Oh, that's an amazing place for family and children. Heaps of spot and rides in a massive playground with a huge monkey bar... There's also infrastructure for bbq and toilets... I highly recommend this place by the river...

Nice spot to enjoy the river. Lots of seating spaces, bins, public toilet, parking, pathways, grass, river access and barbecues to entertain. There’s also a massive playground there (for kids, but it actually looks like it would be really enjoyable for older kids too) for kids of all abilities, including sensory learning spaces and many obstacle courses. This playground is also fenced off making it very safe. I walked around the edge of the park, alongside the river, then found a pathway which led up to the Sunset heritage precinct, which in itself was a nice historical and tranquil walk. Looking forward to visiting again very soon!

Lovely park and completely safe and secure for children. Watch out for hungry kookaburra though 😋

All kids enjoyed. Great place for 1-10 year olds. Open spaces and plenty to do. Bring the snack foods and you are set for a few hours.

Large, enclosed area with plenty of shade. Perfect for families to have a picnic. Kids love the play area which has swings, slides, flying fox and lots of climbing activities. Parents can relax knowing their children are within a fenced area whilst enjoying the shade and river views.

Something for everyone. Very clean park with everything you need; from tables and shaded areas, to water fountains and well-maintained toilets. Heaps of parking as well.

Very nice playground with good facilities. Looks like they put shade sails up in summary, was very hot today as they weren't up yet
