Liam provided me with excellent customer service when replacing by watch battery and provided me with helpful advice about getting a new key for my car and a replacement battery for my waterproof sport watch. Very quick, excellent warranty and friendly service.

Great service and hands down the cheapest place to get a new car key blade supplied & cut. I was quoted by locksmiths in mandurah many of which had refused to replace the blade and were determined to sell me a whole new key assembly costing $250 - $480! I got charged $35 by Mister Minit.. thanks I'll definitely be using you guys in the future!

Absolutely blown away by the service of this business. The owner and other staff member Liam go above and beyond to help. Many of my bridles have been repaired previously by Liam or Zac and are still going strong! The quality and service is second to none. I found a cheap remote online, and unfortunately got sucked into the price. Needless to say it didn't work. I came to Halls head and got a proper one, and have been very happy with the product and the service. Highly reccomend this store.

Said to come back in 15 minutes which I did and then to find a sign saying back in 5 minutes but turned out to be 40 minutes

I had my the soles on my leather shoes replaced. The new soles are nice and thick, I was just disappointed with the finishing details of the whole service. It wouldn’t have hurt for the service man to put a little glue under the loose bits of leather right next to the sole that was replaced and an all over leather polish would of made it perfect as I felt it was a bit pricey and would of appreciated the extra mile

WARNING: DO NOT USE! 'Lost' not one, but 2 of my vintage watches I took in for repair. Over 6 months of excuses and I finally got reimbursement. Take your items of value elsewhere or regret it.
