Doctor took personal phone call in another language during a private MHCP consultation whilst I was visibly upset. The phone call lasted for around 5 minutes whilst I sat there. Following the appointment I waited in reception whilst the two receptionists had a private non-work related conversation with each other. I couldn't believe it... I ended up walking out which is when both ladies finally acknowledged me. All three staff members I encountered were disrespectful, rude and dismissive. Very dispirited.

I feel Dr Shavanti lacks empathy, compassion & very arrogant. Refused to see me again even though I have been a patient of hers and have attended Willagee Medical since opening as a local Willagee resident. I rarely go to the doctors but after a very stressful 3 years I took time to take care of myself. I walked out feeling attacked & judged. Very disappointing in a time of crisis.

Don't come here if you want to be taken seriously. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but Dr Shivanti is possibly the worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I sat and patiently and politely answered her questions, meanwhile she ridiculed my answers and patronized my request for a MHCP renewal. This is all after giving me some bad news about an unrelated health condition. All I've ever been is polite and the model patient. Extremely off-putting. The level of unprofessional bedside manner from her is absolutely appalling. The irony of the sign in her office that reads "zero tolerance of abuse or aggressive behaviour" - perhaps people would not be upset if you didn't treat them like idiots. I've been coming here for over 3 years, but after this experience I'll be visiting another practice.

Literally the worst surgery. My daughter ended up at Fiona Stanley hospital yesterday. ER Doctor on duty admitted they have no idea why a doctor at this surgery would have prescribed the medication he did, as it was completely pointless in treating her condition. No wonder why she has been sick for the past month. Incompetent doctors. Changed surgeries today and will go back again.

Been here over 10 times. Front staff lovely. However, are the doctors actually able to diagnose anything at all? I’ve come in here numerous times only to be sent to specialists and told absolutely NOTHING about the issues I had. Just that I need to go this place or that place and that’s it, no reason why or what it could be or what’s going on or how to help it in the meantime. I know it’s bulk billed but honestly, what are they being paid for ?

I had a telephone appointment with Dr Shivanti Abeysuriya. I never felt so humiliated and upset after a Dr consultation. She was yelling at me on the phone and hang up right after it. I couldn't even explain my situation. If I could give less stars, I would. So disappointing.

Dr Shivanti is extremely arrogant, mannerless and quite useless as a doctor as she doesn’t show any care nor interest, and mainly just hands out referrals to the specialists. She called me a “difficult patient” because I dared to ask some questions about my daughter’s condition after she had not explained anything nor asked me any questions that should have clearly been asked, would the doctor have cared at all. She’s one of those gp’s because of whom my baby ended up with perforated eardrum at the Ed, because the gp had refused to see her face to face due to her runny nose - that is about a year after Covid is not even relevant anymore, the whole world travels and lives freely and she sits in her little cabinet, quadruple vaccinated, mask on and is still scared. Sad. Dr Lindy Savage from the same practice is lovely and helpful. Just avoid Shivanti Abeysuriya.

I had the worst experience at this place. The Dr was like seller than a Dr. She arrived late and didn’t say any apologies for being late! Discussed about making more appointments with her without any logic! I wasted my money!

Dreadful receptionist. Made a mistake of booking online with a doctor who I thought I had already been to before. Turns out apparently i hadnt so they called to cancel my appointment. Her demeanour on the phone needs to change, i could barely get a word in as she basically just called and rattled off why I can't come in. I asked if I can reschedule an appointment for both me and my wife as we had been in a car accident and have whiplash symptoms. She said not to bother even coming in cause they don't "deal with car crash patients" and should go to ED without even knowing our injury. The injury isn't bad enough to warrant taking up the resourses in the ED not to mention sit there for 6 hours waiting to be served.

GPs and surgery staff are the best. Can always get an appt to see my doctor.

Have been seeing dr Shivanti abeysuria for the past 3 years ever since my son was born. She shows great attention to detail and is very patient, listening to all of my concerns Nurses are also very friendly and experienced. Receptionists aren’t very friendly, but otherwise this is a great place for medical care.

Waited 25mins for a 9am appointment. If you want to be charged unexpected annd exorbitant fees.

Whenever I attend the rooms for a doctor appt, I am greeted straight away & taken into the consultation within a short period of time. The whole practice has always been friendly and efficient.

Dr Shivanti lacks emotional intelligence to assess patients, I’m not surprised at the plethora of reviews highlighting her inability to display compassion. She sent me to the emergency room and declined to write me up for a blood test. When I arrived at ER, they were unsure why a blood test was not explored prior to being referred. Total waste of time and resources. Arphra have been made aware of her medical negligence, very disappointing experience to say the least.

I am always treated well at Willagee Medical Centre. All staff from reception to nurse and GPs are first class. There is a strong sense of community at this centre, in my experience.

I booked a telephone consult with Dr Sam Gamage at 10:30am. Called reception at 9am the morning of to check they had my correct number (it’s been incorrect before). They confirmed. Waited for 30 mins no call. Called reception to check if he was running late? They advised he had tried to call and I didn’t answer…? Lies. Called reception three more times and each time he was busy and would “call me back”. Well I never got a call back :)

Staff are friendly and helpful, Doctor Howell was great. Booking process easy.

Web booking system is atrocious. It took over 20 minutes for the 'one time passcode' to be sent to my phone. It took multiple attempts and more than an hour to make a basic appointment

honestly the front of house admins are 10/10. the but the docters... if your truly looking for proper help seek some other clinic.

Dr Shivanti is now charging a $50 no show fee if you don't give 2 hours notice. Even if you are moving an appointment to another day, they are still classing this as a no show. Willagee Medical Centre has not informed their patients of this new fee. I did not receive a letter, email or text, so how am I supposed to know about this new no show fee. So how is Dr Shivanti allowed to do this. No other Dr in the centre is charging this fee!!!

Needed to see a GP and they phoned me up when they had a cancellation. Dr Shivanti was thorough and did not rush the consultation which was encouraging.

This is a good medical centre,pleasant Receptionists,professional doctors and great care,lot better than the negative attitudes you get from Caralee medical Center staff! there a joke,try this place!

A choice of Drs if usual Dr not available. Always attentive and pleasant. Nurse Practitioner excellent rapport and knowledgeable.
