El Patio is located in the heart of Miraflores, thanks to its terrific location, everything is in walking distance. Very friendly service, clean rooms, basic breakfast buffet included. I will stay here in the future for sure

Good little BnB. Breakfast has homemade jams and fruit juices which were really tasty. It's quite quiet given it's in the middle of Miraflores. Inside of the place is pretty with nice plants all around.

I love staying here, but hesitate to post this because I don’t want them to become popular…I’ve been staying here when I travel to Peru for the last decade. Somehow they have managed to not sell out to big developers who now surround them in high rise buildings and hotels. Beautiful patios with plants, fountain, seating/visiting areas, as well as friendly and down-to-earth staff who are always helpful and kind. Great location as well, walking distance to all the spots in Miraflores and safe area of town!

nice rooms, great location, the staff were super helpful arranging airport pick ups. The breakfast was adequate. Also some comfortable common areas, nice for reading, relaxing, chatting with new friends

Just finishing up a four day stay, and it has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, the appearance clean and homey, and the location could not be better. We could stay another four nights and still not be bored with the options surrounding us within just a few blocks walking. Absolutely recommend staying here without hesitation...

I had a great stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever I needed them. The room was comfortable and very clean and the property had a lot of charm and character. It was in a great location to check out Miraflores, but it was quiet enough to be peaceful when needed. I would highly recommend staying here next time you are in Lima.

Such an adorable spot, and gorgeous garden.. super accommodating staff and helpful! Great location!!! Able to walk to ocean view, super close to food and shops, while also less busy on this block so it was quiet at night :)

An overall comfortable and stylish stay! Only thing is the shower screen door let water leak in the bathroom. I loved the decor
