    Enjoying regular classes at Rig, I have developed great core strength over time, thanks to the well-designed classes that are delivered most professionally by the team of friendly and fun instructors. I love going to their evening classes at the end of a work day…it’s relaxing, a great way to do mindfulness, and my spine is forever thankful for the exercise at each final roll down!

    The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about how the body works. They explained what they need to do to help get my pain reduced. Sayshie spent time with me with a hands on approach to assist with recovery and to reduce pain that I'm experiencing at this time. My body was manipulated into different directions that neither the chiropractor or physiotherapist that I had seen previously had tried doing. This hands on manipulation seems to be working better than I first thought it would. I'm looking forward to my next appointment because I think they are making progress in helping me were others have failed.

    The team at Rig are awesom. I do Pilates and stretching every week and it has been really good for my body and my core strength. I love that they listen, push you but not too hard, help with problem areas and care about getting you better.

    I’ve been going to Rig for years and would not go anywhere else, love the space and staff. I enjoy a mix of reformer, mat pilates, burn classes and stretching. Used to love Barre and Piloxing, hopefully one day they will bring those back 🙏🏼

    I purchased $30.00 pass which entitled me to unlimited classes over one week. I did a couple of classes (mat and reformer) with Yvonne. She's very thorough and fun teacher. I was amused by her cues which put my body into the perfect alignment. The Rafters studio is great for anybody who's looking for the welcoming environment, challenging workout and a GREAT coffee afterwards.

    I have been practicing Pilates and attending various reformer studios for over a decade. Every class I have attended at Rig has been different, informative and unique challenging me in ways I haven’t yet experienced at any other studio. Honestly this studio is incredible with such informative instructors, so glad I found you guys!!!

    Was recommended to try Rig by a friend who spoke highly of her experiences with them. Right from my initial online enquiry, the communication and service has been amazing! I had an issue with hip pain and Sayshie has helped me immensely. I've now signed up for a 2 week trial and had my one to one reformer session. Sayshie really explained everything so well and made sure I knew exactly what to do. She put me at ease about starting classes as a newbie and now I can't wait for my first class on Monday! Highly recommend.

    I have been seeing Sayshie (owner) at Rig Pilates for Myotherapy on and off for the past 12 months - for a running related injury and preventative treatment. The treatment I have received has been second to none, Sayshie provides an incredible service in a very friendly and professional setting. I can not speak highly enough of Sayshie/Rig Pilates.
