    I had lots of fun doing 1:1 coaching! I’ve been feeling very comfortable as well. Adrian is very fun and nice staff member, who also explains things well. I’ve been seeing lots of progress which is very motivating!

    Been going here for two years . Ashleigh and the team are very helpful and professional. I had no experience in yoga at all when I started with my wife and it's a great activities we share that we can do together but at our own level.

    AirSpace is a fantastic place! All instructors are very qualified and passionate. The atmosphere is very welcoming and supportive. If you are looking to improve strength and flexibility with a perfect technique, this studio is for you!

    Having just completed the 6 Week Challenge, I feel absolutely fantastic! Definitely the fittest I've been and felt in quite some time. The team at AirSpace are so friendly and really care about helping you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. The accountability aspect and meal plan supplied with the program really helps motivate you to stick with it and you are definitely not left feeling hungry! Love the classes.They really work you, but are so much fun! Can't wait to continue my fitness journey with my new family! 💪🏻🥳💕

    I love air space! I have done classes with Isaac, Marie and Ash (the owner) and every single class is challenging and worth while. I went in with a goal of becoming stronger and more flexible and I am certainly on the right path. The instructors take their work seriously and have a good sense of humour. They push you, but also support your limits. I am very happy and feel really good in myself and the way I am going

    Having joined Airspace >2yrs ago, I've never looked back. It has a very inclusive community where both coaches and students support and encourage each other on their fitness achievements, whilst having fun along the way! Over the past couple of years, the coaches have helped me pursue my goals (starting with 'rings') and continue to grow beyond what I ever expected to be able to achieve. Despite attending each of the classes on a daily/weekly basis I'm still being challenged and taught ways to improve through a variety of exercises that incorporates strength, flexibility, core and endurance. I'd strongly recommend this studio for anyone looking to start or even advance their gymnastics journey :)

    AirYoga is great~ I love how it has helped with my shoulder & back pain that was developed from bad sitting posture, which got worst over the past 2 years. I’m 3 months in and the back pain is not there torturing me anymore. And I found myself looking forward to the sessions very much. I had private coaching sessions which gave me a great start up to be active again and my coach is always there helping me with the difficulties that I have and giving me the confidence that it’s getting better. I would highly recommend! Looking forward to see myself getting even more stronger!

    Every Thursday I do Adrian’s handstand class and very Thursday I leave to class smiling. He is diverse in his teaching, always guiding us to do the best we can, learn more - doing more. Adrian is a wonderful human being that brings his A game while making the class a fun environment.

    Well set up studio with experienced, knowledgeable coaches. Have seen significant gains in strength, flexibility, balance, in 4 months of weekly classes. Looking forward to further progression over the coming months. Well done Marie, Ash, Zach and the Team.

    Adrian’s instructions are clear. He is good at correcting, manipulating and individualising techniques. Love how he challenges students to extend on their skills.

    I Loved my experience with airspace, I went from having no upper body strength to being able to do pull ups in no time. The trainers are skilled, supportive, and encourage you to reach your personal goals, I would recommend them every time.

    Incredibly professional with great knowledge and skills around how the body works and safe training techniques. Promotes genuine friendships and development of healthy social networks. Personal trainers Marie and coaches Adrian and Ash are always prepared, versatile, adaptable to any physical needs and are brilliant at building self esteem and self confidence to help you reach your maximum potential. Air Space has changed my life from the inside out, I can’t recommend more highly.

    Oh wow, I love this place! I'm feeling stronger, more flexible and never knew I'd be able to gain so much body strength from this style of training. I'm loving the challenge and Ash is a really supportive as a trainer.

    Discovered AirSpace by driving by and was really intrigued by the Air Yoga concept. The strength and flexibility I obtain with each session exceeded my expectations. I would also recommend AirSpace for their lovely and friendly staff :)

    AirSpace is hands down the best gym I've ever gone to. The instructors go above and beyond to create a supportive, fun environment while challenging members of all levels reach their fitness goals. AirSpace has managed to create a welcoming and positive community helping members build confidence both inside and outside the gym. I personally look forward to my classes every week and am so glad I joined. Thank you AirSpace!

    Adrian always provides a really tough, flowing & fun class. He’s a great instructor who really pushes people to extend themselves & achieve more… this is appropriate to everyone’s fitness level. Love, love, love his classes ❤️

    AirSpace is an excellent studio that offers a range of classes that enable you to build strength and flexibility. All coaches are highly qualified and experienced in modifying the exercises to suit different levels of fitness and personal goals. And it’s a great community, too. Everybody feels welcome, we cheer and support one another and celebrate improvements and achievements. I love that AirSpace has resident physiotherapists and sports massage therapists who teach some of the classes and do an amazing job in explaining what’s happening to our bodies when we stretch and exercise. I just achieved my first ever front splits touch down (at the age of 48). Oh, and the Christmas Party beats any corporate shindig hands down! Come and join us, you will love it!
