Snap Fitness is well located in Mirrabooka and open 24/7. Now they have better security so people that don’t have access not allowed in. Clean, presentable and modern equipment.

Been a member for 5 years great gym. Jae is an excellent club manager always giving members a warm welcome. The club is also super clean and equipment is well maintained a testimant to Jae's willingness to make the club are place people want to come to. Always liaising with members on how to make the club even better.

I moved to this gym after becoming terribly disgruntled with a different fitness franchise over a year ago. I have just signed up again for another year here (paid in advance) which I think speaks volumes about how much I enjoy this gym. The equipment is well maintained and there have been numerous upgrades both to the gym itself and the equipment which took place during the first covid lockdown last year (the changes were already planned). With the lockdown Snap really looked after their members! The staff are excellent here, they're very helpful and great to chat with. When I had an unforeseen health issue they were excellent in their assistance to suspend my membership until I could return. Seriously, Lachlan and Jae are awesome. So if you are looking for a great clean gym that's free of pill popping Neanderthals, then this is the gym for you! It's culturally diverse and everyone is welcome and pretty helpful.

I've worked out a number of different gyms and Jae is by far the best gym manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Jae is friendly, caring and pays attention to each and every one of the members that walks through that door. I can't recommend this gym highly enough, if even just for her exemplary service. Jae, you're a legend!

really cozy gym - workers and other trainers are all super friendly and check up on each other and help each other gyms also very spacious considering it’s size so there’s lots of equipment available

I have moved from NSW Sydney to Perth recently. I am a member of snap from past 3.5 years. We do not have mandatory policy in Sydney to bring a towel. But here, once I entered the gym they have sent me back saying that no entry . There is no display outside of the door that no entry without having hand towel. I am very disappointed.

Very poor customer service. I have used this place for a year. They have been very rude. Six months ago I asked them to cancel my membership I got told you got 1 year contract and you have to pay full for next 6 months. I waited for 6 months. Now 9 days prior to end of my membership I came to see them and cancel the membership now they told me it’s 2 fortnights notice that you have to give us. We’ll take money from your bank account for another fortnight. On the starting of membership they said the access card would be fully refundable on the end of membership now the lady said it’s non refundable you can keep it or give it back to me. They also told me on the starting for membership that I’ll get 4 PT seasons for free and well contact you to arrange the time. Never got contacted in whole year.

Great gym to go to, I've been coming here for a few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Every time you enter the gym a staff member greets you and asks you how your going. The two PT's Lachy and Jae are the best! Always so friendly and helpful with anything you need. The gym is always clean and tidy and other staff always clean up after themselves. There's also always supplement tasting and different challenges available to its members. Overall it's a great gym and I highly recommend it.

As a physio I often use Snap Fitness Mirrabooka for rehab programs for my clients as well as for personal use. I have only got the highest of praise for the staff there, and their knowledge and help for any requests I send their way. My patients often continue to use Snap Fitness after their rehab programs are complete, and express similar views on how friendly and helpful the staff are. Highly recommend.

The all gym smell like horses in a race, I made the comment to the admin but not even air freshener was used. I prefer Málaga branch.

Snap Fitness Mirrabooka is such a welcoming place, The staff are always so helpful + caring, and the members are considerate and friendly. It gives such a homey vibe and makes me feel safe when working out, i always know that members & staff are the to help out so i never have to worry about anything !!
