My
experience
with
Core
Focus
Pilates
has
been
frustrating
and
disappointing.
I
purchased
a
class
package
through
direct
debit
but
was
never
able
to
attend
any
classes
due
to
my
working
schedule
and
to
limited
availability
and
fully
booked
time
slots.
When
I
requested
to
be
removed
from
the
direct
debit
and
try
a
single
class
instead,
I
was
able
to
cancel
my
subscription
however
my
request
was
denied
as
per
their
policies.
After
a
while
and
given
the
centre
works
for
me
because
of
its
location,
I
also
inquired
about
afternoon
class
availability,
hoping
to
determine
whether
purchasing
a
partial
package
would
be
worth
it,
as
the
classes
were
always
booked
way
in
advance.
However,
their
responses
were
unclear,
leaving
me
uncertain
about
making
further
commitments.
In
one
last
attempt,
I
took
advantage
of
a
promotional
offer
for
unlimited
classes
at
$99
per
month
that
hitted
my
inbox.
Despite
successfully
completing
the
payment
process,
I
discovered
that
no
credit
was
added
to
my
account,
and
when
I
reached
out
for
assistance,
I
was
informed
that
the
offer
was
only
for
new
clients.
I
requested
an
exception
or
reimbursement,
expressing
my
dissatisfaction
with
receiving
only
three
classes
for
$100.
Unfortunately,
they
actioned
the
credit
for
three
classes
without
my
consent,
disregarding
my
clear
objections
and
given
that
their
system
allowed
me
to
buy
something
with
my
account
I
then
found
out
I
was
not
able
to.
Throughout
this
entire
experience,
the
staff
have
been
rude,
unsympathetic,
and
unhelpful.
Dimity
has
shown
a
lack
of
understanding
and
have
not
provided
any
assistance
or
alternatives.
I
even
suggested
transferring
the
credit
to
a
friend
as
a
new
client,
but
this
option
was
also
dismissed.
In
summary,
my
interactions
with
them
have
left
me
feeling
scammed
and
deeply
dissatisfied.
Their
poor
communication,
limited
availability,
and
unprofessional
behaviour
have
overshadowed
any
potential
benefits
of
their
services.
