Setting was nice and relaxing, as was the magnesium and aromatherapy bath which was additionally booked (albeit a bit overpriced). We both found bed uncomfortable ( it was supported by 2 planks of wood under the centre of the mattress) The continental breakfast provided in the fridge was basic, cooked breakfast was an extra cost. Ate the continental breakfast ( 2 croissants and 2 pieces of bread with butter and jam) on day 1 but this was not replaced on day 2 ?? I'm no expert but I think a B&B should at least have a comfortable bed and nice breakfast. The facial which was booked in the adjoining spa for day 2 did not happen as the therapist did not turn up. Money was reimbursed for facial, but we where ultimately left disappointed as we had arranged our day around the appointment and my wife had been looking forward to it. Positive feedback for this place seems to be for previous owners. I wish the new owners well but they really do need to improve if they want to run a successful business. Waste of money, Very disappointed 😠

We stayed at the Perth Hills Accommodation for two nights, at one of the carriages. Marcelle and Vince were great hosts. My wife also had an onsite massage session and was very happy with everything. Also, there are plenty of things to do around Kalamunda.

Not as comfortable as expected. Bed mattress felt like the original bed from the dated carriage. Carpet abit sticky and old and the kitchenette well worn in. Ants & Insects greeted us unexpectedly in our bed. Apparently in the fine print however not verbally informed until we questioned the signage of the added cost involved ($130 a night ) to use the outdoor bath/spa in our private courtyard.

Just amazing in every way. The carriages were beautiful and very cosy. The courtyard outside our carriage was literally a fairytale scene with light candles and an impressive solid rock stone bathtub. That night we had a magnesium, bath salts and rose petals bath that was very romantic. The best part is Vince, ( the owner) allows me to park my motorcycle right outside my door.

Original and creative settings where they repurposed a lot of items and served as decorations in the private garden - which was a nice and peaceful area which we enjoyed. The carriage was nice and cosy and adequately equipped. Thank you for our lovely staycation. The only let down for me was the spa treatment - we were asked to pay in full for the treatment we selected beforehand and that was fine however instead of the full body massage which should be included in the ‘Blissful facial and body treatment’ we got the facial but then only a back and head massage. I asked the therapist twice and she mentioned it is not full body massage while the description clearly stated otherwise in their website. So there might be some miscommunication between the owner and the therapist in this regard which I hope they will be sort out.

Carriage was just beautiful and perfect for our wedding anniversary. The private gardens and stone bath were stunning. Our massages on the first day was a great way to start the weekend then magnesium and aromatherapy bath under the stars to finish it was perfect. Vince and Marcelle went above and beyond with their hospitality. Was within walking distance to local restaurants for dinner and walking trails. 5 minute drive to beautiful Bickley wineries, you wouldn't think you were so close to perth. Highly recommended 😍
