    I have just completed by 14 days for $14 and have now officially signed up long term. As a beginner with weights, the team have all been so attentive - making sure my form is perfect, which I have been really impressed by. The group workouts are high intensity, fun and leave you feeling the good kind of sore. Looking forward to building my strength with the expert guidance of all the trainers.

    I couldn’t ask for a better gym! The classes are well structured to avoid any injuries and accomodate to all fitness levels. The vibe is just great with amazing people and coaches, the most vibrant atmosphere in a gym around Perth. If you are looking for a place that will give you results and take your fitness to the next level, Day 56 is the place for you 🙌.

    Thank you Day56 for providing such an awesome environment to achieve my fitness goals and meet some incredible people! The sessions are challenging and varied throughout the week and can be easily modified to cater for any injuries. All the trainers pay close attention during the group classes and offer lots of encouragement and advice.

    If you scroll down - you may notice this is my second review… 7 months since joining I have never felt or looked better in my life. I have gained so much confidence and strength thanks to Chris, Lauren, Novie and James. This team are so authentic in their love and support for their members, it really is like nowhere else I have been. And may I add, their membership prices are very reasonable for the level of service you receive.

    I joined DAY56 over 6 months ago and I’ve not looked back. The culture and friendships Chris and Lauren have created between the members makes working towards our goals fun and enjoyable, even on the most struggling of days. Thanks guys for creating a gym space we all love coming too!!

    If your looking for fitness and training with an awesome vibe and trainers that are very attentive towards everyone. Even in group classes the trainers are paying close eye on technique to ensure you don't injure yourself. Regardless of your fitness level, Day 56 is the gym for you. Culture has the family vibe across all members, full of positivity and encouragement created by Coatsy and Lauren. No better gym to be apart of. Lets go team!

    The team at Day56 are fantastic. Professional, caring, knowledgeable in a great, well fitted out gym. I would highly recommend both PT and group sessions at Day56.

    I've worked and trained in a lot of gym across Perth over my 10 years as a Content Creator for the Fitness Industry and this has to be one of the nicest feeling gyms (vibe) I've ever trained at. Chris and Lauren are absolute legends in the game.

    I’ve never looked or felt better. Having injuries I never thought I would get past - all incredible coaches that have made things I thought impossible - possible and achievable!! 1:1 support and classes are supportive and challenging. Incredible prices. Lucky to have found Day 56!!

    One on one personal training, group fitness, great instructor's, with a wealth of knowledge, and everyone simply has a passion for health, fitness and all things wellness. Owners Chris and Lauren lead by example, love to share there passion in health, and they have laid a nice foundation for all body types and fitness levels to get an amazing workout. Novie completes the group fitness trio and they all do there personal training around these too, so a bit of group fitness mixed in with some one on one for extra gains or simply rehab, prehab, working on form, weaknesses. Now to add in some extras, they have a leading exercise physiologist in western Australia, along with an amazing physio to cover all areas you can possible think off, as a movement, strength & conditioning, wellness hub, topped off with amazing people What I really think puts Day 56 ahead of the pack, is not only do they know there knowledge, they also understand the physical aspect, and this is rare,.....to understand movement and connection is rare, so get on down to Day 56 and have a chat to everyone, join in on a class, make some friends while doing so, and win the moment, win life 🙏

    Such a great gym near the Perth CBD. The layout, atmosphere and equipment in the gym is excellent. Very clean, and well maintained. The work outs are also excellent; they take around 50minutes; starting with a 10min warm up, and typically three routines to work through with continuous support from the trainer. This is better than the others, and is likely to get you better progress in my opinion (i.e. it's not a rushed 30minutes with little to no guidance). The trainers are very welcoming, have a great attitude, and have obvious lengthy experience. The gym offers a community, and I'd recommend it for people of all levels of fitness. I'd recommend heading here over your typical pop-up fitness shop because you'll notice the difference when coming to Day56. Take your good vibes and give it a go, you won't be disappointed!

    Both Lauren and Chris have been instrumental to my training, nutrition and health during pregnancy. They are both very attentive, informative, accommodating, supportive and genuinely nice. Day56 fosters a positive workout environment with friendly clientele, top of the range equipment, good facilities, sound hygiene practices and great workout music! I highly recommend them.

    I am obsessed with Day56! Chris and Lauren have created such a wonderful gym with a great community. I have been a member for 12 months now and am the strongest I’ve ever been thanks to the coaches’ encouragement and Chris’ thorough planning of classes. Can’t recommend Day56 enough.

    I love it so much that I have upped it to 6 days a week. My PT Lauren is awesome and keeps pushing me but in a friendly smiling assassin way . The culture is fabulous and not a camera or tripod to be seen. We all go hard then go home more about results than image.

    Best place to be!! Day56 is not only your typical gym but the most supportive and energetic community you can be a part of. Lauren and Chris, along with Novie have done a superb job in creating such a vibrant surf themed PT and group training gym with full positive vibes. Day56 is the place for you if you are after results and want to transform yourself, both physically and mentally. We all have goals and targets to hit so why not have fun and make new friends in the process of doing so and Day56 provides exactly that. Highly recommended!!

    I’ve been a member of Day 56 for a couple of months now and have been made to feel like part of the family since day one. The atmosphere is really awesome and supportive and I have felt stronger, healthier and more confident for it. I really can’t recommend it enough and am so glad to have Chris, Lauren and James by my side to help push me along.

