    As much as I wanted to hate exercising, the Bolt team tricked me into enjoying a renewed focus on my health and fitness. With a little bit of planning and discipline over the last two years, I'm down 10+kgs (and counting), many more inches off my waist, and gained muscle and confidence I never thought I could have. Most importantly, I've built habits that will continue to improve my mental and physical wellbeing, resilience to challenges and quality of life. If you're looking for a cookie cutter approach to training, with inflexible coaches who don't care about your goals, then this gym probably isn't for you...... If you're looking to kick some goals, build your confidence in the gym, belong to a supportive community or learn from a diverse range of knowledgeable coaches who seek to understand and cater to your needs, then come down and check it out!

    I’ve just clicked over the 1 year mark at Bolt. Great gym run by good people. The program is easy to follow and the trainer's are brilliant in helping fine tuning things so you can achieve your goals. Ceri is great at keeping you accountable - literally used to text me to make sure I'd booked into Conditioning when I had a habit of not bothering. Trainers are all really good - I mostly have David, Kaitlin and Jimmy in the afternoons who are all great - they'll show you technique but also help you with things like nutrition. The other members are great too - it's a really nice gym. Super happy with the results I've seen in a year and genuinely finally enjoy going to the gym after all these years.

    I had been eyeing this place for a while but quite hesitant because I generally don't enjoy the gym atmosphere. when I heard there was a "bring a friend" promo I asked my friend if I could tag along. I can say that I enjoyed it very much! You can find the friendliest Coaches here and all of them are consistent with the way they care for each member. Even non (not yet a) member like me! I tried all 3 classes - Boxing, Strong and Conditioning. Boxing was fun, it was designed in such a way that we are working out the full body - upper body, core as well as lower body. A fun and a quick sweat if that's what you're looking for! Strong was more like a PT style training. You do the workout with everyone else, but you're on your own lane doing your best at your own pace. Love how the coaches goes around and carefully watch your form and help cheer you up (big shoutout to Dave & Kaitlin) Conditioning was intense. Trying to catch my breath with every round and when I got used to it, I'm in another exercise again. Love the variety and how new and clean all the equipment is. Overall, love this gym, love the programs and definitely love all the coaches who work there too! BOLT team! 🤜🤛 Thanks for being amazing!

    Certainly the best Gym I’ve ever trained at! Amazing, knowledgeable staff who plan with you towards attaining your goals..Nurture and care are their priority… No prima-donnas here..but focus and hard work as they support towards attaining your individual goals. Love our Bolt gym!

    I had been inactive for too long and let my fitness get really bad. Tbh I don't usually enjoy working out/gyms etc. But since I joined BOLT I have really enjoyed every session. The coaches are excellent and really motivate me in each class. And it's not just fitness. BOLT have helped me gain a better insight into my eating habits and how this can be improved. It's early days but so far so good. I highly recommend BOLT to anyone, no matter your fitness level

    I joined Bolt Health and Fitness approximately 4 years ago. I was nearly 80kg and didn't understand nutrition nor exercise to the level I do now. My weight currently sits between 60 and 65kg and I have never felt better!! The team here are amazing and will work with you at your pace. If you want to go flat out, they will help you get there, if you'd like to nibble at progress they will support you and keep you accountable. I also love how they are a community and regularly complete charity events 😊

    Popped into bolt for a cheeky workout, Ceri and the team have created a very unique training style giving key personalisation within a group setting. High energy team at 6am and overall just had a blast. Thanks again Team Bolt!

    Absolutely sensational environment for a workout. Not only are the trainers super knowledgeable, but they're really down to earth and approachable and made me feel welcome first session. Everyone else in the group was the same too and certainly no egos like some gyms. Thanks for the one on one support this morning Ceri, you certainly know how to get the most out of someone. Highly recommend 👌

    I only spent a short time in this programme, however I truly believe that the time spent was well worth it. I had Ceri as my trainer and I can say that almost every time I reached out he was able to assist and I gained so much more confidence in the gym from this programme, thanks guys.

