Very good restaurant. Friendly staff. Montecarlo chopped steak, with onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheese. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn.

I've ate here a handful of times. I have never been disappointed with the service, food or prices. Everything I have ordered from here was delicious and always on point. I've never had any order messed up and they have great waitresses. One of my favorite places to go for breakfast with family or friends. The breakfast skillets are always on point and my favorite thing to order.

Relaxed atmosphere.. cream of broccoli soup was good.. we got the LaSalle sampler..very good..chicken was crispy and juicy.. mushrooms were delicouse along with the onion rings. Their marinarais very very good! Hubby got the Julian salad.. daughter got the gyro sandwich.. I got the western burger. 1st salad was really good everything was fresh.. my western burger was good.. however the gyro.. slices were like spam..just enough meat to cover the pita..feta cheese was more like a grated cheese..barley any on it. Took a while for our waitress to come over and acknowledge we were here, but she was very busy. We will definitely come back..but not order the gyro.

We stopped here for a Sunday lunch. Wow so much good can be said about this place. We like to fine the mom and pop places. This rates at the top of the list of all the places we have found. The interior is clean. Nicely decorated and plenty of room. It has the feel of class yet the small-town cafe where locals gather for food and to socialize with each other. The service was excellent. Professional yet friendly. Food was amazing. I had the roasted turkey dinner. It came with bread dressing at the bottom with mashed potatoes turkey and gravy. Trust me, you won't go away hungry. My wife had the stir fry. Again very good and more than she could eat. Now about the pumpkin pie. My mama mother in law and wife all make pie. Don't tell my wife I said this but it was just as good or better then hers. It is worth saving room for. The menu selection amazing. From breakfast to Mexican to Italian to American there are many choices. I suggest asking your server for their favorites.

We needed a SOLID breakfast to bring us back to life & this hit the spot! Coffee was really good, too! The inside is really nice. It's a shame we couldn't experience that - my daughter was asleep in her car seat & we didn't wanna wake her up trying to bring her in. I backed into one of the parking spots out front facing the road & we enjoyed our breakfast & coffee in the SUV. We're from out of town so it was really nice to eat, relax, & watch the local traffic go by & just observe & take in the area. Beautiful sunny fall day, super fun time!!! My wife was very happy with her food. Her & I are big foodies so impressing the both us says a lot! 😁 5/5!!!

Had a custom omelette and it was very tasty and it came with home fries and toast. We were very full afterwards. Our service was excellent and our server was very pleasant and friendly.

This place doesn’t miss. Best diner in the area. They make killer breakfast food - try the Frittatas, and their all you can eat Walleye deal on Fridays is too good to pass up. Everyone’s super friendly and they make you feel at home. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given.

I have eaten breakfast here about once a month for the past three years, since moving to the area. In all those visits, I have never had a bad omelet. Today I had the "Hungryman", which was delicious. My potato of choice is the cubed potato, which is freshly prepared and just the right amount of exterior crunch to creamy middle. Though fairly crowded, the Country House is well staffed...I had coffee and water within two minutes of sitting down. By the time it had arrived, I had already decided on what I wanted, and the server took my order after setting the drinks down. Within 10 minutes my food was served. Servers move around the dining area with coffee pots, ready to refill. Two minor complaints...I don't like pre-buttered toast. I always forget to ask for butter on the side. The coffee is not great, tastes kind of like truck stop coffee. With the volume of business they do, I know the coffee has not been sitting around a long time, it's just not good coffee. Oh, and they have fake cream, not a fan. Overall, with dozens of visits under my belt, great place to have breakfast.

Our waitress was so nice. My salad was delicious. Grilled chicken, fresh avocado, bacon... We had very good food for a more than reasonable price.

I'm 62, and this was one of the best breakfast I've ever had. The service was beyond excellent. The food was excellent (we had oatmeal, crepes, and omelet). This is also my first review where someone didn't ask me to do a review it was that good. If you go there, you will not be disappointed.
