Could not be happier with the polite, excellent and gracious service. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Staff go above and beyond and location is excellent if you need a hub near city, river or airport. Thank you team at Quest Ascot. We shall return.

Convenient, modern hotel moments from the airport. It's fairly new, so everything looks polished and clean. Staff are friendly and the cleaning staff do a great job of maintaining the rooms. The only downside of the hotel that I experienced was the traffic noise that blasted through, mostly during the peak hour periods. I was at the back of the hotel on the 7th floor and it was still loud. So be aware that the hotel is on a main road with lots of potential traffic noise. Other than that it is a great hotel.

Great hotel, beautiful styling, comfy bed & pillows, nice and clean. The rooms weren't exactly soundproof, I could hear the adjoining room talking and showering and the lift outside my room. Otherwise, great!

This venue is close to Perth City and the Airport and as such we use it often as a training venue. It can accommodate up to 50 people depending on the seating arrangements. The room is complete with its own coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The screen (with audio) connects via HDMI and the connection cable is supplied. This room would be ideal for meetings too. Rahul the front office manager is extremely helpful and ready to accommodate your every need. In fact all the staff are very pleasant and eager to help in any way they can. Please note that there is limited under cover parking available, or otherwise plenty of parking available just across the side road.

We had the pleasure of staying here for one night at the start of our 2 month visit to WA. Due to our inbound plane going technical at Doha, we were 6 hours late, arriving in Perth in the early hours. I emailed the hotel from Doha and advised them of our delay. We received a swift and positive response, even allowing us a slightly later check out as we had been travelling for over 36 hrs from the UK. We had a 1 bed apartment which was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Everything looked brand new. Although we weren’t there long enough to require using it, there was a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable with good quality linens. We cannot recommend this place enough; the location, facilities, design and decor were all top notch. By far the biggest asset though are the staff. Every interaction with them was really friendly, helpful and polite. Thank you for starting off our amazing WA trip so wonderfully.

We stay at the Quest every year when in Perth for Country Week. The staff are really wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and have everything required. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Friendly service with 24hr desk, beautiful rooms with smart tv & usb sockets for charging The only minor downside was the parking, no parks available the entire stay & tiny parks even for small cars - parking is available across the road

Perfect place to stay, rooms were v clean, parking was easy and they arranged meals for me whilst I was there for work. There was even a shuttle service to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Newish hotel/motel with apartment type rooms, very clean, good restaurant and cold beer (my favourite), Very close to many other restaurants in Ascot and close to the airport Qantas that is, T1 and 2 is not too far either if you don't get stuck in peak hour traffic

Great stay after a camping trip. In walking distance to a variety of (fast food) restaurants. Close to the airport. Rooms are nice and clean. Washing machine and dryer available free of charge.

Two Western Australian women’s Masters Hockey teams had the pleasure of staying here. The staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. Sarah gets a special mention……but everyone from the cleaning staff to the owner were friendly and helpful, we all had a great time.

I travel for work and have to stay around 14 days at a time. This has been the best stay I have had. The staff the facilities and rooms all fabulous 👌 Cannot recommend this place highly enough. A place I happily called home for 2 weeks

Good luck trying to get your room bond back! I’ve been arguing for 2 weeks. And they can’t give a reason for why it hasn’t been reimbursed. Keep stating it’s a management issue. Room was perfect, but won’t give it back. Tomorrow involves lawyers.

Great location, near the airport. Car parking space can be limited, but when it's quiet, its great....!

Easy access to the airport and Morely shops. Clean comfortable rooms, drinks available down stairs, pool, decent onsite parking. Can't go wrong.

The room was good, unfortunately it was next to the elevator making it quite loud. The room was clean and modern but had a cigarette smell. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Stayed here for a night enroute from the airport to the Southwest. Quick check-in and the front desk staff updated our room when the AC in our previous room wasn't working (thanks so much). Unfortunately, the room was absolutely filthy. Dishes not washed properly, couch with peanuts stuck in it, dirty microwave, and worst of all a toilet seat with skid marks. Absolutely disgusting hotel. If you care about cleanliness and sanitation, DO NOT stay in this hotel.

Very good and friendly customer service from Rahul the front office manager to the rest of the team at the Quest Ascot. The apartment rooms and facilities are great and cleaned daily thanks to their cleaners, I stayed a week for business and never had any issues. Secure parking. Will be booking to stay next time I’m in Perth.

Very nice new apartment hotel complex, close to the airport. A couple burger options nearby. Great for an overnight stay between flights. Staff were very friendly and helpful with booking an early morning taxi.

A good stop over place with 24/7 reception and parking. They offer airport transfers but have set hours. There is limited food available to purchase in the foyer, food can be ordered through a delivery service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the studio apartment would be a tight fit for 2 people. Overall, my stay was comfortable.

Good rooms, beds and generally accommodation. Parking can be hard work. I judge a place on its shower, they are top notch here. Has a small gym and clothes washing in room. Well done.

Clean, well laid out, everything where expected, comfortable. Great TV, great shower. Didn't hear anything at all from rooms around us. Reception were friendly and service was fantastic. Could not recommend more highly. The free parking onsite was all in use, but the upstairs paid parking was very reasonably priced.

The team and service made this a great hotel but unfortunately the location was terrible. Situated on a very busy highway and intersection, the traffic was loud especially on the weekend. Lots of take away places which made party goers finish the night and revved the engine and screeched the tyres at the intersection.

Great place to stay when on business! The staff are friendly, and the place is close to the airport! The rooms are lovely, and the 1bd appartment comes with a washing machine a dryer! The view from the hotel is amazing and the there are 2 TV's! Clean place and convinient place to stay! They even offered a complimentary parking when I stayed for 6 days!

Very new, spacious and well-equipment room. Would have given a 5 stars if not for insect infestation in the room. Hotel did provide us with a replacement room but we had an inconvenient time moving our belongings.

I travelled rather extensively for 15 years and I have never experienced anything like this! The hotel took my credit card information at check-in, my account would have been charged and a copy of the bills would have been mailed to me. In this case, they lied and said we didn't pay anything and demanded us to pay, apparently, the staff members made a mistake and only paid for one night which doesn't make sense because in the bill they charged the whole thing. This hotel's customer service is egregious and the emotional stress they put us through I don't ever wish this on my worst enemy.

Had a bit of a hiccup when our card wouldn't unlock the door. Tried a few times and were rather surprised when someone opened the door from the inside 😆😆 Turns out we'd accidentally been given a room that was already occupied, but it was resolved quickly. The room was surprisingly well-equipped, it even had a 2 burner stovetop! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Only negative was the pressure in the shower was dismal and the water kept fluctuating between hot and cold.

Enjoyed my 2 nights here compliments of the cancelled flights. My apartment has a full kitchen and separate bedroom with 2 full size tv with integrated apps for your viewing pleasure. Price was $250/night but well worth it if you have the money.
