Had been to Koyas for medical. Tests were okay, well organized. There is still lots of scope for improvement. Reception staff need to improve customer service skills and need big change in their attitude . One certificate was not given and was provided after I reminded. Payment bill was informed to me that it is enclosed, but later found that it was not available. Over all service was good but can improve a lot

KOYA'S The Best hospital, they treat very smoothly. And always better. I did my earlier gamca medical at SHIVAM MEDICAL CENTER MANGALORE that was very worst experience ever I had. and yesterday I did my Gamca at KOYA'S . It was Very good and better experience. All thanks to The Hospital Management and staff⚕️.

This is a good hospital with caring staff and well qualified doctors . They provide good health care service and medical certificate . This is the only place in Kozhikode which has DG shipping approved doctors. This make this hospital unique from other hospitals in Calicut and Kerala. The staff are attentive and co- operative . The response to the queries are good. The nursing care is over all good . Cleanliness is overall good in this hospital.this hospital also has a canteen and ample parking space and it's free . Hospital has well furbished premises and interiors with live television . They provide DG approved medical certificate . normal medical certificate cost 1500rs and loc medical certificate cost 3000rs . The certificate will only be provided after 0400pm . U should be here to get the medical done at here before 0130pm .

Money scam No one should go to that hospital to get medical at GCC where they take our money and make us fail and then no one should go to the program where they pay us.

Koyas Hospital is one of the oldest around, and has improved a lot in recent times. But there remains quite a lot of scope to improve if they have a will to. The place is crowded with ill-conceived buildings here and there and you have to crawl through the narrow passage between these to reach the moderate parking space available. Last time I visited, the sewage outlet from the Canteen kitchen was overflowing. Doctors and facilities are satisfactory, but the attitude of the support staff is not up to the mark.

Felt very happy, one of the best gamca authorized medical centre in calicut to visit. Staffs here are very disciplined and kind hearted, most importantly the doctor who have examined physical examination was very friendly man. Overall they have maintained very neat, clean and hygenic condition in the Koyas hospital.

Recently visited the gynecologist. Even though booked the appointment through tele phone prior to the visit, had waited a long to meet the doctor. For better client satisfaction they have to work on a lot to improve Dr appointment system. Nevertheless we have to consider the fact that Dr is always available for emergency situation in labour room. That's a great thing.

Too much waiting and poor co-ordination to see the gynaecology doctors..asked to come before 12..doctor came at 1 pm..expected reaching time and reason for late is not conveyed to patients..waited more than 3 hours

Not a good place to go. Very pathetic and just money minded. Much better hospitals in calicut .this one is a shame for entire hospital industry

Non working ac in waiting area. Even though we are giving 6000 for visa medical check up.

Very great room , so much space. But the cafe could have more improvement and there isn’t a without sugar option for diabetes patients.. And the prayer hall has no space and its not clean .

Staff behaviour is good. But facilities are limited. scanning like MRI, CT are not present and we need to go to nearby “crescent hospital” for those. So advised for small cases and normal treatments. Not good for higher treatment and care.

Ortho Doc mammu and team that I interacted were extremely professional. Diagnosis and care is definitely good and they definitely take patient care to the next level ( treatment, patient counselling,physiotherapy, etc). Good fecilities at affordable rate