    Great gym to be a part of. Very friendly atmosphere to train In and all trainers are very helpful and supportive. Each session is different and and you work to your ability. If you want to be pushed, they will push you aswell. Thanks to everyone for the time that I spent there.

    This gym has something for everyone! I've been attending for 6 months now and have been really impressed by the coaches and clients. They are a lovely friendly bunch and super supportive in helping you reach your goals however small they may be. There are loads of class times to choose from which suits my lifestyle, juggling my family including young children and work.

    I joined Bolt last year and I cannot recommend this gym highly enough. I attend Bolt Strong, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, patient and enthusiastic. The environment is inclusive and comfortable and I look forward to every single session. They’ve encourage me to set goals and do everything in their power to get me there. By far the best investment I’ve made :-)

    I've been at Bolt Health and Fitness now for just over a year and I can't rate them highly enough. In the time I've been going I've lost weight, gained muscle, lost fat %, increased my energy levels, been able to lift heavier weights and am generally more positive about life. The difference between Bolt and other gyms I've attempted in my previous life is that they genuinely care about your goals and what you want to achieve... and then help you get there. The end goal doesn't necessarily have to be weight loss either, it can be absolutely anything that is going to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. To anyone wanting to make a change for the better in their lives I recommend coming to Bolt and trying them out, you won't be disappointed.

    Great gym. Great staff. The coaches will modify the training program to suit your goals and will push you to achieve them. Different range of classes at Bolt make training fun. Totally recommend.

    I’ve been training with Bolt for 4 months now, the coaches here are very helpful and friendly. I’ve been enjoying the journey and looking forward to the long-term effect.     BOLT fitness/Skill athletic Victoria Park are warm and welcoming. They are motivating and help push you towards achieving your goals. With accountability coaches there to help keep you motivated, answer questions or concerns you may have or to just vent to they listen and they care about your progress. They celebrate your wins and workshop with you when you don’t quite hit your goals. Training coaches are awesome and encouraging and make you look forward to each session. And right next door is coffee for after your workout! What more could you want. Skill Athletic has helped motivate me and keep me on track to reaching my goals and I can’t thanks the whole team enough, they make you feel apart of a team and that means so much!

    No matter what your goals are, just give them a call. BOLT Health and Fitness has changed almost every area of my life. I came in with the goal of fat loss, but after losing 16kgs of fat, managed to also gain muscle, become more confident with my technique and learnt so much about nutrition. Their motto is Coach. Educate. Empower. They don't withhold any knowledge so that you are reliant on them, but rather teach you in such a way that you can have the confidence you have everything you need to reach your goals and be able to maintain them over them. As an introvert, I often like going to the gym with my headphones alone. When I needed guidance, I would pay a PT to give me focused attention 1-1. I have had over 12 years of chronic pain and was apprehensive to joining classes with a special condition. But ever since coming to BOLT, I've met the most supportive community AND you receive service from the coaches like you would with a PT. Each coach treats you as an individual and puts your goals first. I cannot recommend this gym more highly. They will do whatever they can to help you reach your goals. Give them a call, you won't regret it, even the initial conversation left me feeling hopeful and empowered.

    Updating in July 2023. Bolt is just as amazing and Ceri and the crew work hard to get the best out of everyone. Such a friendly and accommodating place to train!! Bolt is an amazing place to train with coaches who take time to really help trainees work hard. I would recommend this gym to anyone The group sessions are amazing and the gym is a real team (almost family like) environment. 10/10. It's helped get me back into training over the last few months after several years of inactivity. I've never been more excited about my training and making visible and measurable improvements each month.

    Bolt is hands down the best gym I have ever been a part of! They community they have built there is amazing and welcoming for everyone. The coaches push everyone to be their best and you can see they care about all of their members. I have a lot of joint problems and the coaches very knowledgeable and always quick to adapt workouts when needed for me so that I can still participate. The gym culture is amazing and I would recommend Bolt to anyone.
