
it
is
hard
for
it
to
not
rub
off
on
you.
These
folks
have
helped
me
overcome
my
gym
anxieties
and
to
feel
like
apart
of
their
community
they
have
created
in
the
gym,
essentially
a
home
away
from
home
which
I
think
is
a
very
important
pillar
of
my
life.
I
could
go
on
and
on...
