Such a quaint place it is very deceiving from the front entry as it is huge inside and out the back too. Very lovely very fast efficiency for the size of the place had our meals out within 10mins. Meals were absolutely lovely, I had the vegetarian breakfast it was delicious. Thankyou!

Food came out quick, but that’s alas where the good portions of the reviews come. I would honestly never come back, food was bland, not at all enjoyable and the coffee was extremely bitter and had no decent taste to me. Even with sugar it was gross. Ambience was good though.

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful cafe to enjoy a nice meal. The garden area is delightful, lots of tables available amongst the cool, green garden. Really lovely service by the very busy staff. The burgers are great. The seafood options are amazing. Really good selection of cakes and coffee. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

This place is terrific...plenty of seating options and ambiance is great...a mix of business lunch people and others just hanging out to enjoy the food. Had the croquettes that sit on a bed of pureed carrot, some salad and toast and 2 poached eggs..( added a side of bacon which was not salty but good quality). This meal was good for two people. Go to the main counter area first just to check out the options for the day, grab a food menu and drinks menu. I also purchased their advertised mexican beer ( very smooth and flavorful). Coffee with oatmilk was smooth. Remember they also make Juices. Check out their fresh deserts...oh my gosh.....the carrot cake was so flavourful. Staff are very friendly and attentive. One of the management Sat down to talk to us and ask for input etc and just ask how we were. What an amazing hidden Gem in an amazing location. You'll be blown away with amount of seating options and unique menu. We will be back. You gotta go here now!!. Enjoy.

Stuffed mushroom ($18) was very nice. Chips were not the best but good. My lunch came within ~15/20 min after ordering although there were many people. Staff was friendly. The atmosphere is very interesting. Many different areas.... A true secret garden. Update - Had now also a breakfast at secret garden. Tasted good, like home made. Still room for improvement in terms of the food. That their are no prices at the counter/cakes is not acceptable in my opinion. Services was exceptional fast - drinks and food (5 min).

My first visit in 5 years following 1 star rating. Had the seafood chower ($25) which came with 3 pieces of garlic bread. It was fantastic. Very flavoursome, thick (which is a good thing for chower) and lots of seafood in it. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Also had a coffee ($4.80) which is one of the cheapest on that strip and it was also very good. I'll be back!

This really is a secret garden! When you walk in the front door, you have no idea how big the garden area or the back is! Make sure you have a look! Great atmosphere!

Got the chicken cordon bleu as the menu had changed a bit. Portion size was ok, taste was ok also. Garden seating out the back was a lovely setting. Dog friendly cafe.

It takes the term "secret garden" to a whole other level - compared to the shop front! Deceptive to the passer by. The croissant was put in a sandwich press and falttened to within a millimetre of its life. The wine we ordered was unavailable but the substitute was okay. The other meals were delicious. The croquettes were small in size and will need another meal ordered if you're used to Aussie portion sizes. The grounds were stunning and they had heaters sporadically placed throughout, which was a nice touch. Unsure if we will go again but was nice to experience.

This cafe on Angelo St is tucked away at the back of the shop. It is a very pleasant setting with trees and plants providing a cool place to have a cuppa and/or breakfast. The breakfast menu is pretty standard and i didn't wait long for my big breakfast to arrive.

A secret place alright! To look at the front is just an average cafe but going thru the doors and thru to the back is wondrous. A beautiful atmosphere with shady trees and plants galore. We were amazed at the prices which is cheap compared to every other place we go to for Brekky! And the service was great and friendly and the food was good too I can’t fault this little gem of a restaurant. Fresh juices were exactly that, freshly squeezed and yummy combinations. I highly recommend this place for Brekky (all day) and lunch!

Lovely small town cafe vibe which opens up into a secret lush garden. Amazing, warm service with excellent food. Definitely a skilled chef hiding out that back! 10/10 try a coffee or burger 🤤

Have been to this cafe a couple times with our 2 little dogs. Excellent little feature to sit under the trees. Would be nice to have a toddler free area as on both occasions there have been little kids running around the tables, yelling and inevitably, crying. Food is really good, coffee is excellent. Always very friendly service

Beef burger with salad and chips was delicious! Burger was moist and delicious and that salad was served with a very yummy dressing! Would recommend. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Terrific ambiance, peace on its own, and good garden vibes. The stuffed mushroom was the star of the show, perfectly cooked, organic vegetables that tastes fresh as compared to other veggies bought from the supermarkets. I assume they use homegrown veggies. Had the best latte so far in life, perfect in taste, smooth, and bold. Lastly, the strawberry smoothie was 5/5. No sugar, freshly blended strawberries, with yogurt, milk, and honey taste not too sweet, bold, and creamy. I would personally recommend, this cafe is the real catch. Try it once, you will be a fan!

Found this place thanks to a friend. I've been a few times now, the food is consistently good, good portions. The atmosphere is amazing, walking out the back you don't expect the place to keep going and to be as big as it is. Really worth a try. Prices are reasonable, food is excellent and portions are great

After 3 years of anticipation, we finally made it here for the Sunday Brunches...No regrets...this place felt like their mentality is to not waste any food...I feel like their dishes are intentionally created to be completely eaten "Formidable". My nearly 8 year old thought they needed more kids colouring content and real pancakes instead of those French creape thingyz. We got charged accidentally under charged and we reported ourselves and the gave us free iced coffee for take away as appreciation "Karma". Thank you for the wonderful food and scenario!!!

Secret Garden Cafe is an excellent little garden cafe. The food is excellent and quick service. The garden out the back is whimsical and delightfully cool even in the middle of summer

Have been here a few times now and loved it each time. Simple, delicious food. They're happy to alter things to make them vegan, so don't be afraid to ask! I usually have the vegetarian breakfast with mushrooms, fried enoki, and cherry tomatoes instead of the eggs and halloumi. I love the friendly service and greenery. Coffee is absolutely lovely.

👍👍 Guys - this may be one of my favourite restaurants in Perth. For sheer value alone - you pay $24 for unlimited starters and dosa. That in itself would warrant a 5/5 review, but the food is GOOD here! Amazing flavours, crazy variety - you can order it all ala carte but why would you when you can pay...
