BIG WARNING !! TOURIST TRAP !! A lady will offer you on the street massage for 30 SOLES and then she will tell you to upgrade for a full body massage for 50, still OK . You gonna walk around two minutes going to the spa and you are lying on the bed waiting for your massage then another lady will come in and she will tell you that the 50 SOLES now is not enough because that is just a soft massage if you want a real massage they got a booklet and they will ask you to upgrade to 100 SOLES. You don’t wanna waste your time and you don’t have the power to argue because you don’t know Spanish so again be very aware of this scam.

The entire experience was great. Relaxing music, natural scented oils, comfortable beds with the holes so you can breathe, experienced masseuse, and good price. Definitely will return for another before my trip is over.

The massages were very, very good! Exactly what my husband and I needed. The nice lady brought us in from the street. We were already wanting massages but had not planned for it. It was so relaxing and all the ladies that work there are very nice and accomodating! We had Inka Special with deep tissue and hot stones! Feeling so refreshed! We loved it so much, I think we may go back again to try other services!

I had a great massage at New energy Spa. Mariela was a great therapist and gave an excellent deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend this establishment. I was worried about all the different massages offered in the area but definitely made the right choice to come here. My legs needed deep work after hiking the 5 day Salkantay trail/Machu Picchu trek.

WOW! I highly recommend it!! Just a great and beautiful experience. The staff make you feel so welcomed and at home. I had Shayla, and she was so sweet. My husband and I both did pedicures, and we had conversations and laughter. I then did a facial with Shayla and again just amazing. I would definitely come back and I gained a friend!

I do not recommend this place if you are getting a gel manicure. I don’t know if they lack experience in gel application but the nail tech kept applying it all the way to my skin when I asked that she not - Gel polish puckers when it‘s applied all the way to the skin. And when removing dry skin, she pulled instead of cutting. The final result was very sloppy as you can see in the photos

Don't bother going. This place has potential but they are so unprofessional. I was told a full body massage for one hour was 30soles on booking and I paid 20soles deposit. Before the treatment began, she said that it would only be a very gentle touch massage and I would need Inka massage for them to apply pressure costing 60soles. I argued with her as I had read about this happening to someone else before. I ended up paying 40soles but had to fight which was not relaxing. They also changed therapist 3 times with the last person giving a very light, basically non existent, massage. People kept coming into the room and I was afraid of the safety of my belongings.

I had a hot rock massage here and it was very relaxing. I loved it! Highly recommend

I received an amazing full body massage from Elizabeth, which was really necessary after 5 days hiking the Salkantay trail and visiting Machu Picchu! I’ll be back for sure :) P.S they don’t advertise it in their menu but you can have a “basic” full body massage of 1 hour for 40 soles

The Inka Massage is amazing! Great for breaking down knots in shoulders, thighs and calves. I did the massage twice with Miriam and did a 4 hand massage with both Miriam y Mariela. Both are fantastic and highly recommended massage therapist. I highly recommend this place!
