Most definitely one of the top breakfast spots in Cusco! Located at the area of San Blas in one of its scenic streets. Opens 7 am to 2pm then again 5pm for happy hour. Freshly prepared, great tasting food. We had the Tropical Pancakes, Fruit Salad and Mediterranean Breakfast. Both amazing choices. Filling but not too much. Great service. Our food awhile to arrive so they didn't charge us for the extra coffee. Stop by early to beat the line.

I'm happy to have found this place while searching for some good brunch in the morning. It's a smaller cafe, but they were playing some soft music and it was nice and peaceful inside. The waiter was very helpful and the menu could be understood well enough in English and easily if you speak and read Spanish. The price is really affordable and fair, but most importantly the food was really tasty! I'd be happy to visit here again the next day I'm in Cusco.

Mardu Bistro Restaurant is a top brunch spot in Cusco. The lomo soltado pizza was very well made and flavorful. Additionally, the crust being thin was a huge plus. The fresh mixed fruit juice was great as well. One thing to note is that the restaurant can get a bit smoky due to the pizza oven. The service was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been in Cusco for 2 weeks and have been trying different restaurants and this is the best meal I’ve had yet. I was curious based on the reviews, if it could possibly live up to the hype. I was open to trying the pizza, based on rave reviews and the fact that I have not had much luck finding authentic pizza in Cusco, but the excellent waitress recommended the baked lasagna when I was deciding between the two and it was outstanding. The mozzarella cheese was so flavorful. The drinks were also excellent, highly recommended the strawberry spritz. The service and ambiance were also top notch, plus it was reasonably priced, less than half of comparable meals we recently had in Cusco. Highly recommend and we will likely be back before we leave!

We wanted a simple breakfast since we just arrived to Cusco, we got the Omelette and Mediterranean eggs, and the food was very homie, it felt like my mom's cooking. (She is a great cook). The service was really good and the environment chill. Perfect for a first day in Cusco.

I'm a super picky eater, especially for Italian(Born in Italy). We had a pizza that had a delicious crisp crust, instead of the cardboard crust I've always found in South America, and toppings were perfect. I had the chicken tagliatelle, which was AMAZING! Great atmosphere for a small area . Our waitress was super attentive!

This place has amazing food! The pizza has yummy crust and fresh ingredients. Try the white wine blend, it’s also delicious! Very friendly service as well. Already been here twice and will be back to try their chicken salad!!

Very good restaurant located in the San Blas neighborhood. Solid local coffee, filling breakfast and great company with the staff, who are very welcoming and impressively speak fluent English and Spanish.

Unfortunately the worst meal I ate during my two months in Cusco. Came for breakfast/brunch and there were at least twenty flies buzzing around the room. A fan or airflow would help this issue. The coffee was OK. I ordered the Mediterranean eggs. The toppings, mushrooms and tomatoes, were scarce and the cheese was a little coagulated from the eggs underneath. The taste was OK, but the thing that made the dish inedible was the bread underneath. It was soaking wet and I don’t say that lightly. It wasn’t toasted and due to the humidity of the omelette and melted cheese it seemed to soak all of the humidity which caused 2 slices of wet bread with 2 eggs and a few pieces of mushroom and tomatoes. I normally only review places I enjoy - please see my other reviews - so I’m only writing this to warn others and to highlight a possible issue in their menu. Very disappointing especially since the reviews here are great!

To start off, I am usually not a big pizza fan BUT this pizzaria… omg it is soooo goood. The crust is nice, thin and crunchy, the cheese has flavour and is super stretchy. We had the lomo saltado and Mardu. The meat was very tender and had so much flavour. I can only recommend it. I also drank the shirley temple, was very good. Overall everything was perfect. The service was very friendly and attentive.

I cant add pictures ( We ate all of it, no second thoughts) Im not a big fan of italian food but this was another level, everything on that menu it is worth a try. Personally, I had sweet margü, affogato, a shot of spresso and my mom asked for Alfredo and tenderloin ( She was the happiest human being Ive ever seen and shes difficult to please) We also had some lemonade and blueberry juice. Sounds like a lot, and we are not used to ask for that much, but.. as we tasted, we realized this was such a unique experience to taste something, actually well done, in all senses it can be described. You need to visit the place if you come to #Cusco. It is must. Plus, on weekdays, it is usually quiet and theres soft italian music in the atmosphere.

Great chilled little cafe. Very pleassnt to spend your lunchtime. Had pizza first time and went back for hamburger the second. ( we were getting over altitude tablets). Then found their own crafted beers, very, very good.

With a friendly owner that handles everything it seems, this was a perfect place for us to enjoy some comfort food that was a bit easy on the stomach. We shared a medium pizza after watching it being cooked in the wood stove oven next to our table in just a few minutes! One in our group had a soup that was a meal size. Food taste was ok but mostly we wanted a break from the Peruvian food and this place did the trick. Prices are very reasonable. There are only 4 tables.

What a spectacular restaurant! The ambience is amazing! The food was exquisite. The pizza and pasta dishes were so delicious and made with love. The homemade garlic bread is the best garlic bread I’ve ever tasted. My wife and I had to have seconds. Edwardo the owner, is very friendly and tends to his patrons with great care! Do not hesitate to try this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!

This is by far the smallest pizza I have ever seen, I have taken a photo with my hand for scale (and my hands are not big). It felt almost like they were playing a mean trick, it was the size you would expect an appetiser to be, not a main. The crust is also very thin, so each quarter is around one mouthful. Pizza is the cheapest meal a restaurant can make in terms of ingredients so when something like this happens it almost feels like the owners must secretly despise their customers or be mocking them, perhaps seeing how far they can push them before they complain. Edit: it's labeled a Personal pizza on the menu, not a kids pizza. When I ordered I wasn't told it was for kids and actually is still too small for a kids meal. If it's intended for kids why not say that either on the menu or when people order??

The food is great, the environment is cozy, the service is the best in Cusco and it was very fast! 😋❤️ The only thing they need to improve are the napkins. 😅

Exceptional service, small intimate restaurant with interesting pizza, italian menu. In Peru, why not try a Lomo Saltado pizza? Beef was tender, lots of veggies. The tiramisu dessert was one of the best I've ever had.

The food was excellent. My girlfriend got French Toast which came without cinnamon (which we prefer). I ordered an omelette which was probably one of the top five I've had in my life. I'm taking away one star because the place is a bit dirty (but not the table/plates/utensils - basically, everything that matters) and the one waiter, while very friendly, was not super attentive. But those issues weren't that big of a deal at the end of the day, and I would definitely recommend this place for the food!

Came to this place for brunch and it was delicious! The Dutch server was really attentive and has great customer service! The area is not super busy like the restaurants closer to Plaza the Armas so it was nice eating at a more relaxed place.