    Great circuit and weight training classes run by a highly motivated team of friendly coaches. The facilities and equipment are top notch. If you're looking to switch up your routine give this locally owned and operated gym a go. A bit cheaper than the big name/chain gyms in the area and just as good (I would argue even better!).

We are unique, very different and pride ourselves in the product and service we provide. Put it simply, we get you results, coach you the correct way and care for your health and fitness goals. DAY56 is family 🥰

    An amazing fitness facility with the best trainers you will meet at a gym full of knowledge and so eager to get the best out of everyone that walks in. Great classes which cater to all fitness levels. Excellent equipment. Can’t speak highly enough of this gym or the people.

    A friendly, customer-centric gym with top-range equipment and knowledgeable and motivational coaches. Chris (Head Coach) has years of industry experience and was able to help me reach my strength and weight goals and even helped with nutrition. Focus is mainly on classes but most coaches can also do 1-on-1 private training by appointment.

    Partner and I began training with Chris at Day 56 (at the personal recommendation of a friend and pretty legendary fitness queen!) and we both cannot believe the progress we’ve been making! Tired of years of totally wasted gym membership fees and having proven to ourselves well and truly now we are committed to our health, we have gone all-in on personal coaching to get our bodies on the road back to peak health and wellness - and so far, so stellar! I haven’t felt this all-over strong and balanced for a long time - and it’s only been 3 months so far! We are both 58yo, so not the spring chickens we once were … Chris really knows his stuff and understands the needs of those of us with ‘higher mileage’ 😅 and has us on a tailor-made program, watching us closely to ensure the action is right, the weights we are moving are right and increasing them sustainably, with an appropriate number of reps and sets - yet without going soft on us… maintaining high expectations and maxing our performance in each session, that has us tired afterwards and definitely feeling worked-out… but never to the point where I’m too tired, sore or crippled to function afterwards… or the next day. We have also both noticed the positive impact the workouts at Day 56 have had on our yoga practice - so, lots of pluses. There are plenty of very fit looking 20, 30, 40-somethings attending the quite dynamic Day 56 classes … and we aim to join them before long… but in the meantime we are both very happy with our personally-curated programs and our progress and cannot recommend Chris, Lauren and their team highly enough, especially if you are ‘up there’ in years and concerned, like us, about building yourself up instead of busting yourself up (and we are not even their oldest clients)!

    Never been much of a gym goer, but felt very welcome from the first day I joined. All the trainers and other members have been extremely helpful and encouraging and I'm seeing great results!! I'd even go as far as to say I now enjoy going to the gym!

    Chris, Lauren and Novie has made quite the community with Day 56. I've been a member of different gyms in the Perth area in the previous years - none have truly given me the results like the Day 56 team. I feel stronger, lighter and healthier! If you are after results don't waste time with the rest, check-in to Day 56!

    After joining 10 months ago, Day56 has become a second home. I never have to plan a workout or battle for equipment like I did at my old gym. Just turn up and get an epic workout with the best coaches you could ever find. The music is always pumping and the other members are so welcoming. I'm the strongest I've ever been and still improving every month. I'm honestly a completely different person to when I joined. Well on my way to becoming the best version of myself, and supported every step of the way by Lauren, Chris & Novie

    At 59-yrs old I’ve been to many gyms over the years. Never have I been to a gym like Day-56. Unlike other gyms where they leave you to your own devices, Day-56 coaches work closely with you during group classes to ensure you’re getting the best for your body. The classes are fun, dynamic and engaging. The private coaching has been a game changer. instructed how to do exercises properly, to build muscle and tone, smartly while taking into account previous injuries and wear & tear!! Rather than wasting time I’m seeing changes weekly. Feeling, and looking, strong, flexible and more toned. The atmosphere is friendly and unlike any other gyms I’ve been to. Just walking in you feel motivated by all the positivity of the coaches. They walk their talk and exude health and fitness. They are very professional and intimately know their stuff. But more than that they genuinely care. They want me to do well. They want me to be fit and have done everything in their power to make it happen. Highly recommend.

    Awesome gym, great classes and top class trainers always pushing you to your limits. Its such a welcoming environment and the tunes are always blasting which definitely keeps me motivated and pushing me through the workout. Nothing better than a gym with good taste in music. Your always guaranteed an awesome session. Would 100% recommend everything about this gym. Thanks guys!!

    A wonderful gym, all the staff have made it an enjoyable experience for me. Being the first gym I joined, and the first proper training experience I’ve had, I found the atmosphere to be an excellent learning environment. The staff have been very accommodating, helping me learn and adjusting to match my pace. The group classes provide a good challenge, and still continues to make me sweat a couple months later. I will continue to go to this gym, and I highly encourage anyone who is looking for one, to consider Day56.

👍👍 Being in Perth for work, I dropped by for a morning WOD today. They've got a really nice setup with all the gear and plenty of space. The coaches were nice and knowledgeable coaches and the members friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back when next in Perth.

👍👍 I've had 5 sessions with the Jasons, and each visit I've received personalised attention and above and beyond advice. These guys are perceptive, attentive and supremely knowledgeable - I can't speak more highly of their small group classes!
