    Joining The Strength Code has been the most enjoyable gym experience I have had. Sam and Jenny combine their extensive knowledge, interpersonal skills and supportive nature to make you feel at home within a gym environment. In particular, I have enjoyed the contextual links between exercises and my sport as well as their relentless encouragement to keep on improving.

    The Strength Code has kept me accountable in both nutrition and strength training, I’ve been seeing results consistently since the first 4 weeks while training with Sam and I don’t plan on leaving him anytime soon! He’s so much more than just a personal trainer, he’s my life coach or in and out of the gym.

    Sam and Jenny demonstrate genuine care and passion for helping their clients to thrive. I came to The Strength Code with a team of female athletes of varying gym experience levels. Sam and Jenny provided a safe, encouraging space for those new to a gym environment, while supporting more experienced athletes to challenge themselves and exceed their own expectations.

    I've had two group sessions with Sam and Jenny and they were both great sessions. Their coaching style is really fun and encouraging. Would recommend for any one looking for good strength and conditioning coaching.

    I came to strength co for mentoring for my AIPT course iv learnt so much from Sam and gained skills, experience & confidence, the passion and knowledge from Sam & Jenny is such an inspiration! I highly recommend them if you wanting to change your fitness lifestyle & any rehabilitation work that needs to be done.

    I have been training with The Strength Code for over 12 months and I can tell you wholeheartedly that these are some of the best trainers you will meet in and out of the gym. I thought I had some idea of what I was doing in the gym prior to training with them but after the first few weeks I realised why I had so many annoying little injuries in the past, thankfully Sam and Jenny helped me to relearn movement patterns and taught me the reasoning on why and how we move in the gym, instead of just telling me how to move, which I found really helped to solidify the patterns in my mind. The Strength Code take on training is very well thought out and structured, with even the most uncoordinated athletes able to strive under their guidance. Sam is a wizard when it comes to injury rehabilitation and I unfortunately suffered a lateral malleolus fracture, but this was no worry to rehab and make stronger than before under the guidance and programming of Sam. The Strength Code has also helped me improve other aspects of my life, being around such driven and committed people it is hard for it to not rub off on you. These folks have helped me overcome my gym anxieties and to feel like apart of their community they have created in the gym, essentially a home away from home which I think is a very important pillar of my life. I could go on and on... Thank you Sam and Jenny of The Strength Code for improving my life, my confidence, my self worth and determination in life.

    Sam and Jen have changed my perspective on health and fitness. Their knowledge and expertise has helped me become more aware and appreciative of my body as I overcome challenges and surpassed personal expectations. Training with them and following their program has definitely improved my self confidence in more ways than one. They really helped this couch potato finally understand what all the hype is about lol!

    As a physiotherapist, I trust Sam and Jenny with appropriate strength and conditioning around client injuries. They have a clear focus on what can be done and manage the things that can't. I have confidence in their knowledge, their ability to put peoples' needs first and their phenomenal coaching skills. Sam has given me a great plan to achieve my goals!

    Sam's been great in helping be re-build my base. Being a generally strong guy I have found that my technique or lack of has been masked and only exposed as trying to get stronger with heavier weights. Sam has been great in getting technique back and making programs to get to the numbers I want to achieve.

    After training with Sam with The Strength Code for the better part of 3 years...so far. I can say the proof is in the pudding! As my goals have changed over the years, we have achieved far more than I thought was possible! Confidence, athleticism, friendship, discipline and self belief. Sam checks in regular to see how the program is going, and how I am doing. Now for the juicy program he creates...it never gets boring. There is always something new to play with and learn, different stimulus on the body, and of course there are regular appearances of certain exercises but they make up the body of the program which we build from. Everything he does is with a technique first, and lifting weight second approach; and it pays off in dividends! The confidence to perform exercises and lifts (and the correct muscle groups being activated) let's you feel the workout, and for me, increase how much I can lift. I couldn't recommend The Strength Code enough! He is professional, incredibly knowledgeable of the body and how it moves, and A+ banter. All around a fantastic service.

    They returned me to an athletic state, post-covid and post mid-thirties. The best I've trained and moved in 4 years for my sport and the best I've felt since then as well. The programming was sharp. It held the program aims at the top in clear focus, while considering what I wanted and tailoring to what I needed. Sam's coaching focus on each program was committed. By the way, this was all done remotely, as I had just moved interstate. This worked really well with the program and videos The Strength Code had produced for their clients! I'll get myself ready to do this again and will recommend it to others in my sport from this side of the country! Cheers, Hugh

    Sam is a very knowledgeable trainer. He created personalised workouts for me over the past year that fixed issues I thought were age-related and permanent. I've learnt the importance of good form, and it's kept me free of injuries that would stop me from training. He's also great at debunking all the myths and my crazy theories. I'm looking forward to phase two!

    Sam is by far the best PT I’ve had. He took the time to understand my current strengths and weaknesses and design a program that best suits my needs and goals. The sessions we have each week are always so informative, I’ve never had someone go so in-depth with exercises before. Every week is new information and learning ways to improve my technique and really challenge myself. Highly highly recommend!

    Have really enjoyed training with Sam so far!! I was super nervous about working out & always felt that the gym was an intimidating space.     The team is very professional and knowledgeable. I came to The Strength Code with multiple injuries and without any gym experience. I've been training with Sam for 18 months and have been injury free ever since joining and am currently the strongest I've ever been, which has allowed me to compete in my sport with so much more confidence -- Sam is really turning me into the athlete I never though I'd be! I would recommend Sam to everyone, his knowledge and support have surpassed all of my expectations and I can't thank him enough!

    Sam isn’t just extremely knowledgeable and passionate about training, he also CARES which is one of my #1 factors in a good coach! He truly sits and listens to understand you as a client and to create a specific program catered to your needs. The good banter is just a bonus He has the knowledge to answer any questions you may have and does his best to make sure you are comfortable Whether you want to come back from an injury or just make better lifestyle choices, Sam is your PT!

    Sam has a holistic approach in personal training and takes the time to understand and identify your strengths, weaknesses and needs out of the program. Being new to the gym, he helped me build a great foundation for technique and form which can be continued even after the program; and most importantly, helped me feel comfortable and confident in the gym. He is very patient and answered my burning questions to help me understand the mechanics and rationale behind each training exercise.
